Abstract

在部分弯曲不锈钢中空管地形成前端部(2)并切断前端部(2)地形成开口刃面(3)的硬膜外用麻醉针(1)中,为了即使插入外针(1)的麻醉针的前端接触前端部内面,前端部(2)也容易滑动而能够突出到开口刃面(3)外,而平缓地弯曲前端部(2),并且在横看开口刃面(3)时,成前半部为凸面(4),后半部为凹面(5)的波浪形,当从上方看时,成从中空长圆形到方形圆角中空长方形的长边外弯的形状,开口刃面(3)的外侧及内侧前端(6,7)的刃角是过去的刃角的两倍以上。这种硬膜外用麻醉针的外针满足以下条件:1.插入的麻醉针容易伸出。2.在硬膜外穿刺时,不用担心开口刃面的外侧前端会损伤硬膜;3.在抽出所插入的导管时,导管不会顶在开口刃面后半部上或受损。

Description

硬膜外用麻醉针的外针
技术领域
本发明涉及硬膜外用麻醉针的外针。
背景技术
硬膜外用麻醉针是由内针和外针构成的双重针,在穿刺后,抽出内针并在起引导作用的外针中插入导管和脊椎麻醉针等。
传统的外针是弯曲并斜切断不锈钢中空管的前端部而成的螺旋形针。前端部的开口刃面成位于平面上的中空椭圆形,外侧前端的刃角约为30度并比较锋利。
如图5所示,传统外针8中,由于前端部9的弯曲比较大,所以插入外针中的麻醉针刺10的前端必然在斜立状态下接触前端面9的内面。结果,针对麻醉针的滑动而产生了大摩擦阻力,从而存在着麻醉针前端不能容易地从开口刃面18伸出的问题。
为了克服这个问题,如图6、7所示,提出了使外针19的前端部弯曲平缓的方案。虽然插入外针19的麻醉针20的前端能够不接触外针前端部21的内面地从开口刃面22中抽出来,但因插入方法的不同而接触外针前端部21的内面。即使麻醉针对20的前端接触外针前端部21的内面,由于双方交角小,所以摩擦阻力小,麻醉针20在外针前端部内面上顺利滑动并容易从外针19的开口刃面22伸出。不过,当外针19在硬膜外穿刺时,存在着容易损伤硬膜并且在抽出插入外针的导管时导管顶在开口刃面22上而容易受损的问题。
外针19损伤硬膜的原因是由于前端部21弯曲平缓,所以开口刃面22的具有锋利刃角的外侧前端23以接近垂直的角度接触硬膜。此外,导管顶在开口刃面22上而受损的原因是由于开口刃面22成细长的中空椭圆形,所以导管成楔状地嵌入开口刃面22的后半部中并且接触具有锋利刃角的开口刃面13的内侧前端24。
发明的公开
为解决上述问题而制定了本发明,本发明的目的是提供一种满足以下条件的硬膜外用麻醉针的外针。
1. 在硬膜外穿刺时,不用担心开口刃面的外侧前端会损伤硬膜。
2. 在抽出所插入的导管时,导管不会顶在开口刃面后半部上或因开口刃面的内侧前端而受损。
3. 插入外针的麻醉针的前端容易伸出到外针开口刃面外。
为了完成上述目的,本发明所采用的手段是这样的,即在不锈钢制中空管构成的硬膜外用麻醉针的外针中,为了即使麻醉针的前端与前端部的内面相接触也顺利地从前端部的开口刃面伸出,而将前端部弯曲,开口刃面为前半部是突出于包括该开口刃面的外长径与外短径的平面上的两个凸面,后半部是凹下的2个凹面,开口刃面的外侧及内侧前端的刃角大于现有开口刃面的刃角。
开口刃面的两个凸面与两个凹面最好相对包括该开口刃面的外长径、且垂直于外短径的平面是对称的。虽然最好将这些凸面和凹面制成平滑连续的波浪形曲面,但曲面之间、曲面与平面或平面之间也可以成交叉或有阶梯差地连接的形状。
开口刃面的外侧前端及内侧前端的刃角是传统的开口刃面成平面时的刃角的两倍以上,例如最好成60度-90度。
当开口刃面成从上看时的形状是从中空长圆形到方形圆角中空长方形的长边外弯的形状时,在拔出导管时,不用担心导管成楔状地被挡在开口刃面后半部上。例如,即使导管接触开口刃面的内侧前端,但由于其刃角钝,所以不用担心内侧前端损伤导管。

实施发明的最佳方式
根据附图所示实施例来说明本发明。
图1、2是本发明第一实施例的外针的平面图及纵截面图。
如图1、2所示,外针1是弯曲并通过放电加工等切断细不锈钢管前端部而形成的。由于曲率比较小,所以即使所插入的麻醉针前端接触内面,外针1的前端部2也不停顿地照样滑动,从而与传统的曲率大的外针相比,外针1的翘曲减小。外针1的开口刃面3成凹凸形状,但其外长径与外短径在管径相同的情况下与传统的外针相同。
开口刃面3的前半部是相对包括开口刃面3的外长径与外短径的平面突出的两个凸面4,后半部是相对该平面降低的两个凹面5。这两个凸面4与凹面5分别相对包括开口刃面的外长径且垂直于外短径的平面是对称的。
在包括所述外长径且垂直于外短径的平面内,凸面4与外针1外周母线的交角就是开口刃面3的外侧前端6的刃角,凹面5与外针1内周母线的交角就是开口刃面3内侧前端7的刃角。凸面4是如此形成的波形曲面,即外侧前端6的刃角大约是传统的开口刃面成平面的刃角的两倍,如成60度,而凹面5是如此形成的波形曲面,即内侧前端7的刃角大约是传统刃角的两倍,如成60度。相邻的凸面4之间、凹面5之间以及凸面4与凹面5分别平滑地连接。
当外针1在硬膜外穿刺时,由于前端部2曲率小,所以开口刃面3的外侧前端6以相对硬膜接近垂直的角度接触硬膜,由于外侧前端6的刃角较大而钝,所以不用担心会损伤硬膜。
当从上方看时,成凹凸状的开口刃面3成接近中空长圆形的形状,尽管没有画出来,在抽出插入外针1的导管时,导管接近开口刃面3的后半部,由于后半部成中央平缓弧形,所以完全不用担心导管成楔状地被挡在开口刃面3的后半部上。并且,即使导管接触开口刃面3的内侧前端7,由于其刃角较大而钝,所以不用担心会损伤导管。
接着,说明图3、4所示的本发明第二实施例。
图3是第二实施例的前端部的平面图,图4是纵截面图。第二实施例的外针11与第一实施例一样地也是先平缓地弯曲具有一定长度的不锈钢管前端部分并接着通过放电加工等切断钢管前端地制成的。从上方看时,开口刃面13成方形圆角中空长方形的长边外弯的形状,但其外长径和外短径在管径相同时与传统的外长径与外短径一样。
当在短径方向上看开口刃面13时,开口刃面13的前半部的凸面14垂直突立于外针11的下侧外周母线上并随后成小圆弧地朝着外针11的前端部12中心直线延伸,并照样移向后半部的凹面15。后半部的凹面15在外针11的上侧附近描绘出小圆弧并随后与外针11上侧外周母线垂直相交。由于开口刃面13的外侧前端6的刃角成90度,所以几乎没有切刃作用。因而,完全不用担心外针11在硬膜外穿刺时损伤硬膜。此外,由于开口刃面13的内侧前端17在从上方看时是平坦的,所以不用担心顶住导管。另外,即使导管接触开口刃面13的内侧前端17,由于内侧前端17的刃角是90度,所以完全不用担心导管受损。
如上所述,为了即使插入外针的麻醉针的前端接触外针前端部的弯曲内面也能容易地拔出,本发明的硬膜外用麻醉针是平缓地弯曲外针前端部,所以开口刃面的外侧前端在接近直角的状态下接触硬膜,但与传统的开口刃面成位于平面上的中空椭圆形的开口刃面不同,开口刃面为相对包含其外长径与外短径的平面,将前半部制成两个凸面并将后半部制成两个凹面,并且使开口刃面的外侧及内侧前端的刃角大于过去的刃角,把开口刃面制成从中空长圆形到方形圆角中空长方形的长边外弯的形状,所以麻醉针前端不仅能够容易地伸出外针外,而且产生了这样优良的效果,即不用担心外针外侧前端在硬膜外穿刺时会损伤硬膜,不用担心导管顶在外针开口刃面上,不用担心由开口刃面引起的损伤。

Claims (7)

1.一种在弯曲前端部(2,12)上具有开口刃面(3,13)的硬膜外用麻醉针的外针(1,11),其特征在于,为了使插入该外针中的麻醉针的前端容易伸出到该开口刃面外,该前端部弯曲平缓,所述开口刃面为前半部是突出于包括该开口刃面的外长径与外短径的平面上的两个凸面(4,14),外侧前端(6,16)具有比该开口刃面的外长径与外针外周母线之交角大的刃角。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬膜外用麻醉针的外针,其特征在于,该开口刃面为后半部是从包括该外长径与该外短径的平面凹入的两个凹面(5,15),内侧前端(7,17)具有比该开口刃面的外长径与外针内周母线之交角大的刃角。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的硬膜外用麻醉针的外针,其特征在于,开口刃面(3,13)的两个凸面(4,14)与两个凹面(5,15)相对包括该开口刃面的外长径、且垂直于外短径的平面是对称的。
4.如权利要求1-3之一所述的硬膜外用麻醉针的外针,其特征在于,外侧前端(16)的刃角为直角。
5.如权利要求2-4之一所述的硬膜外用麻醉针的外针,其特征在于,内侧前端(17)的刃角为直角。
6.如权利要求3所述的硬膜外用麻醉针的外针,其特征在于,开口刃面(3)在从上方看时成中空长圆形。
7.如权利要求3所述的硬膜外用麻醉针的外针,其特征在于,开口刃面(13)在从上方看时成方形圆角中空长方形的长边外弯的形状。
