Abstract

Description
本发明涉及洗涤剂组合物,该组合物具有极好的起泡性能,当使用时给使用者以愉快的感觉,并且对皮肤和头发产生足够的调理作用。
为了防止在漂洗期间头发变糙和在干燥后的头发卷缩,要将各种调理组分加入到含有各种表面活性剂的洗发洗涤剂组合物中。可是,当组合使用调理组分时,在某些情况下,起泡性能例如起泡能力、泡沫质量和起泡稳定性可能变坏。
另一方面,为了改善当用于皮肤时的感觉,可以将调理组分例如油质物质加入到其它的洗涤剂组合物而不是洗发洗涤剂组合物中。可是,甚至在这种情况下,也有象上面所述的起泡能力、泡沫质量等变坏的问题。
本发明的目的是提供洗涤剂组合物,该组合物在使用时给使用者以愉快的感觉,并且对皮肤和头发产生足够的调理作用而不损害起泡能力和泡沫性能。
本发明人发现:当表面活性剂、调理组分和特定的单甘油醚组合使用时,可以提供具有极好起泡能力和泡沫性能、使用时给使用者以愉快的感觉、并且对皮肤和头发产生足够的调理作用的洗涤剂组合物。
因此,根据本发明,提供了一种洗涤剂组合物,其包括下面组分(A)、(B)和(C):
(A)0.5-60%重量的表面活性剂,其选自阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂;
(B)0.01-20%重量的调理组分;和
(C)0.1-30%重量的单甘油醚,其具有4-12个碳原子的直链或支链烷基或链烯基。
本发明的组合物在起泡性能例如起泡能力和泡沫质量、使用时给使用者以愉快的感觉、并且对皮肤和头发产生足够的调理作用方面是极好的。
从下面详细描述的本发明优选实施方案和所附的权利要求书中,会容易更好地理解本发明的上述和其它目的、特点和优点。
在本发明实践中有用的表面活性剂(A)是至少一种选自阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的表面活性剂。
阴离子表面活性剂优选是硫酸盐、磺酸盐和羧酸盐类的那些,其例子包括:烷基硫酸盐、聚氧化烯烷基醚硫酸盐、聚氧化烯链烯基醚硫酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基聚氧化烯磺基琥珀酸盐、聚氧化烯烷基苯基硫酸盐、高级脂肪酸盐和烷烃磺酸盐。
它们当中,聚氧化烯烷基醚硫酸盐、聚氧化烯链烯基醚硫酸盐和烷基硫酸盐是优选的,特别优选的是具有下面通式(1)或(2)表示的那些:

其中R1是具有10-18个碳原子的烷基或链烯基,R2是具有10-18个碳原子的烷基,M是碱金属、碱土金属、铵、链烷醇胺或碱性氨基酸,m是1-5的一个数(重量平均值)。
非离子表面活性剂的例子包括:聚氧化烯脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧化烯山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧化烯甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧化烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧化烯烷基醚、聚氧化烯烷基苯基醚、聚氧化烯(硬化)蓖麻油、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚甘油烷基醚、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺和烷基聚苷。它们当中,烷基聚苷、聚氧化烯(C8-C20)脂肪酸酯、聚氧化烯脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧化烯硬化蓖麻油和脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺是优选的。脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺优选是具有8-18个、特别是10-16个碳原子酰基的那些。脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺可以是单链烷醇酰胺或二链烷醇酰胺,优选是具有2或3个碳原子的羟基的那些。其例子是油酸二乙醇酰胺、棕榈仁油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、聚氧乙烯椰子脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺、椰子脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺、月桂酸异丙醇酰胺和月桂酸单乙醇酰胺。
两性表面活性剂包括:甜菜碱类表面活性剂。它们当中,甜菜碱类表面活性剂例如烷基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱和脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱是优选的,特别优选的是脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱。该脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱优选是具有8-18个、特别是10-16个碳原子酰基的那些,特别优选的是月桂酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱、棕榈仁脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰子脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱等。
表面活性剂(A)优选包括阴离子表面活性剂并且根据需要含有非离子和/或两性表面活性剂。当以含水液体洗涤剂形式提供本发明的洗涤剂组合物时,特别优选的是脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱与阴离子表面活性剂组合使用,这不仅使得所得到的洗涤剂组合物具有良好的起泡能力,而且还可以得到温和的液体性质。
从去污力和起泡性能的角度考虑,组分(A)优选以0.5-60%重量,特别是3-40%重量的比例加入到本发明的洗涤剂组合物中。组分(A)中,阴离子表面活性剂优选以5-50%重量,更优选8-30%重量,特别是10-22%重量的比例加入,因为这样提供了具有极好去污力和起泡性能的洗涤剂组合物。非离子表面活性剂优选按组合物总重量计以0-20%,更优选0.5-10%,特别是1-5%的比例加入。两性表面活性剂优选按组合物总重量计以0-15%,更优选0.5-10%,特别是1-5%的比例加入。
当加入如上所述的脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱和脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺时,按组合物总重量计,其加入量优选是0.1-10%,特别是1-8%,因为这样可以产生良好的增加泡沫作用。
调理组分(B)的例子包括油质物质、硅氧烷和阳离子聚合物。本文中使用的术语“油质物质”是指通常用于传统化妆品组合物中并且可以分散于水中的固体或液体物质,但不包括硅氧烷。其例子包括:烃类例如凡士林;高级脂肪酸单酯例如棕榈酸异丙基酯;高级脂肪醇例如鲸蜡醇;和植物油和动物油例如tsubaki油、macadamia仁油、貂油、橄榄油、红花油、豆油和jojoba油。它们当中,高级脂肪醇是优选的。
硅氧烷的例子包括下面的硅氧烷:

(2)氨基改性的硅氧烷:
可以使用各种类型的氨基改性的硅氧烷。然而,在第3版CTFA字典(化妆品组分字典,美国)中以Amodimeticone名描述的并具有约3000-100000平均分子量的那些是优选的。优选以含水乳液的形式使用该氨基改性的硅氧烷。其市售产品的例子包括SM8704(Toray SiliconeCo.,Ltd.)和DC929(Dow Corning Co.);和
(3)此外,还可以提到聚醚改性的硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、酸改性的硅氧烷、醇改性的硅氧烷、烷氧基改性的硅氧烷、环氧基改性的硅氧烷、氟改性的硅氧烷、环硅氧烷、烷基改性的硅氧烷等。
阳离子聚合物的例子包括:阳离子化的纤维素衍生物,阳离子淀粉,阳离子化的瓜耳胶衍生物,二烯丙基季铵盐的均聚物,二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺的共聚物,季铵化的聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮衍生物,聚二元醇聚胺缩合物,三氯化乙烯基咪唑啉/乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物,羟乙基纤维素/氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵共聚物,乙烯基吡咯烷酮/季铵化的甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙基酯共聚物,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮/氨基丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮/氨基丙烯酸烷基酯/乙烯基己内酰亚胺三元共聚物,乙烯基吡咯烷酮/甲基丙烯酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵共聚物,烷基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯/烷基氨基烷基丙烯酰胺/聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯四元共聚物,己二酸/二甲基氨基羟基丙基亚乙基三胺共聚物(Cartaretin,美国Sandoz Co.的产品),和在日本专利申请公开号139734/1978和36407/1985中所述的阳离子聚合物。阳离子化的纤维素是特别优选的。
组分(B)的这些调理组分可以单独或者组合地使用,和优选按组合物总重量计以0.01-20%,特别是0.1-10%,更特别是0.1-5%的比例加入。特别地,硅氧烷和阳离子聚合物分别以0.1-5%重量的比例组合使用是优选的,这可以产生高的调理作用。
由于起泡能力、泡沫性能和使用时感觉之间关系的原因,在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中的组分(A)、(B)和(C)优选以下面的重量比加入。(B)/(A)的比例优选是0.002-2,特别是0.02-0.5。(C)/(A)的比例优选是0.002-2,特别是0.02-0.5。(C)/(B)的比例优选是0.01-100,特别是0.1-10。
在本发明实践中有用的、作为组分(C)的单甘油醚中的烷基或链烯基优选具有4-9个碳原子,具有4-8个碳原子的直链或支链烷基是特别优选的。更具体地,可以提到正丁基、异丁基、正戊基、2-甲基丁基、异戊基、正己基、异己基、正庚基、正辛基和2-乙基己基等,辛基是特别优选的。
组分(C)的这些单甘油醚可以单独或者组合地使用,和优选按组合物总重量计以0.1-30%,特别是0.5-15%,更特别是0.8-10%的比例加入,因为可以实现更充分的起泡能力而不损害使用时的感觉和调理作用。
在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中,除了上述组分外,还可以适当地加入通常用于传统洗涤剂组合物中的组分,例如,去头屑剂,维生素,杀菌剂,消炎剂,防腐剂,螯合剂,保湿剂例如丙二醇、甘油、二乙二醇单乙基醚、山梨醇和panthenol,着色剂例如染料和颜料,粘度改性剂例如羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、聚乙二醇、乙醇,粘土矿物质和盐例如氯化钠,pH调节剂例如柠檬酸和氢氧化钾,植物提取物,珍珠状赋色剂,香料基剂,着色剂,紫外线吸收剂,抗氧化剂,和除此之外,在香波成分百科全书(MICELLE PRESS)中所述的组分。
可以按照本领域已知的的方法制备本发明的洗涤剂组合物,对其形式没有特别的限制。因此,可以以任选的形式例如液体、膏体、霜、固体或粉末的形式提供本发明的洗涤剂组合物。优选以液体、膏体或霜的形式提供本发明洗涤剂组合物,液体洗涤剂组合物是特别优选的。当以液体形式提供洗涤剂组合物时,优选使用水或聚乙二醇作为液体介质。按组合物总重量计,水优选以10-80%的比例加入。
在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中,优选的是:通过将组合物用水稀释到1/10得到的水溶液的pH是4-10,特别是5-8。通过将酸或碱加入到组合物中可以调节洗涤剂组合物的pH。
按照本领域已知的的方法,可以将本发明的洗涤剂组合物制备成用于人体的洗涤剂,例如洗发香波,浴皂,面部清洗剂和洗手皂。
从容易使用的角度考虑,例如,在液体组合物如洗发香波的情况下,本发明的洗涤剂组合物优选在25℃时具有100-10000mPa·s,特别是500-5000mPa·s的粘度。
实施例1
用本领域已知的方法制备相应于表1中所示配方的洗涤剂组合物以便评价其泡沫体积、泡沫质量和对头发的感觉。结果汇集于表1中。
(评价方法)
将1g洗涤剂组合物样品涂覆于20g(15cm长)的20-30岁日本妇女的健康头发的头发束上,以便使其起泡30秒。之后,将该头发束漂洗并干燥。专家小组进行这一操作,以便根据下面的标准凭感觉印象地评价泡沫体积、泡沫质量和对头发的感觉,由此得出平均得分。当平均得分至少是3.5时,该样品列为◎,当平均得分是2.5-3.4时,列为○,当平均得分是1.5-2.4时,列为△,当平均得分至多是1.4时,列为×。

按照本领域已知的的方法制备下面所示配方的香波。
这样得到的香波在起泡时泡沫体积很大,在泡沫性能方面极好,并且由于其温和的液体性质容易使用。

正辛基甘油醚 3
硅氧烷乳液(BY-22-062,Toray Dow
Corn ing Co.,Ltd.的产品) 2.5
阳离子聚合物(Merquat,Calgon
Corp.的产品) 0.5
苯甲酸钠 0.3
香料基料 0.5
柠檬酸水溶液(调节到pH6.5) 适量
纯水 余量
Claims (4)
1.一种洗涤剂组合物,其包括下面组分(A)、(B)和(C):
(A)0.5~60%重量的表面活性剂,其选自阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂;
(B)0.01~20%重量的调理组分;和
(C)0.1~30%重量的单甘油醚,其具有4~9个碳原子的直链或支链烷基或链烯基。
2.根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中组分(A)包括阴离子表面活性剂和脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱或脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺。
3.根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中该阴离子表面活性剂是聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐、聚氧乙烯链烯基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项的洗涤剂组合物,其中组分(B)是至少一种选自油质物质、硅氧烷和阳离子聚合物的物质。
