Abstract
一种复合操作开关具有在设置成中空环形的同时将固定触点设在环形部的内底面上的外壳、以可转动方式安装在外壳中的且设有通过转动而离合固定触点的活动触点的第一转动板、安装在第一转动板上的且随着第一转动板转动的第二转动板、设在外壳中空环形部内侧的多向操作开关,第二转动板以可升降方式安装在第一转动板上的同时,在外壳的附近设有检测开关,其能检测第二转动板的升降位置,并输出多向操作开关的选择功能的类型切换用信号。
Description
本发明涉及复合操作开关,尤其是涉及用于家用和车辆用的各种电器等的且能够适应多功能化的复合操作开关的结构。
集中了许多开关功能的复合操作开关被用于家用及车辆用的各种电器等的操作开关。这种传统复合操作开关的结构一般是这样的,在外侧设置了由中空环构成的旋转开关,在中空环内侧设置了由可四向倾斜的开关和中心按钮开关等构成的多向操作开关。
在这种传统复合操作开关的情况下,设置于外侧的旋转开关是由成中空环形的壳体、以可转动方式设置在壳体中的转动板构成的。上述壳体由合成树脂等绝缘材料构成,在这种壳体的内底面上设置了由导电金属材料构成的固定触点。此外,在上述转动板上固定安装了与上述固定触点相同由导电金属材料构成的活动触点,随着转动板的转动,活动触点滑动上述固定触点进行触点切换。
设置于中空环内侧的多向操作开关由内部具有容纳部的箱形外壳、以可升降且可倾斜方式容纳于该外壳的容纳部中的滑动部构成。上述外壳由合成树脂等绝缘材料形成,在外壳的内底部上设置了多个固定触点。上述多个固定触点由按压滑动部时工作的中央固定触点和在上述滑动部在四个方向上倾斜时分别按操作方向工作的周边固定触点构成。
在上述多个固定触点上,分别面对固定触点设置了由导电金属材料构成的圆帽状活动触点。这些活动触点由在按压滑动部时被受压接触中央固定触点的中央活动触点和在上述滑动部在四个方向上倾斜时被受压接触周边固定触点的周边活动触点构成。
上述旋转开关与多向操作开关被一体地安装在电器等的机架和电路基板上,在中空状转动操作钮嵌接于旋转开关的转动板的前端上的同时,嵌接在多向操作开关的滑动部上的倾斜操作钮设置在转动操作钮的中央,从而构成了一体的复合操作开关。
根据这种复合操作开关,可以用一个开关获得按钮开关、四向倾斜开关、旋转脉冲开关的多个开关功能。
但是,在上述的传统复合操作开关的结构中,由于各开关只有单一选择功能,所以在需要更多选择功能的情况下,不得不设置更多的开关,在对应于开关增加而增大旋转开关的中空部的情况下,存在着开关大型化的问题。
另外,在这种情况下,由于多数开关成平面状并列设置,所以可能会在选择开关时因使用者错按而引起错误操作。
因此,通过本发明解决了上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种在开关选择操作时的操作性能良好的复合操作开关,这种复合操作开关不需要增加开关数或大型化而能够实现多种功能。
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了这样一种复合操作开关,它具有在设置成中空环形的同时将固定触点设置在该环形部的内底面上的外壳、以可转动方式安装在外壳中的且设有通过转动而离合上述固定触点的活动触点的第一转动板、安装在第一转动板上的且随着第一转动板转动的第二转动板、设置在外壳的中空环形部的内侧的多向操作开关,其中上述复合操作开关具有这样的检测开关,即在将第二转动板以可升降方式安装在第一转动板上的同时,上述检测开关在外壳附近检测第二转动板的升降位置并输出上述多向操作开关的选择功能的类型切换用信号。
在第一转动板上形成了与第二转动板结合的升降导向部,在通过该升降导向部可升降地将第二转动板设置在第一转动板的外侧的同时,第一转动板以在第二转动板转动时同时转动方式与之结合,第一、第二转动板以可转动方式被一体安装在上述外壳内。
在第一转动板上形成了凸形凸轮部,在第二转动板上设置了与上述凸形凸轮部结合的弹压件,在第二转动板升降时,上述弹压件越过上述凸轮部移动。
在第一转动板与第二转动板之间,设置了在限制第二转动板在升降时的摆动的平行连杆机构。
上述多向操作开关是带中心按钮开关的四向倾斜开关。
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。
图1是表示本发明一个实施例的在装有操作钮状态下的复合操作开关的局剖状态的说明图。
图2是表示该实施例的复合操作开关的斜视图。
图3是表示将该实施例的第二转动板从第一转动板取下的状态的分解斜视图。
图4是表示该实施例的第二转动板上升时的状态的截面图。
图5是表示该实施例的第二转动板下降时的状态的截面图。
图6是表示该实施例的第二转动板的复位簧的设置状态的截面图。
图7是表示本发明的平行连杆机构的设置状态的截面图。
在这些图中,外壳1由合成树脂等绝缘材料构成并且大致成中央中空的环形。在外壳1的中央设置了由中空筒构成的支承部1a,在支承部1a的下端上设置了具有上开口的环形容纳部1b的基座部1c。在基座部1c的容纳部1b的内底面上,沿内底面成环形地设置了由导电金属材料构成的固定触点。连接端子3如此延设于基座部1c上,即在基座部1c内以与固定触点2连接的状态被引到基座部1c的外面。盖4由金属板构成并覆盖住环形容纳部1b的开口。
第一转动板由合成树脂等绝缘材料构成并且同样成中央中空的环形。在第一转动板5上形成了插入外壳1支承部1a与支承部1a周面以可转动方式结合的圆筒体构成的转轴部5a。在转轴部5a的下端上设置了以可转动方式容纳于基座部1c的容纳部1b内的圆盘形转动底座部5b,在转动底座部5b的下端上,固定安装了设有面对设置在容纳部1b上的固定触点2设置的且由导电金属材料构成的多个触点片的活动触点6。
活动触点6通过与设置在外壳1容纳部1b内的固定触点2滑动接触形成了旋转开关100的触点部。
在多个凸形凸轮部5c设置在上述转轴部5a上的同时,凸轮部5c设置在第一转动板5上,从而获得了后述的第二转动板8升降时的操作感(咔嗒感)。
此外,在转轴部5a的外周部上,沿轴向形成了多个凹槽状升降导向部5d,通过设置该导向部5d,在后述的第二转动板8以可升降方式设置在第一转动板5的外侧上,同时第一转动板5以在第二转动板8转动时同时转动方式与之结合。
此外,在转轴部5a上设置了多个簧容纳部5e,复位卷簧7容纳在簧容纳部5e上,从而后述第二转动板8通常有上移趋势。在簧容纳部5e的上端上,设置了一对结合钩5f,通过结合钩5f与设置在后述第二转动板8上的咬钩部8c进行止动,从而防止了第二转动板8的抽出。
第二转动板8是由合成等绝缘材料构成的并且中央中空地成环形。在第二转动板8上,插入第一转动板5的转轴部5a地形成了与转轴部5a的外侧结合的粗轴插入孔8a。在轴插入孔8a的内侧,形成了与设置于第一转动板5外周部上的升降导向部5d结合的多个结合突起8b,在结合突起8b沿上述升降导向部5d以可升降移动方式配置的同时,在驱动第二转动板8转动时,它抵接升降导向部5d并与之结合,以便与第一转动板5同时转动。
在第二转动板8上形成了多个咬钩部8c,通过咬钩部8c与设置在第一转动板5上的多个结合钩5f的结合,第二转动板8在不能抽出的状态下与第一转动板5的转轴部5a进行止动。
在第二转动板8的轴插入孔8a的内侧上,设置了是弹压件的钢球9与容纳卷簧10的容纳孔8d。弹性部件容纳在容纳孔8d中,卷簧10对钢球9施加弹性力,从而在设置于第一转动板5的转轴部5a的外周上的凸轮部5c之间,获得了第二转动板8升降时的操作感(咔嗒感)。
此外,在第二转动板8的外周上,面对地形成了与转动操作钮11结合的结合槽8e。
多向操作开关200配设于外壳1的支承部1a的中空部内,它成为了可以通过一个操作部进行按压和四个方向上的倾斜操作的操作开关。该多向操作开关200由内部有图未示出的容纳部的壳体21、以可升降和倾斜方式容放在该壳体21中的滑动部22构成。上述壳体21是由合成树脂等绝缘材料构成的并且成箱形。在壳体21的内底部上,设置了由图未示出的导电金属材料构成的多个固定触点。这些固定触点是由在把滑动部22压向按压方向时接通的中央固定触点和在使滑动部22在四个方向上倾斜时按各自方向接通的周边固定触点形成的。
在这些固定触点上,图未示出的由导电金属材料构成的圆帽状活动触点被设置成分别与固定触点相对。这些活动触点是由在把滑动部22压向按压方向时被受压接触上述中央固定触点的中央活动触点和在使滑动部22在四个方向上倾斜时被受压接触上述周边固定触点的周边活动触点构成的。
上述旋转开关100与多向操作开关200被一体安装在图未示出的电器等的机架和电路基板50上,在中空的转动操作钮11嵌装在上述旋转开关100的第二转动板8的前端上的同时,嵌装在多向操作开关200的滑动部22上的倾斜操作钮12配置在转动操作钮11的中空部中央上,从而构成了一体的复合操作开关。
在外壳1的支承部1a的中空部上,设置了表示倾斜操作钮12的操作功能的发光二极管(LED)13。
检测开关300是机械驱动的按钮开关,它在外壳1附近面对第二转动板8的下侧设置在电路基板50上,检测开关300是如此构成的,即通过压下杆31而切换图未示出的内部触点部,从而进行信号转换。
上述检测开关300是如此构成的,即嵌装转动操作钮11通过嵌装的第二转动板8而被驱动工作地安装在电路基板50上,对应于第二转动板8的升降位置的信号被输出到图未示出的控制电路中,在控制电路中切换根据检测信号而赋予多向操作开关200的多个选择功能的类型。
就是说,在转动操作钮11处于上升位置的状态下,检测开关300的杆31也处于上升位置上,根据来自检测开关300的第一检测信号,上述多向操作开关200通过图未示出的控制电路而转变到设定所赋予的多个选择功能中的第一选择功能(如音量转换)的状态。在这里,如果通过压下转动操作钮11到达降低位置,则检测开关300的杆31通过第二转动板8被压下,从而进行触点部的转换。此时,通过从检测开关300输出第二检测信号的图未示出控制电路设定到第二选择功能(例如扬声器转换)。
在本实施例中,转动操作钮11的升降动作成为不锁定动作,为了在升降时获得操作感,在第一、第二转动板5、8之间形成了棘爪机构。
通过设置检测开关300,尽管多向操作开关200的各开关只有一个选择功能,但在需要更多选择功能的情况下,可以不增加开关数并且不大型化地实现多功能化,从而能够尽可能地减少平面配置的开关数,因此在开关选择操作时不用担心使用者错按而引起错误操作,结果获得了开关选择操作时的操作性能良好的复合操作开关。
图7表示平行连杆机构,在第一转动板5与第二转动板8之间形成了限制第二转动板8升降时的摆动的平行连杆机构。该平行连杆机构例如由按预定间隔地设置在一对相对的平板状基板14、14上的多个可转动的杆15构成,第一转动板5与第二转动板8的间隔通常保持相同间隔并且可以同时平行升降地形成上述平行连杆机构。
通过设置平行连杆机构,例如在操作上述转动操作钮11时压下一端的情况下,由于第二转动板8平行升降移动,所以可以可靠地操作检测开关300的杆31,由于能够接通检测开关300,所以能够防止错误操作。
如上所述,由于本发明的复合操作开关具有在设置成中空环形的同时将固定触点设置在该环形部的内底面上的外壳、以可转动方式安装在外壳中的且设有通过转动而离合上述固定触点的活动触点的第一转动板、安装在第一转动板上的且随着第一转动板转动的第二转动板、设置在外壳的中空环形部的内侧的多向操作开关,其中上述复合操作开关具有这样的检测开关,即在将第二转动板以可升降方式安装在第一转动板上的同时,上述检测开关在外壳附近检测第二转动板的升降位置并输出上述多向操作开关的选择功能的类型切换用信号,所以在多向操作开关中需要多种选择功能时,在可以不增加开关数且不大型化地实现多功能的同时,由于配置于平面上的开关数能够尽可能减少,所以不用担心在开关选择操作时因使用者错按而引起错误操作,从而获得了开关选择操作时的操作性能良好的复合操作开关。
由于在第一转动板上形成了与第二转动板结合的升降导向部,在通过该升降导向部可升降地将第二转动板设置在第一转动板的外侧的同时,第一转动板以在第二转动板转动时同时转动方式与之结合,第一、第二转动板以可转动方式被一体安装在上述外壳内,所以以结构简单实现了多向操作开关的选择功能的增加。
由于在第一转动板上形成了凸形凸轮部,在第二转动板上设置了与上述凸形凸轮部结合的弹压件,在第二转动板升降时,上述弹压件越过上述凸轮部移动,所以获得了第二转动板升降时的操作感(咔嗒感)。
由于在第一转动板与第二转动板之间设置了在限制第二转动板在升降时的摆动的平行连杆机构,所以可以可靠地操作检测开关以使第二转动板平行升降,从而能够防止错误操作。
此外,由于上述多向操作开关是带中心按钮开关的四向倾斜开关,所以获得了多功能化的一体型复合操作开关。
Claims (5)
1.一种复合操作开关,它具有在设置成中空环形的同时将固定触点设置在该环形部的内底面上的外壳、以可转动方式安装在外壳中的且设有通过转动而离合上述固定触点的活动触点的第一转动板、安装在第一转动板上的且随着第一转动板转动的第二转动板、设置在外壳的中空环形部的内侧的多向操作开关,其特征在于,将第二转动板以可升降方式安装在第一转动板上的同时,在外壳附近设有检测开关,其检测第二转动板的升降位置并输出上述多向操作开关的选择功能的类型切换用信号。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合操作开关,其特征在于,在第一转动板上形成了与第二转动板结合的升降导向部,在通过该升降导向部第二转动板以可升降方式设置在第一转动板的外侧的同时,第一转动板以在第二转动板转动时同时转动方式与之结合,第一、第二转动板以可转动方式被一体安装在上述外壳内。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合操作开关,其特征在于,在第一转动板上形成了凸形凸轮部,在第二转动板上设置了与上述凸形凸轮部结合的弹压件,在第二转动板升降时,上述弹压件越过上述凸轮部移动。
4.如权利要求3所述的复合操作开关,其特征在于,在第一转动板与第二转动板之间,设置了在限制第二转动板在升降时的摆动的平行连杆机构。
5.如权利要求1所述的复合操作开关,其特征在于,上述多向操作开关是带中心按钮开关的四向倾斜开关。
