Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车座椅的腰部支撑件,用于支撑坐在汽车的驾驶席中的驾驶员的腰部和骨盆区域,本发明特别涉及一种腰部支撑件,其中在支承板的下部形成有臀部支撑部件,以改进座椅与驾驶员之间的接触,从而提高舒适性并解除由于不良姿势而造成的驾驶员脊背上的应力负荷。
背景技术
通常,驾驶员座椅和其副座是用控制台盒彼此隔开的,所述控制台盒插在汽车中驾驶员座椅和其副座之间。
将这些座椅设计得通过适当支撑以提供舒适感来吸收由于路面情况而造成的碰撞,从而降低疲劳度。

由于缺乏当驾驶员最终坐在驾驶席中时能够提供良好姿势的稳定的乘坐舒适度而引起上述问题,从而失去了舒适性、产生了疲劳与困倦,威胁着驾驶员的安全。
发明内容
因此本发明致力于提供一种汽车座椅的腰部支撑件,本发明基本上排除了由于上述现有技术的局限性和缺点而产生的一个或多个问题。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种汽车座椅的腰部支撑件,其中在支承板的下部形成有臀部支撑元件以有效地支撑驾驶员的臀部。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种汽车座椅的腰部支撑件,该腰部支撑件稳定地支撑乘坐在驾驶席中的驾驶员的腰部区域和骨盆区域,以改进驾驶员与座椅之间的接触,从而防止驾驶员在长时间驾驶的情况下易于感到疲乏,并提高驾驶员的舒适感。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种汽车座椅的腰部支撑件,该腰部支撑件能够稳定地支撑驾驶员的腰部区域和骨盆区域并且提高稳定性以便于防止乘坐在驾驶席中的驾驶员出现不良姿势并保护驾驶员不受外部撞击。

因此,依照本发明,可稳定地支撑驾驶员的腰部区域和骨盆区域,并且改进了驾驶员与驾驶席之间的接触,从而在长时间驾驶的情况下防止驾驶员易于疲劳,并促进安全驾驶。

图1是表示本发明所涉及的一种腰部支撑件的透视图,其中支承板形成有多个支承翼并且在其两侧装有连接装置从而与车座的横向固定杆安装在一起。
图2是表示腰部支撑件的一种骨盆部支撑部件的放大的透视图,该骨盆部支撑部件形成于腰部支撑件的下部以支撑坐在驾驶席中的驾驶员的骨盆部。
图3是表示将腰部支撑件安装于车座的横向固定杆上的状态的正视图,其中通过将腰部支撑件安装在汽车座椅的固定杆中而将其固定于横向固定杆,并且座椅靠背的一侧露出支撑高度控制元件。

如图1和图2中所示的,依照本发明,腰部支撑件100可通过降低由于长时间驾驶而引起的疲劳度并保持良好姿势来提高驾驶员的舒适感。
依照本发明,腰部支撑件包括:支承元件10,用于吸收与具有良好弹性的片簧元件之间的碰撞或振动;连接装置40,用于将支承板13安装在座椅靠背1的上部和下部横向固定部件2上;以及骨盆部支撑部件14,所述骨盆部支撑部件14形成于支承板13的下部以支撑驾驶员的骨盆区域。
支承元件10形成有高弹性的片簧元件并形成有多个支撑翼11以围绕并支撑驾驶员的腰部区域。
如图3中所示的,用于将支承板13连接在座椅靠背1的上部和下部横向固定部件2上的连接装置40包括用于与支承板13连接的连接板41,其中连接板41可与支承板13整体形成。
在由于模具复杂而单独制成连接板41的情况中,支承板13形成有连接槽12,而连接板41形成有与支承板13的连接槽12相配合的安装槽46,这样通常将连接元件47(诸如铆钉或螺栓)插入到连接槽和安装槽中,从而使连接板41与支承板13牢固地连接。
如图4中所示的,连接板41为矩形平板状并且是由具有预定厚度的高弹性和高强度的片簧形成的,并通过连接元件47将其固定于支承板13的上部和下部。此外,这些连接板41在其板体部的中央各自形成有连接夹片42,其中将所述连接夹片42折叠以与连接板的未折叠侧部形成间隙。
此时,将连接夹片42与连接板41之间的间隙形成得等于或小于横向固定部件2的厚度,并且连接夹片42在连接板41之间具有弹性。
因此,由于将横向固定部件2装在连接板41与连接夹片42之间的间隙中,因此可解决由于汽车的震动或碰撞而使得腰部支撑件100自身偏离横向固定部件2的问题。
为了防止由于驾驶员的重量或来自于外部的碰撞而使得腰部支撑件100偏离横向固定部件2,在将腰部支撑件100固定于横向固定部件2后,以相同的构造将包括连接板41和连接夹片42的连接装置40对称地形成于支承板13的上部和下部。
连接装置40还包括连接板43,使所述连接板43在其中央部以预定的倾斜角向内折叠,并且所述连接板43在其下部形成有连接槽44。
当支撑高度控制元件20的操作使得支承元件10弯曲地突出时,连接板43固定索缆23的一端,所述索缆23包绕着金属丝元件21,其中金属丝元件21穿过连接槽44。
此外,将弹簧元件22安装在金属丝元件21与连接板43之间,所述连接板43被安装在支承元件10的下部,并当受到牵引时弹性地维持金属丝元件21。
因此,如图5中所示的,如果利用对支撑高度控制元件20的无级控制使之弯曲以使得支承元件10选择性地突出,那么支承板13支撑驾驶员的腰部,同时支撑翼11被弯曲并围绕坐在驾驶席上的驾驶员的腰部区域,因此驾驶员可保持良好姿势。
另一方面,当使支承板13向一侧弯曲地突出并支撑驾驶员的腰部区域时,驾驶员的骨盆区域被向外推动,形成了驾驶员的稍微弯曲的姿势。
如果驾驶员以弯曲姿势保持长时间驾驶,驾驶员的脊柱受到超量负荷,会导致诸如僵硬或脊柱侧凸之类的疾病。
为了防止出现此类病状,最好支撑腰部区域的同时支撑其中有脊柱尾骨的骨盆区域。
因此,如图2中所示的,在支承板13的下中央部形成骨盆部支撑部件14,以支撑坐在驾驶席中的驾驶员的骨盆区域。
骨盆部支撑部件14是用具有良好弹性的片簧制成的,其中的骨盆部支撑部件14的两个上端与支承板13连接,并且当通过对支撑高度控制元件20的操作使得支承板13弯曲地向侧面突出时,骨盆部支撑部件的一个下部自由端用于维持预定突出角度。
此外,使骨盆部支撑部件14的下部自由端向内弯曲,以围绕驾驶员的骨盆区域,并防止当驾驶员的骨盆区域长时间接触骨盆部支撑部件14时,在驾驶员的接触部分产生疼痛。
最好(但不局限于此)将骨盆部支撑部件14与支承板13整体形成。还可根据生产条件独立形成骨盆部支撑部件14。
如图6中所示的,如果在驾驶员坐在驾驶席中之后根据驾驶员的体况无级控制支撑高度控制元件20,支承板13变得弯曲地向一侧突出以支撑驾驶员的腰部区域,并且骨盆部支撑部件14围绕并支撑驾驶员的骨盆区域。
此时,骨盆部支撑部件14只在两个上端与支承板13连接,并且不管支撑高度控制元件20是否使支承板弯曲,其下部自由端都均匀地维持骨盆部支撑部件14的突出状态。
最终,弯曲突出的支承板13和骨盆部支撑部件14可同时支撑着驾驶员的腰部区域和骨盆区域,这样驾驶员可保持在座椅中的良好姿势,从而提高稳定的席坐感觉以及座椅与驾驶员之间的接触。
因此,通过降低由于长时间驾驶而导致的疲劳度,可使驾驶员安全驾驶并保持健康状态。
根据如上述构成的本发明,通过在支承板的下部构成骨盆部支撑部件以稳定地支撑坐在座椅中的驾驶员的腰部区域和骨盆区域,可改进座椅与驾驶员之间的接触。
此外,通过在长时间驾驶的情况下防止驾驶员易于疲劳可促进安全驾驶,并可通过对驾驶员的腰部区域和骨盆区域的稳定支撑防止驾驶员的不良姿势,从而保持驾驶员的安全和健康。
本领域的普通技术人员应该明白的是,在不背离本发明的精神和保护范围的情况下,对于本发明的装置可进行各种修正和改变。本发明覆盖了本发明所提供的各种修正和改变,它们包含在所附的权利要求及其等同物中。
Claims (1)
1.一种汽车座椅的腰部支撑件(100),该腰部支撑件包括:
支撑元件(10),所述支撑元件是由高弹性的支承板(13)构成,将该支撑元件定位于横向固定杆(2)之间,所述横向固定杆被安装在座椅靠背(1)的上部和下部,所述支撑元件用于支撑驾驶员的腰部,并具有多个形成于两侧的支撑翼(11),所述支撑翼向外折叠以围绕驾驶员的腰部,以及随意形成于其中央用以支撑驾驶员腰部的弯曲突出;
