一个接收器，用于接收不时地包括有关产品购买信息的音频和/或视频节目数据；
检测装置，用于在音频和/或视频节目数据中检测购买信息的存在；
显示装置，用于为用户提供选项以便显示购买该产品的打算；
存储装置，用于本地存储该产品订单到一个列表中；
复查装置，用于为用户提供给存储列表以便复查，并为用户提供用于完成订单的选项；
发送装置，用于发送订单去处理。
5．按照权利要求4所述的本地终端，其特征在于，安排一个检测装置用一种可视的或是可听的方法通知用户购买信息的存在。
6．按照权利要求4所述的本地终端，其特征在于，发送装置包括一个调制解调器。
7．按照权利要求4所述的本地终端，其特征在于，包括在音频和/或视频节目数据中的购买信息包括一个统一资源定位器(URL)；其中被安排了一个显示装置以便根据该统一资源定位器(URL)检索附加信息。
8．一个电视机，包括一个在权利要求4至7所述的一个本地终端。
9．一个机顶盒，包括一个在权利要求4至7所述的一个本地终端。
10．一个个人数字助理(PDA)，包括一个在权利要求4至7所述的一个本地终端。
