Abstract
本发明涉及已知用于阻尼液体管道内液体压力脉动、特别是汽车燃油供应管道内燃油压力脉动的扁管式压力阻尼器(1),具有至少一个长形室(24),其横截面与其纵向长度相比小,其中至少室壁(26)的一部分与液体处于作用连接地通过液体压力脉动被弹性变形。本发明预定,沿着室(24)纵向长度看,其横截面连续地或者逐级地变化。
Description
本发明涉及到按照权利要求1和6种类的用于阻尼液体管道内和燃油供应管道内液体压力脉动的扁管式压力阻尼器。
从DE4431770Al中知道了一种用于内燃机燃油泵的压力脉冲阻尼器,这种阻尼器阻尼由燃油泵在燃油中产生的压力脉冲。压力脉冲阻尼器是一个长形的、薄壁和固定在一个保持架(Kaefig)里的软管,软管端部被夹住并且封闭,以便至少形成一个室,在这个室里,气体处于超大气压的压力下。在这里,由软管构成的室壁弹性变形并且将振动传递到位于室内的气垫上,通过此该室吸收和阻尼由燃油泵产生的压力脉冲和噪音。由于室弹性变形和由此产生的气垫压缩使脉动能丧失,通过此阻尼了压力脉动。室的横截面沿着其纵向长度是不变的,而且比纵向长度小。
已知的压力脉冲阻尼器的缺点是,由于其横截面不变,只局限于在激励频率的一定频谱内才能有效的阻尼。然而,测定频谱和使压力脉冲阻尼器在结构和加工方面适应燃油中相应存在的脉动是费时而且费用高的。另一方面,由于压力脉冲阻尼器横截面不变产生了具有相应谐波的一定固有频率。在固有频率或者其多倍固有频率与燃油中压力脉冲的激励频率或者与内燃机转速相一致时,产生了具有大振幅的共振,通过此强烈地限制了压力脉冲阻尼器的阻尼作用,并且在燃油系统中产生了不受欢迎的噪音。即使压力脉冲阻尼器是这样设计的,其固有频率位于燃油系统激励范围或者发动机转速之外,但是由于象在产品一寿命循环过程中所出现的燃油系统中较小的变化,例如燃油管道长度或者管道材料的变化,就会使激励频谱又重新移入共振频率范围内。
本发明的优点
与此相比,本发明的用于阻尼液体压力脉动的扁管式压力阻尼器的优点是,可以有效地阻尼宽频谱的脉动激励频率,这是通过连续或者分级改变其横截面产生的。扁管式压力阻尼器的阻尼作用不再有选择地只局限于一定的激励频率,因为各个横截面不同的段可以对不同的激励频率做出反应。因此,按照本发明的扁管式压力阻尼器可以通用于各种不同配置的燃油系统或者液体管道。因为不再有统一的横截面,所以不再有会产生共振问题的明确的固有频率。
通过在从属权利要求中介绍的措施可以有利地进一步构造和改进在权利要求1中说明的扁管式压力阻尼器。
按照特别有利的措施,室是由用钢板制成的薄壁的、原来是圆柱形的管体构成,其端部封闭,并且沿着其纵向轴线看横向于纵向轴线以不同的程度将其压扁。采用这种方式可以经济地制造扁管式压力阻尼器。而且是同样坚固、稳定和可靠的。

实施例说明
这里建议了一种用来阻尼液体管道中液体压力脉动、特别是汽车燃油供应管道中的燃油压力脉动的扁管式压力阻尼器。
图1简单和以示意图的形式示出了一个燃油供应装置2,在这种燃油供应装置中,从油箱4出来的燃油输入到在这里没有示出的内燃机的管状燃油分配器6中。为此,在油箱4内配置了一个带有燃油泵10的油箱内置装置8。燃油泵10和燃油分配器6之间安装了一个燃油过滤器12。在燃油分配器6中采用已知的方式将燃油分配到喷油阀14上。燃油的输入在燃油分配器6的端面进行,而没有喷射的燃油在其另一个端面通过一个压力调节阀16回送到油箱4。可以选择的是,燃油供应装置2也可以无回流地构成,其中,在这种情况下,压力调节器16安装在油箱内置装置8中,并且将周围压力用做参考压力(Referenzdruck)。
在燃油分配器6内,本发明的扁管式压力阻尼器1例如是水平安装的,其两端20、21由固定在燃油分配器6端面上的夹子22环握住,这样,扁管式压力阻尼器1与燃油分配器6内壁在径向和轴向相隔一定间距地被固定并且基本上完全被燃油包围。
按照在图2至图4中单个示出的扁管式压力阻尼器1,其两端20、21的每一个逐渐收缩并且被封闭,以便形成密封的室24。室24的横截面相对于纵向长度而言小并且在它那方面从一端20到另一端21连续缩小。如果例如一个由钢板制成的原来是圆柱形的管体25沿着其纵向轴线看横向于纵向轴线以不同尺寸被压扁,如从图4中特别清楚看到的那样,或者如果管体相对于其纵向轴线已经呈锥形构成和横向于纵向轴线均匀地被压扁,就会产生非恒定的、变化的室24横截面。可以选择的是,室24的横截面可以不是连续变化的,而代替之采用分级变化,即,在扁管式压力阻尼器1的纵向长度中不同横截面的段相互连成一排。
室壁26的壁厚很小,如果由喷油阀14开关动作脉冲在燃油分配器6中引起的燃油压力脉动从外面对其作用的话,通过此可以使室壁以柔性的方式变形。在这里,将振动能从系统排出,通过此达到了所要求的燃油压力脉动阻尼。由于室24的长形形状,它在压力作用下主要横向于其纵向延伸变形。
室24可以只装气体介质,主要是环境压力下的空气,或者补充加装液体介质,例如油,这样在出现大的压力冲击时可以不使室24萎馅。作为另外的方案,室24也可以装其他气体和/或者其他液体介质。代替只有一个室24,也可以设置多个具有非恒定、变化横截面的室,例如,它们相互以不同长度和振动脱联地排成列。如果使用一个多室的扁管式压力阻尼器,则会提高工作可靠性,因为在一个室出现故障时,其它室还会负责阻尼压力脉动。除此之外,有利于使已经通过室的非恒定横截面变化而产生的扁管式压力阻尼器1阻尼作用的扩大到尽可能宽的频率带上,因为各个室由于其不同长度对不同频率做出反应。
使用按照本发明的扁管式压力阻尼器1不只局限于输送燃油的管道,而且可以在各种液体管道中阻尼压力脉动。在按照图1的实施例中,介绍了扁管式压力阻尼器1在混合气压缩、外源点火内燃机喷油装置中的使用。
Claims (6)
1.用于阻尼液体管道内液体压力脉动、特别是汽车的燃油供应管道(6)中燃油压力脉动的扁管式压力阻尼器(1),具有至少一个长形室(24),其横截面与其纵向长度相比小,其中至少室壁(26)的一部分与液体处于作用连接地可通过液体压力脉动弹性变形,
其特征为,
沿着室(24)纵向长度看,其横截面连续地或者逐级地变化。
2.按照权利要求1所述的扁管式压力阻尼器,
其特征为,
室(24)作为由钢板制成的薄壁管体(25)构成,其端部(20,21)是封闭的。
3.按照权利要求2所述的扁管式压力阻尼器,
其特征为,
室(24)的横截面从其一端(20)到其另一端(21)连续地变小。
4.按照权利要求3所述的扁管式压力阻尼器,
其特征为,
管体在其纵向轴线上呈锥形构成,并且在一个横向于纵向轴线方向上被压扁。
5.按照权利要求3所述的扁管式压力阻尼器,
其特征为,
管体(25)具有一个原来是圆柱形的形状,沿着其纵向轴线看横向于纵向轴线在不同程度上被压扁。
