Description

涂饰用粘胶带
本发明涉及涂饰用粘胶带,特别是用于汽车等车辆的涂饰用粘胶带。
一般来说,对于RV(娱乐车辆)车的车门部件、发动机盖、挡泥板、车顶或摩托车的侧盖、燃料箱等车辆组成部分的外表面,为了起装饰作用,提高车的美观、高档的感觉,有时会进行双色涂饰。
不过,现有的双色涂饰,是将涂料喷到经过刷底漆等处理后的被涂饰基材表面,进行喷涂施工。
但是,喷涂施工必须进行各色涂料的喷涂和干燥工序,整个涂饰工艺存在耗时长、生产效率低下等问题。另外,涂料喷涂时会在大气中释放挥发性有机溶剂,影响环境卫生。
为了解决这一问题,有人提出采用在被涂饰基材表面粘贴设有粘接剂层的涂饰用着色薄膜而进其着色的方法。
作为涂饰用的着色薄膜,提出了例如将涂料、着色颜料与构成薄膜的树脂材料混合,通过流延法使其形成薄膜化的涂饰用着色薄膜,或在薄膜上涂敷由含有着色颜料的粘接剂形成的粘接剂层等方案。
但是,在这样的涂饰用着色薄膜中,由于着色颜料等分散在薄膜的构成材料或粘接剂中,这种状态下,显色性、再现性不充分,因此特别是在金属色中,易出现颜色不均、色纹等问题,严重损害了商品的价值。
而且,为保持基底的遮盖性,着色薄膜层或着色粘接剂层必须具有一定的厚度,因此整体的柔软性不良,贴在大面积部位或者拐角等曲面时,随动性不好,操作烦杂。
本发明的目的在于提供涂饰用粘胶带,其能以简化的涂饰工艺进行涂饰且易于在大面积部分或者拐角等曲面粘贴、并具有优良的颜色再现性、可进行多种多样的涂饰处理。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的涂饰用粘胶带的特征在于:具有粘接剂层、由设置在上述粘接剂层表面的涂料构成的涂膜、以及设置在上述涂膜的与层合上述粘接剂层的面相对置的另一侧面的透明涂层。
使用上述本发明的涂饰用粘胶带,因为实现了涂料本身的胶带化,可获得与直接喷涂涂料完全相同的效果。因而对特殊色调的金属涂饰也可实现良好的再现性。另外,由于大幅度地简化了涂饰工艺,使生产效率大幅度她提高,成本降低。
在上述透明涂层的与层合上述涂膜层的面相对置的另一侧面,最好设有保护胶带。这样,例如可防止涂饰用粘胶带在运输时、或在粘贴时所用的刮辊所造成透明涂层的损伤等。
另外,上述涂料最好使用尿烷类树脂作为基质。这类涂料可以实现较低温度交联,从而易于形成由涂料形成的涂膜。
并且,上述粘接剂层最好使用以丙烯基类树脂为主要成份的粘接剂。这类以丙烯酸烷基酯为主要成份的丙烯基类粘接剂具有较小的初期胶粘性,具有优良的再剥离、再粘贴性,可以易于重新粘贴,操作性好。粘贴一定时间后,其粘着力不断加强,因而不会出现拱起、剥落等现象。
并且,上述透明涂层最好使用尿烷类树脂作为主要成份。由于尿烷类树脂富有弹性而形成了柔软的覆膜,因此不会使涂饰用粘胶带整体硬化。另外,所述涂膜具有耐热性、持久性、耐气候性、耐药性等优点,同时具备高观感性、高光泽度,适合作为层叠在涂膜上面的透明涂层。
另外,在本发明的涂饰用粘胶带中,上述涂膜的干燥膜厚度最好为5-40μm,透明涂层的膜厚最好为5-50μm。
另外,在本发明的涂饰用粘胶带中,在使用的状态下,其断裂强度最好在0.196-4.9Mpa(2-50kg/cm2)之间。这样,涂饰用粘胶带柔软性优良,贴附在大面积部位或者拐角等曲面时其随动性很好,从而提高了处理性和操作性
并且,本发明的涂饰用粘胶带,在使用状态的断裂伸展度最好为10-150%。断裂伸展度不到10%时,会导致低温冲击性恶化,若超过150%,则透明涂层可能产生粘感(发粘性)。另外,通过使断裂伸展度在10-150%,与以上所述相同,粘胶带柔软性好,贴附在大面积部位或者拐角等曲面时其随动性良好,从而提高了处理性和操作性。
并且,上述涂饰用粘胶带最好用于车辆的涂饰。根据本发明,通过简单的工艺,就可进行非常美观的涂饰处理,而且很容易适应设计的多样化,从而可显著提高汽车等商品的价值。

下面,对各项进行详细说明。
涂饰用粘胶带1的粘接剂层3可使用以往常用的压敏性、热敏性的粘接剂。使用的粘接剂可以是天然橡胶、丙烯类树脂、乙烯醋酸乙烯基的共同体、聚氨基甲酸乙脂、聚脂、硅橡胶、氟类橡胶、聚乙烯丁缩醛等以树脂为主要成份的粘接剂。在这些粘接剂中,以丙烯类树脂为主要成份的粘接剂耐热性、透明性、持久性、耐气候性比较理想,其中以丙烯酸烃基脂为主要成份的丙烯类粘接剂更为理想。丙烯酸烃基脂为主更成份的丙烯类粘接剂具有较小的初期发粘性,具有优良的再剥离性、再粘贴性,因而易于重新粘贴且操作性好。粘贴一定时间后,其粘着力加强,从而不会出现拱起、剥落等现象。
在粘接剂层3中,除上述粘接剂外,也可根据需要适当添加粘接剂附着剂、软化剂、防止老化剂、安定剂、紫外线吸收剂等。
对粘接剂层3的厚度没有特别的限定,5-100μm比较理想,20-50μm更好。粘接剂层3过薄则粘着力不够,另一方面,太厚则可能出现粘接剂渗出、操作性低下等情况。
涂膜4通过涂料本身形成。因此,与在现有涂饰用着色膜这样的膜层的构成材料中混入颜料形成层状制品或在膜上进行丝网印刷的制品不同,由于本发明的涂膜4是由涂料本身形成的,颜色的再现性好,因此对例如金属色也可以进行颜色均匀、无色纹的良好的涂饰。
另外,由于由涂料本身形成的涂膜4可以做到非常薄,因此使得涂饰用粘胶带1整体薄型化,并且柔软且随动性好,易于粘贴在拐角等曲面或大面积部位。
对构成涂膜4的涂料没有特定限制,使用通常的汽车外装饰涂料即可。这些汽车外装饰涂料,例如作为主要成分,可采用含有由颜料成份和分散颜料成份的基质聚合物的材料等。
作为基质聚合物,可采用尿烷类树脂、环氧类树脂、聚酯类树脂等。可以根据被涂饰基材的材质等进行适当的选择组合,但以尿烷类树脂最为理想。以尿烷类树脂为基质的涂料,能在较低温状态下交联,从而易于由涂料本身形成涂膜4。
另外,作为颜料成份,可使用各种含有机颜料、无机颜料、天然色素等的普通颜料。另外,若含有光亮颜料,则可形成具有金属色感的涂膜。
对光亮颜料没有特别限定,一般可采用用于汽车外装饰涂料等的铝颜料等金属颜料、珍珠颜料、素色颜料等。另外,光亮颜料可以使用单独一种或者两种以上混合使用。
对光亮颜料的形状没有特别限定,鳞片状比较理想。使用含有鳞片状光亮颜料的涂料,可形成外观性更好、具有金属光泽感的涂膜。
涂膜4的干燥膜厚希望在5-40μm之间,7-20μm更为理想。
涂膜4的膜厚不到5μm时,显色性、遮盖性不充分,可能造成涂饰效果不好。另一方面,膜厚超过40μm时,会造成生产效率、外观效果低下。
透明涂层5主要起到保护涂膜4的作用,可由一般的汽车外装饰用的透明涂层剂形成。作为透明涂层剂,例如可以是由尿烷类树脂、丙烯密胺类树脂等生成的。其中,以尿烷类树脂制出的透明涂层剂比较理想。
由于尿烷类树脂可形成富有弹性的柔软的覆膜,因此不会导致涂饰用粘胶带整体硬化。另外,这类涂膜具有耐热性、持久性、耐气候性、耐药性等优点,同时具备高观感性、高光泽度,因而适合作为层叠在涂膜上面的透明涂层。
另外,透明涂层5最好是无色透明的。根据需要,也可以带一定的颜色,但是以不完全遮盖下层的涂膜4为前提。
透明涂层5的理想膜厚为5-50μm,5-40μm更好。当透明涂层5的膜厚在5-50μm范围时,可充分起到保护涂膜4的作用,且不损伤其弹性和柔软性,并且具有高持久性和高观感性。
另外,透明涂层也可以多层层合而成。其整体膜厚希望在上述范围内。
而且,在本发明的涂饰用粘胶带1中,图示的透明涂层5上层合了保护胶带(图中未标出),贴附了将涂饰用粘胶带粘1贴合在待贴合体上之后,可以将保护胶带撕去。这样,例如可防止涂饰用粘胶带1在运输时或由粘贴时所用的刮辊造成透明涂层5的损伤。对这类保护胶带的基材没有特别限定,可以使用聚氯化乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯胶等条。另外,保护胶带的基材要求弹性好,选样,就不会破坏涂饰用粘胶带的柔软性和贴附适应性。
对保护胶带所使用的粘接剂没有特别限定,可以使用与构成上述粘接剂层3同样的粘接剂。其中,最好是粘着力稳定、不会降低透明涂层5光泽度的以丙烯类树脂为主要成份的粘接剂。
本发明的涂饰用粘胶带1在使用的状态下、就是说在由粘接剂层3、涂膜4及透明涂层5构成的状态下,其理想的断裂强度最好在0.196-4.9Mpa(2-50kg/cm2)之间,0.49-2.45Mpa(5-25kg/cm2)之间更好。这样,涂饰用粘胶带1柔软性好,贴附在大面积部位或拐角等曲面时其随动性也良好,从而能提高处理性和操作性。
另外,本发明的涂饰用粘胶带1,在使用状态的理想断裂伸展度为10-150%之间。30-100%更为理想。断裂伸展度不到10%时,有可能发生低温冲击性降低的现象,超过150%时,透明涂层5可能产生粘感(发粘性)。另外,断裂伸展度在10-150%时,同上述相同,粘胶带柔软性好,贴附在大面积部位或者拐角等曲面时其随动性良好,从而提高了处理性和操作性。
在层叠有本发明的涂饰用粘胶带1中,粘接剂层3的与涂膜4层合的面的反面,根据需要贴有分型层2。这样,可防止粘接剂层3粘附尘埃、互相粘接,从而提高了处理性和保管性。
作为分型层2,可以使用任意一种材料,例如由聚对苯二甲酸乙酯、聚丁烯对苯二酸脂、聚乙烯、聚丙烯等各种树脂形成的薄膜或者聚乙烯层压纸、聚丙烯层压纸、树脂纸、玻璃纸等各种纸材作为基材,在与此基材的粘接剂层3的接合面上,根据需要进行分型处理。在这种情况下,作为分型处理的代表性例子,可进行由聚烃硅氧类树脂、长链烷基类树脂、氟类树脂等分型剂形成分型剂层。
在本发明的涂饰用粘胶带中,分型层2的基材最好使用薄膜,在使用薄膜的情况下,提高了涂饰用粘胶带外观,更确保了粘着剂层3的平滑性。
对分型层2的厚度无特别限定,理想的厚度是30-200μm。
这种涂饰用粘胶带1,除了用于汽车、两轮摩托车、铁路车辆等的涂饰外,还可用于储存库、铁塔等建筑物的涂饰。最理想的是用于汽车等车辆的涂饰。而且,不仅限于汽车外板的表面,还可用于树脂制的保险杠、汽车内部等各部分的涂饰。
通过使用本发明的涂饰用粘胶带,以简单的工艺,就可进行非常美观的涂饰处理,而且很容易适应设计的多样化,从而显著提高了汽车等商品的价值。
使用涂饰用粘胶带1对车辆进行涂饰,通常先将分型层2撕下,以使胶带与车辆涂饰面的底部对齐,用橡胶辊子或刮辊等依次滚压粘贴,使涂饰面与粘接剂层3之间不形成气泡。例如,在下线车表面所希望的部分用本发明的涂饰用粘胶带1按上述方法粘贴,可实现由下线车本色(车身颜色)与涂膜色(金属色)组成的双色涂饰施工。
另外,本发明的涂饰用粘胶带的形状不局限于长条形,也可根据所需尺寸裁成大片形状。
下面,说明本发明中涂饰用粘胶带的制造方法的一个例子。
涂饰用粘胶带,例如在聚酯树脂制的工艺膜上涂上透明涂层剂形成透明涂层5。透明涂层的涂敷方法没有特别限定,可选择毛刷涂敷、喷涂、浸渍、辊式涂敷、流涂敷、帘式流涂敷、刮涂、旋转式涂敷等通常使用的各种涂敷方法。
然后,在透明涂层5上用涂料形成涂膜4,作为第1工序制品。
对涂膜4的形成方法没有特别限定,用金属型涂敷、刮辊涂敷、辊子涂敷、刮涂、帘式流涂敷、喷涂等都可以。其中喷涂方式比较理想,可以直接使用目前用于汽车等被涂饰物的涂料,而且,可在短时间内形成薄而均匀的涂膜。另外,喷涂可以使涂料中所含的光亮颜料粒子在涂膜的厚度方向定向堆积,即处于“粒子站立”的状态,从而形成生色好、金属光泽均匀、美观的涂膜。
另外,在进行分型层2的分型处理的面上形成粘接剂层3。粘接剂层3的粘接剂组成物可以使用金属型涂敷、刮辊涂敷、凹版涂敷、逆向涂敷、辊子涂敷等,按一般的公知方法涂敷。
然后,通过层粘合带有粘接剂层3的分型层2与第1工序制品,使粘接剂层3和涂膜4层合而获得涂饰用粘胶带1。另外,就工艺膜来说,在第1工序制品与分型层2粘合后、可在卷起前剥掉工艺膜。工艺膜除去后,根据需要,也可在透明涂层5的上面贴上保护带,以形成具有保护带的涂饰用粘胶带。
另外,对透明涂层5、涂膜4、粘接剂层3的硬化、干燥方法没有特别限定,使用一般公知的方法即可。对硬化、干燥时的温度也没有特别限定,可根据各层构成材料的种类等适当设定。
作为本发明的涂饰用粘胶带制造方法的另一实施例,首先,在分型层2上形成粘接剂层3,然后,在暴露的粘接剂层3表面用喷涂等方法形成涂膜4。最后,在涂膜4上形成透明涂层5,如有必要再在其上面层压保护带,可生产出具有保护带的涂饰用粘胶带1。
以上,参照图示对本发明的涂饰用粘胶带及其制造方法进行了说明,但是本发明不仅仅局限于此,还可以对涂饰用粘胶带的粘接剂层3与涂膜4的层合面进行适当的处理,以防止涂料的移动等。例如,可在粘接剂层3与涂膜4之间设置膜厚小于100μm的阻尼层、保护层等。另外,只要不影响涂饰用粘胶带的柔软性,可在任意位置设置如底涂涂料等具备各种功能的薄膜。下面,对本发明的具体实施例进行说明。
1.涂饰用粘胶带的制作(实施例1)制作下述结构的涂饰用粘胶带
·透明涂层:30μm
丙烯基尿烷类汽车外装饰用涂敷剂
(日本油脂株式会社生产的‘PMH-240透明涂层’)
·涂膜:15μm(干燥膜厚)
丙烯基尿烷类汽车外装饰用涂料
(日本油脂BASFコ-テイングス株式会社生产的‘RMH-100基础涂料,作为金属颜料(光亮颜料),含Al粉,)
·粘接剂层:45μm(干燥膜厚)
丙烯酸烷基酯为主更成分的丙烯类感压粘接剂
(リンテツク株式会社生产的‘PAT1’)
涂饰用粘胶带的生产,首先,在厚度为75μm的聚酯树脂制的工艺膜(ダイヤホイルキスト株式会社生产的‘T100E75’)上,使用上述透明涂层剂,通过喷枪喷涂的方式形成透明涂层5。
然后,在透明涂层5的表面,用喷涂方式涂敷上涂料后,经过硬化、干燥,形成涂膜4,作为第1工序制品。
另一方面,在厚100μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙酯树脂制的分型层2(リンテツク株式会社生产的‘PET100S面层’)的分型处理的面上,用刮辊涂敷方法涂敷上述粘接剂,使其干燥后的状态下的厚度为45μm,以形成粘接剂层3。
然后,使第1工序制品与分型层2层合,涂膜4与粘接剂层3层合,粘合后揭去工艺膜,就制成了图1所示的涂饰用粘胶带1。
(实施例2)
在聚丙烯膜(厚60μm)上涂上丙烯类粘接剂使其干燥膜厚为20μm,将制成的保护带(スミロン株会社生产的‘LL-40’)层合在透明涂层5的与层合涂膜4的面相对置的另一侧面上,另外,除透明涂层5的厚度为10μm,涂膜4的厚度为10μm以外,其它的都与实施例1相同,从而制成了具有保护带的涂饰用粘胶带1。
然后,使用实施例1、2制作的涂饰用粘胶带进行以下试验。
2.涂饰用粘胶带的物理评价
对按以上方法制作的涂饰用粘胶带(除去分型层2、保护带的状态)的断裂强度及断裂拉伸度进行测定。
断裂强度与断裂拉伸度分别按JIS K7127标准进行测定。
结果如下表所示
3.涂饰用粘胶带的涂饰性评价
①外观性试验
将在各实施例中制作的涂饰用粘胶带贴附于车身颜色为黑色的下限车表面的一部分上。
涂饰用粘胶带的粘贴按通常的粘贴工艺进行。首先,剥离分型层2的端部,将露出的粘接剂层3压在需要涂饰部位的指定端,确定位置后,一边慢慢揭去分型层2,一边用刮辊滚压直至粘接剂层3粘贴部位的另一端,以使中间不产生气泡。对这样的用涂饰用粘胶带涂饰的物体的外观效果,按以下标准进行评价。另外,将实施例2的具有保护带的涂饰用粘胶带施压粘贴后,在揭去保护带状态下进行评价。◎。。。完全没有颜色不匀、光泽不匀的现象,非常好○。。。几乎没有颜色不匀、光泽不匀的现象,良好×。。。可发现颜色不匀、光泽不匀等外观不良现象结果如表1所示。
②完工效果试验通过肉眼对用以上各实施例制作的涂饰用粘胶带进行涂饰处理后的物体与用实施例中使用的涂料及透明涂层剂直接喷涂后的物体两者的完工状态(色相及光泽)进行比较,按以下标准进行了评价。◎。。。完工效果完全一样,用肉眼看不出两者的区别○。。。只能看到细微差别×。。。明显有区别结果如表1所示[表1]
从以上结果可以看出,各实施例中制作的涂饰用粘胶带非常柔软,在大面积部位或者拐角等曲面也易于粘贴,并且效果很好。另外,以简单的方法能呈现与涂料直接喷涂涂料几乎完全相同的外观。
而且,在本发明的涂饰用粘胶带中,由于涂膜与透明涂层是一体形成,因此在汽车涂饰时,可以省略双色部分和与其重叠的透明涂层的涂敷。这样,可大大减少各工序中由于喷涂所产生的挥发性有害有机溶媒量。
另外,由于省略了双色部分的涂饰以及该部分的透明涂层涂敷,因而省略了中间的干燥工序,因此大幅提高了涂饰效率。
如上所述,本发明的涂饰用粘胶带,因为做到了使涂料本身胶带化,因此可取得与直接喷涂涂料完全相同的完工效果,对特殊色调的金属涂饰也可实现良好的再现性。

Claims (9)

1、涂饰用粘胶带,其特征在于:具有粘接剂层、由设置在上述粘接剂层表面的涂料构成的涂膜、以及设置在上述涂膜的与层合上述粘接剂层的面相对置的另一侧面上的透明涂层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的涂饰用粘胶带,其特征在于:在所述透明涂层的与层合所述涂膜的面相对置的另一侧面上,设有保护胶带。
3、根据权利要求1所述的涂饰用粘胶带,其特征在于:上述涂料使用尿烷类树脂作为基质。
4、根据权利要求1所述的涂饰用粘胶带,其特征在于:所述粘接剂层使用以丙烯基类树脂为主更成份的粘接剂。
5、根据权利要求1所述的涂饰用粘胶带,其特征在于:所述透明涂层使用尿烷类树脂作为主要成份。
6、根据权利要求1所述的涂饰用粘胶带,其特征在于:所述涂膜4的干燥膜厚度为5-40μm,透明涂层5的膜厚为5-50μm。
7、根据权利要求1所述的涂饰用粘胶带,其特征在于:断裂强度为0.196-4.9Mpa。
8、根据权利要求1所述的涂饰用粘胶带,其特征在于:断裂伸展度为10-150%。
9、根据权利要求1所述的涂饰用粘胶带,其特征在于:所述涂饰用粘胶带用于车辆的涂饰。
