Abstract

本发明涉及一种果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料。该骨料是由芯料和壳料组成,其中,芯料采用膨胀珍珠岩颗粒料,壳料由的活性炭粉和水泥干粉混合而成,将湿状芯料与干粉状壳料混合,使壳料均匀的裹在芯料表面,待晾干或风干后,即制成果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料。与现有技术相比,本发明的保温骨料具有容重轻、导热系数小、抗压强度高、亲和力强、保温性能好等明显特点。同时该骨料还具有不开裂、收缩率小、成本低、施工方便、不污染环境等优点。

果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于墙体保温材料领域,是一种果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料。
背景技术
膨胀珍珠岩材料具有耐火、抗腐蚀、绝热、使用中无毒害物质释放等特性,同时价格低廉,因而作为一种新型的建筑节能材料和保温材料,已得到广泛应用。在现有技术中,用于墙体的保温材料一般采用膨胀珍珠岩凝胶料作为骨料。由于这种骨料气孔率小,容重大,导热系数高,不但影响保温效果,还直接加重墙体的负荷。如果减少骨料用量以减轻墙体负荷,则不能保证保温层体的抗压强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种容重轻、保温性能好、并能保证抗压强度且施工方便的果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料及其制备方法。
实现本发明的目的所采取的技术方案是:该果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料是由芯料和壳料制成,其中,芯料采用膨胀珍珠岩颗粒料,壳料由重量百分比为10~30%的活性炭粉和70~90%的水泥干粉混合而成,芯料与壳料的重量比为8~9∶1~2。
本发明的保温骨料可按下述步骤制备:
(1)按所述配比量取水泥干粉70~90%和活性炭粉10~30%均匀混合制成干粉状壳料备用;
(2)从膨胀珍珠岩粉中筛选出18~40目的颗粒料,用80~100kg/m3的水均匀喷湿制成湿状芯料,装入袋内保存水分备用;
(3)按所述配比量将湿状芯料与干粉状壳料混合,使干粉状壳料均匀的裹在芯料表面,然后晾干或风干,在芯料外部形成一层硬壳,即为果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料产品。
按照上述方法及配料制成的果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料,其有益效果为:该骨料的容重由传统骨料的650~720kg/m3减轻至250~270kg/m3,导热系数由传统骨料的0.072~0.085W/m·K降低至0.053~0.057W/m·K,因此,该骨料具有容重轻、保温性能好、抗压强度高、亲和力强、施工方便等明显特点(?)。同时该骨料还具有不开裂、收缩率小、不污染环境等优点。
具体实施方式
本发明的果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料是由芯料和壳料制成,其中,芯料是从膨胀珍珠岩粉中筛选出18~40目的颗粒料,壳料由重量百分比为10~30%的活性炭粉和70~90%的水泥干粉混合而成。芯料与壳料的重量比为8~9∶1~2。
实施例:
按水泥干粉70%与活性炭粉30%的重量配比均匀混合制成干粉状壳料;从膨胀珍珠岩粉料中筛选18~40目珍珠岩颗粒作为芯料,将芯料按与壳料9∶1的比例取量,用100kg水均匀喷湿,制成湿状芯料;将湿状芯料与干粉状壳料混合,使壳料均匀的裹在芯料表面,然后晾干或风干,即制成果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料。

Claims (3)

1、一种果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料,其特征在于:该骨料是由芯料和壳料制成,其中,芯料采用18~40目的膨胀珍珠岩颗粒料,壳料由重量百分比为10~30%的活性炭粉和70~90%的水泥干粉混合而成,芯料与壳料的重量比为8~9∶1~2。
2、一种制备权利要求1所述果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料的方法,其特征在于:该骨料由下述步骤制得:
(1)按所述配比量取水泥干粉70~90%和活性炭粉10~30%均匀混合制成干粉状壳料备用;
(2)从膨胀珍珠岩粉中筛选出18~40目的颗粒料,用水均匀喷湿制成湿状芯料,装入袋内保存水分备用;
(3)按所述配比量将湿状芯料与干粉状壳料混合,使干粉状壳料均匀地裹在芯料表面,然后晾干或风干,在芯料外部形成一层硬壳,即为果壳型珍珠岩保温骨料产品。
3、根据权利要求2所述的制备果壳型膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料的方法,其特征在于:所述膨胀珍珠岩颗粒料的喷水量为80~100kg/m3
