Abstract
一种液化气燃料用的轻便型容器。本发明的容器包括:一个用透明的材料制成的容器本体,它使使用者能够看到容器内的液化气燃料的液面;一个设置在容器本体的顶端上的顶端结构;和一个设置在顶端结构中的排放阀,该排放阀是一种可连接于轻便型器具的类型的阀。
Description
本发明涉及液化气燃料用的容器。更具体而言,本发明涉及液化气燃料用的轻便型容器,但不限于此。
用于野营、背负的便携式煤气炉、提灯和其他的器具等一般加装有以液化形式贮存的丁烷、异丁烷、丙烷、白气(White gas)或其他的气体燃料。这些燃料通常被装入金属的气悬型容器内,该容器在许多情况下可以直接连接于野营器具。
至今用于贮存液化气燃料的金属轻便型容器对大多数轻便型用途来说具有很好的强度和耐久性。然而,这些金属容器的缺点在于使用者不可能看见或用其他方法迅速而简便地确定容器中剩下多少燃料。虽然使用者通过举起和/或摇动容器可以在某种程度上大致估计容器中含有的燃料量,但这种估计方法不是很精确。而且,举起和摇动的方法不可能以任何程度的可靠性来使用,除非将容器先从器具上拆下来。
因此,目前用于盛装液化气燃料的轻便型罐存在一种需求,它(a)能使使用者迅速、容易和精确地确定容器中剩余的燃料量和(b)基本上具有至少与至今采用的金属容器同样程度的强度和耐久性。
本发明提供一种轻便型容器,它满足各个要求并缓解上述问题。本发明的容器包括:一个由透明材料制成的容器本体,使得使用者可以看到容器中贮存的液化气燃料的液面;一个设置在容器本体顶端上的顶端结构;和一个设置在顶端结构中的排放阀。排放阀是一种可连接于轻便型器具的类型的阀。
本发明的其他目的、特征和优点在研究附图和阅读优选实施方案的以下描述之后将显而易见。
图1为本发明提供的轻便型燃料容器的一个实施方案2的正视图。

如本领域的技术人员应当理解的,本发明提供的轻便型容器可以是单件或多件式(优选两件或三件式)结构。本发明的容器的第一实施方案2示于图1和2。本发明的容器2是一个三件式容器,它包括:细长的圆柱体4;圆顶盖6;和中凹底面体8。
圆柱体4优选由塑料或某种其他材料制成,该材料是透明的以便使用者可看见容器2中的液面5。如本文和权利要求书中所用的,术语“透明的”包括并意旨透明的、明亮的或半透明的结构。用于形成本体4的特定材料对于容器内贮存的燃料应当是化学惰性的并且对轻便型用途而言应当具有足够的强度和耐久性。适用的材料实例包括例如丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)和乙酸丁酸纤维(CAB)等塑料,但不限于此。
圆柱体4可以通过注塑、挤塑或一般用于由这类材料制造产品的任何其他技术来制造。纵向加强肋10可以沿本体4的内部或外部设置以提供附加的强度并且减小诸加强肋10之间所需材料的需要的厚度,借此提高能见度。
圆顶盖6和底面体8可以是至今用在金属容器上的金属件类型的。或者,圆顶盖6和/或底面体8可以由用于制造本体4的同样类型的材料制造。金属圆顶盖和底面体与塑料本体结构的连接可以通过以下方式实现,即:至今用于将金属圆顶盖与金属容器连接的卷边技术;镶嵌模塑;粘接;或通常用于将金属连接于塑料上的其他技术。
如图3中所示,金属圆顶盖12可以通过将圆顶盖的外凸缘16沿绕本体14上端形成的外唇边18卷边而紧固在透明的本体14上。为了防止泄漏,一弹体密封件56或其他的气密密封件被优选设置在绕本体14的上边缘形成的槽58内。密封件56贴靠着圆顶盖12的凸缘16密封。
塑料圆顶盖和底面体与塑料本体结构的连接可以通过以下方式实现,即:塑性焊接技术诸如溶剂焊接、摩擦焊接、振动焊接、或超声焊接;粘接;和其它的通常用于塑料对塑料的连接技术。
本发明容器2的圆顶盖6和底面体8可以是大体上至今用于轻便型燃料容器的任何构形。如本领域的技术人员应当理解的,图1和2中所示的特定的圆顶盖结构与至今用于许多轻便型丁烷罐的结构是同样的。圆顶盖6上安装一轻便型丁烷排放阀装置,该装置包括为了连接于常用的轻便型丁烷器具而构成的外部径向凸缘22。排放装置20还包括一弹簧加压的阀组件24,它具有从装置20顶部伸出的阀杆26。弹簧28始终将阀杆26向外推压,借以关闭阀门。然而,当排放装置20连接于丁烷器具的入口装置时,这种连接将自动地将阀杆26向内推压以使阀被打开。
虽然所示的本发明容器2具有通常用于轻便型丁烷容器中的圆顶盖6和排放装置20,应当理解本领域中使用的丙烷装置或任何其他型式的轻便型装置可以用于本发明的容器中。
本发明容器的第二实施方案50示于图3中。本发明的容器50为两件式结构,其中底面体52与本体14由相同的材料模塑成一体,从而构成一整体而透明的本体和底面结构。整体的本体结构还包括细长的纵向内部加强肋54。
本发明容器的另一两件式实施方案70示于图4中。本发明的容器70包括一透明的整体上体72,它连接于透明的整体下体74。整体部分72和74都可例如通过注塑制成。整体的上体72包括在容器本体80的上部78上形成的圆顶盖76。下体74包括在容器本体80的下部84上形成的中凹底端82。一凸缘86形成在上体72的下端,用以绕下体74的上端固定定位。上体72可采用上述任何塑料对塑料的连接技术而连接于下体74。为了防止泄漏,可在下体74上或在上体72内部设置弹体密封件88或其他的气密密封件以便密封该下体和上体之间的连接。
因此,本发明完全适合于达到所述各目的并获得上述的以及其中那些固有的结果和优点。尽管为了该公开内容已描述了目前优选的实施方案,但许多改变和改型对本领域的技术人员来说将是显而易见的。这些改变和改型包括在由附属的权利要求所限定的本发明的精神范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种液化气燃料所用的轻便型容器,该液化气燃料在该容器中具有一液面,该容器包括:
一个用透明的材料制成的容器本体,它使使用者能够看到容器内的液面;
一个位于容器本体一端的端部结构;和
一个设置在该端部结构中的排放阀,该排放阀为可连接于轻便型器具的类型的阀。
2.权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,所述端部结构是紧固在所述本体端部上的金属结构。
3.权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,所述端部结构用透明的材料制成。
4.权利要求3的容器,其特征在于,所述端部结构被模塑到所述本体的端部上。
5.权利要求3的容器,其特征在于,所述端部结构通过塑料焊接而紧固在所述本体的端部上。
6.权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,所述端部结构是一个顶端结构并且该容器还包括一个紧固在容器本体底端上的金属底端结构。
7.权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,所述端部结构是一个顶端结构并且该容器还包括一个在容器本体的底端上的透明的底端结构。
8.权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,所述排放阀是一个弹簧加载的丁烷排放阀。
9.权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,所述容器本体包括一个连接于一下部透明本体部分的上部透明本体部分。
10.权利要求9的容器,其特征在于,所述上部本体部分通过塑性焊接连接于所述下部本体部分。
