Abstract

一种汽车的悬架装配结构,其中前装配轨和前装配托架使用焊装螺孔塞安装,且后装配轨和后装配托架使用焊装螺孔塞安装在减震器壳板的底部,这样,其减震器和上臂模块化为一体的悬架模块可以安装在汽车车身上作为一个加强结构。从发动机室看悬架装配部件的外观非常优雅,且安装悬架模块的工作也非常简单。

汽车的悬架装配结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车的悬架装配结构,更特别涉及一种悬架模块,其中的减震器和上臂在车身中模块化为一体。
背景技术
安装在车身上的悬架结构必须为稳定行驶提供足够的强度,并有效抑制行驶过程中产生的噪音和振动。另一方面,在近年来发动机室内的外观也成为汽车的一个重要方面的同时,从发动机室看去的悬架装配区域周围的外观也必须优美地设置。
当然,除了如前所述的悬架装配区域周围的足够的强度和优美的外观外,完成悬架安装到车身上的工作的简单程度也是一个非常重要的因素。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种汽车的悬架装配结构,其中,将减震器和上臂模块化为一体的悬架模块可作为加强结构安装在车身上。在一个优选实施例中,汽车悬架装配结构包括减震器壳板,其中前挡板元件与他的顶端结合,且前纵梁与其底端结合。提供前装配轨和后装配轨,其中在分别设置在汽车前后方向之前,顶端与前挡板元件结合,且底端与前纵梁在减震器壳板底面结合,这样用减震器壳板可以形成封闭截面。前装配托架安装在前装配轨与减震器壳板之间,这样焊装螺孔塞可以在前装配轨和前装配托架之间使用前装配轨固定。后装配托架安装在后装配轨和减震器壳板之间,这样焊装螺孔塞可在后装配轨和后装配托架之间使用后装配轨固定。

具体实施方式
下面参考附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明。
参考图6,说明了本发明实施例中使用的悬架模块1,其中,减震器3和上臂5模块化为一体。在这个模块化的单元中,减震器3的顶端固定在悬架托架7上,且上臂5的车身上的侧端部分与悬架托架7连接以可以旋转。
参考图1到图5,配置根据本发明实施例的悬架装配结构,包括减震器壳板13,其中它的顶端与前挡板元件9结合,且它的底端与前纵梁11结合。前装配轨15和后装配轨17具有与挡板元件9结合的顶端,和在减震器壳板13的底部与前纵梁11结合的底端。这些轨道分别设置在汽车的前、后方向上,这样可以用减震器壳板13形成一个封闭的截面(S)。前装配托架19安装在前装配轨15与减震器壳板13之间,以用前装配轨15固定焊装螺孔塞(N)。后装配托架21安装在后装配轨17与减震器壳板13之间,以用后装配轨17固定焊装螺孔塞(N)。
为了使焊装螺孔塞(N)安装在前装配轨15和前装配托架19之间,他们两个在前装配轨15的中间区域,一个设置在另一个上面。为了使焊装螺孔塞(N)安装在后装配轨17和后装配托架21之间,他们两个在后装配轨17的中间区域上下设置。优选地,焊装螺孔塞(N)的轴线相对于汽车的垂直方向倾斜。换言之,一共四个焊装螺孔塞(N)用于与悬架模块1结合,且沿着焊装螺孔塞(N)螺旋方向的轴线相对于汽车的垂直方向大致倾斜45度角。
参考图3,前装配轨15和后装配轨17的中间区域上分别设有突起部件23。这些突起部件朝向减震器壳板13。前装配托架19和后装配托架21上设有凹槽25以分别容纳突起部件23。突起部件23防止提供支撑的区域限制悬架模块的上臂5处侧面和车身的旋转,从而避免前装配轨15和后装配轨17的干扰。
为安装悬架模块1,前装配轨15和前装配托架19必须与减震器壳板13结合。安装焊装螺孔塞(N),并且后装配轨17和后装配托架21也要用首先装配的焊装螺孔塞结合。在上述条件下,安装悬架模块1的任务从图2和图4中可知,是通过将连接四个焊装螺孔塞(N)的四个螺栓穿过悬架模块1的悬架托架7连接而完成的。由此完成在车身上安装悬架模块1的任务就非常容易。
参考图4,通过后装配轨17和减震器壳板13形成的封闭截面(S)作为一个封闭截面结构连接分别由前挡板元件9和前纵梁11构成的封闭截面(S1,S2)。这些截面提供了可以支撑悬架模块1的强度,并且,结果可有效抑制汽车噪音和振动的产生。当然,封闭截面(S)也在前装配轨15和减震器壳板13间形成,也可实现以上效果。
此外,从发动机室顶部俯视减震器壳板13,配置在减震器壳板13底部的悬架装配结构是不可见的,因而可以保持发动机室整洁优美的外观。
根据上述的本发明,前装配轨和前装配托架使用装配的焊装螺孔塞安装在减震器壳板的底部,且后装配轨和后装配托架使用装配的焊装螺孔塞安装,由此包括减震器和上臂作为一体的悬架模块可以作为加强结构安装在车身上,并且悬架模块安装区域周围看起来非常优雅,安装悬架模块的工作也变得简单有效。

Claims (4)

1.一种汽车的悬架装配结构,包括:
一个减震器壳板,其中顶端与前挡板元件结合,且底端与前纵梁结合;
前装配轨和后装配轨,每个具有与所述挡板元件结合的顶端和在所述减震器壳板的底部与所述前纵梁结合的底端,并且分别设置在汽车的前、后方向上,这样在所述前装配轨与所述减震器壳板间、所述后装配轨与所述减震器壳板间形成封闭截面;
安装在前装配轨和减震器壳板之间的前装配托架,在前装配轨和前装配托架之间在前装配轨上固定焊装螺孔塞;和
安装在后装配轨和减震器壳板之间的后装配托架,在后装配轨和后装配托架之间在后装配轨上固定焊装螺孔塞。
2.如权利要求1所述的悬架装配结构,其特征在于两个所述在前装配轨和前装配托架之间在前装配轨上固定焊装的螺孔塞位于在前装配轨的中间区域,另两个所述在后装配轨和后装配托架之间在后装配轨上固定焊装的螺孔塞位于在后装配轨的中间区域。
3.如权利要求2所述的悬架装配结构,其特征在于安装所述焊装螺孔塞使其轴线相对于汽车的垂直方向倾斜。
4.如权利要求1所述的悬架装配结构,其特征在于前装配轨和后装配轨的中间区域分别装有突起部件,所述突起部件朝向减震器壳板方向,且前装配托架和后装配托架上设有分别容纳所述突起部件的凹槽。
