Abstract

本发明涉及一种由弹性材料构成的密封框(1),包括密封型件(2、3)和框角件(4),其中对框角件(4)的弹性体混合物混合入一种可以提高弹性体混合物热导率的添加物。其中添加物优选为石墨。本发明的弹性体混合物尤其适用于制作隧道密封框和集装箱密封框的角件。

Description

密封框
本发明涉及一种由弹性材料构成的密封框,包含密封型件和框角件。
这一类密封框有多种应用,下面将列举出其中的一些用途:
-由混凝土、钢筋混凝土或其它建筑材料构成的衬砌管弓形片(丘宾筒)可以被拼砌成一管状的隧道,为了实现两块接合的衬砌管弓形片的拼缝的密封,需配备有密封框(US-A-4 946 309)。由于衬砌管弓形片大多具有四个接合边侧,所以密封框由四个拼装在一起的密封型件和四个框角件构成。其中密封型件是采用挤压工艺制成的。优选采用注塑工艺制成框角件。为此,必要的弹性体混合物也被称作喷注混合物。所以框角件在此也被称作喷注角件。
-在文献EP-B-0 399 353中推荐了一种用于集装箱,尤其是冷藏集装箱用的双密封框,其中可以将密封型件与框角件拼装成密封框。
-另外还可以将密封型件拼装成机动车玻璃的密封框,对此请参见文献DE-C-39 29 159。
下面以这些已有技术为背景对下述问题加以探讨。
框角件的加热时间将受到在相应温度的情况下硫化时间T90的限制。符号T90表示弹性体混合物的硫化程度达90%。在混合物被硫化之前,它必须具有一定的流动时间,以便把模具完全充满。
由于弹性体混合物是不良热导体,所以对于体积大的框角件首先需要较长的时间,以便实现件中心部分的硫化。其缺点在于,由于在截面上加入的热量不同,所以物理数据参数也各异。
本发明的目的在于缩短在制作密封框的密封角件时对弹性体混合物的加热时间。
该目的的实现方案在于对制作框角件的弹性体混合物添加入可以提高弹性体混合物的导热率的添加物。
对混合物中最好添加入石墨。添加入的石墨分量为10—30phr(每百份橡胶的份数),尤其是15—25phr。
采用本发明的弹性体混合物可以将加热时间缩短达50%,而不会对其物理数据参数有很大的不利影响。
下面将对照实施例并结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。图中示出,
图1为用于衬砌管弧形片的密封框的平面图;和
图2为图1所示的密封框的A-A向剖视图。
如图1所示,密封框1由弹性材料,即由橡胶或类橡胶塑料构成,包括四个密封型件2和3以及四个框角件4。采用挤压方式制成密封型件并对其进行硫化处理,并且最后根据密封框尺寸裁剪成所需的长度。采用模具制作框角件,所述模具包括内模和带有喷注沟槽的外模以及型箱,所述框角件与密封型件通过材料连接(stoffschluessig)结成复合体
图2为处于最大宽度a和最大厚度b时的(未加载的情况)密封型件的截面图,所述密封型件由型件基面6向型件背面9延伸。为了改善压缩效果,密封型件具有纹槽7和8和成两行设置的管槽10、11、12和13。
与此相反,图1所示的框角件4不具有管槽,但具有纹槽,所述纹槽可以由一相应的内部形状结构构成。
本发明的弹性体混合物通过模具上的喷注沟槽注入型箱内,接着在缩短加热时间的情况下进行硫化。
应用本发明的弹性体混合物可以制成各种可能形状的框角件,例如可以将挤压物形式的型件与一为模制品的密封型件组装在一起。
采用本发明的方案可以实现甚至U形的密封框以及其它的框形结构。
由于对隧道密封框和集装箱密封框的密封效率的要求特别高,此要求同时也涉及框角件,所以制作隧道密封框的和集装箱的密封框的角件是非常重要的。

Claims (7)

1.由弹性材料构成的密封框(1),包括密封型件(2、3、5)和框角件(4),其特征在于,对框角件(4)的弹性体混合物混合入一种可以提高弹性体混合物热导率的添加物。
2.按照权利要求1所述的密封框,其特征在于,所述添加物是石墨。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的密封框,其特征在于,在添加时添加物为粉末状。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的密封框,其特征在于,混合入的添加物的量度为10—30phr(每百份橡胶的份数)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的密封框,其特征在于,混合入的添加物的量度为15—25phr(每百份橡胶的份数)。
6.按照权利要求1至5中任一项所述的密封框,其特征在于,采用弹性体混合物制作隧道密封框的角件。
7.按照权利要求1至5中任一项所述的密封框,其特征在于,采用弹性体混合物制作集装箱密封框的角件。
