Abstract
本发明提供了一种特别适用于电驱动清扫机的电池支撑框架,该框架包括一个支撑电池(10)的下支撑面(4)和多个容纳电池(10)的侧面(5),这些侧面包括一个可移动侧面(5a),该可移动侧面可以第一闭合位置和第二操作位置之间转动,所述第一闭合位置横向于下支撑面(4),而所述第二操作位置基本上与下支撑面(4)对齐并且邻近下支撑面,而且在下支撑面(4)和可移动侧面(5a)上设置有多个滑动元件(7),当可移动侧面(5a)处于所述操作位置时,这些滑动元件适合用来使电池(10)滑动。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别适用于电驱动清扫机的电池支撑框架,而且该框架包括至少一个用于支撑所述电池的下支撑面,和多个侧部包围面。
背景技术
已知有很多工业用车辆适合用于在封闭空间下工作,特别是清扫机,该清扫机可以在库房、销售区、超市等地方工作,而在很多情况下,这些工业用车辆都是用电驱动和开动,以便于可以避免由内燃机产生的环境和噪音污染。这些清扫机的电动机由重量和尺寸都非常大的电池或供电器(feeder)供电,这些电池或供电器可以再充电,以避免需要经常重新购买,也避免为了替换而经常进行拆卸。但是,在某些情况下,例如当电池耗尽而不能再充电时,或者由于要清扫的面积有一大片或缺少足够的充电时间而要连续使用两个或多个电池时,最终还是需要替换电池,以随后再充电和再使用,这时就必须要拆下电池。
即使很偶然,这种拆卸电池的事情也很让维修人员感觉麻烦和疲劳,因为这通常需要在拆开机器的适当保护部件后,从顶面取出电池。此外,由于电池相当重,所以只有使用适当的设备才能将电池取出来。
发明内容
在这种情形下,本发明的总目标就是要制造一种特别适用于电驱动清扫机的电池支撑框架或供电器,该电池支撑框架或供电器可以大大地克服上述缺点。
在该总目标范围中,本发明的一个重要目标是要提供一种框架,该框架可以大大地减少用来取出电池并将电池重新放在所述车辆中所需做的工作。
本发明的另一个重要目标是要提供一种框架,该框架使用起来很简单,而且可以大大地减少如上所述的用来取出电池并重新放电池所需要的时间。
另一个目标是要提供一种结构简单的框架,该框架适合于安装在具有新结构的清扫机上,而且还适合于对被安装于已正在工作的机器上的框架上进行替换。
这些特定的目标可以通过一种特别适用于电驱动清扫机的电池支撑框架来实现,该框架包括至少一个支撑所述电池的下支撑面和多个侧部包围面;所述侧部包围面包括至少一个可移动侧面,该可移动侧面可以第一闭合位置和第二操作位置之间转动,所述第一闭合位置横向于所述下支撑面,而第二操作位置基本上与所述下支撑面对齐并且邻近所述下支撑面;而且至少在所述可移动侧面上设置多个滑动元件,当所述可移动侧面处于所述操作位置时,这些滑动元件适合用来使所述电池滑动。
本发明的电池支撑框架减少了维修人员取出电池和再安装电池所需的工作。例如,在取出电池时不再需要将电池举起来。

具体实施方式
参考附图,框架在整体上用附图标记1表示,并且设置用于容纳电池10,特别是用来容纳位于电驱动清扫机2上的电池10。
框架1基本上形成为平行六面体,并且包括一个上盖面或上盖壁3,一个下支撑面或下支撑壁4、和多个侧面或侧壁5。
特别的是,一个可移动侧面或侧壁5a相对支撑面4进行设置,该侧面或侧壁可以在该支撑面上绕着枢轴或销6转动。滑动元件7位于下支撑面4上,而且位于可移动侧面5a上。
另外还设置有可以用手拆开的闭锁元件8。
闭锁元件8例如可以由一个螺栓8a和一个螺母8b组成,通过用手拧的简单方式,可以使螺栓和螺母与彼此接合。
另外要注意的是,只要可移动侧面5a处于一个打开位置,下支撑面4和同一个可移动侧面5a就会形成一个滑动平面9。
在该优选实施例中,滑动元件7由许多转辊7a构成,但是这些转辊也可以是滚柱轴承或其它元件。有利的是,这些转辊7a设置成与彼此平行,以便于那些支撑在下支撑面4上的转辊和那些位于可移动侧面5a上的转辊处于相互平行的位置。
因此,在没有工具的情况下,即使尺寸很大而且重量也很大的电池10也都可以很容易地在取出平面9上滑动。
更加具体的说,框架1的下支撑面4和侧面5由金属型材制成。实际上,该框架是结构简单而且很经济的一种支架,并且该支架配备有转辊7a来支撑电池10。
此外,至少可移动侧面5a和下支撑面4的金属型材专门设置在这些面的边缘上,而且形成为正方形,而且这些型材各自具有一个肩板11a和一个底板11b。
肩板11a用作侧边缘,而底板11b用作所述面内的底部,以便于整体上形成一些盘状或中空的基座,转辊7a就对着这些基座进行安装。
下面描述上述框架1的用途。
当可移动侧面5a垂直于下支撑面4和上盖面3时,这种结构就处于第一闭合位置。
处于闭合位置的可移动侧面5a邻靠着上盖面3,并且可以防止放在下支撑面4上的电池10可能发生的滑动。
闭锁元件8设置用来保证可移动侧面和上盖面处于闭锁位置。
另一方面,当侧面5a与下支撑面4平行并邻近下支撑面时,这种结构就处于第二操作或打开位置。
在该打开位置上,可移动侧面5a基本上与下支撑面4对齐,并且紧靠下支撑面,以便于形成所述的滑动或取出平面9。
从第一闭合位置到第二打开位置的过渡过程基本上就是可移动侧面5a的转动过程,这个转动过程可以通过枢轴或销6来实现,而前提是闭锁元件8要被拆开。
实际上,枢轴6旋转地将下支撑面4限制在可移动侧面5a上,由此使可移动侧面可以从第一位置移动到第二位置。
当框架1处于打开位置时,在滑动元件7上,用手简单操作就可以使电池10朝着框架外部滑动。
利用这种方式,电池10可以被放在一个适当位置上,从而可以装在大车(cart)上,或者可以滑动在在输送小车,或者可以用于其它操作。
本发明可以获得很重要的优点。
如果为了替换电驱动清扫机2上的电池10,而需要拆下电池10时,不需要拆开盖面3,也不需要举升电池自身。只要用手简单操作,就可以使可移动侧面5a转动,然后再用手使电池10在滑动元件7上朝着框架1外部滑动。
因此在拆下电池时,本发明结构可以大大减少人耗费的体力。
另一个优点是可以减少由于先前需要举升电池而导致发生事故的可能性。
另一个重要优点是可以减少用来拆下并重装电池的停滞时间,原因是本发明中的所有操作都很简单,而且很容易进行。
Claims (8)
1.一种特别适用于电驱动清扫机的电池支撑框架,该框架包括至少一个支撑所述电池(10)的下支撑面(4)和多个侧部包围面(5);
——所述侧部包围面(5)包括至少一个可移动侧面(5a),该可移动侧面可以在第一闭合位置和第二操作位置之间转动,所述可移动侧面在所述第一闭合位置横向于所述下支撑面(4),而在所述第二操作位置基本上与所述下支撑面(4)对齐并且邻接所述下支撑面;而且
——至少在所述可移动侧面(5a)上设置多个滑动元件(7),当所述可移动侧面(5a)处于所述操作位置时,这些滑动元件适合用来使所述电池(10)滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池支撑框架,其中,在所述可移动侧面(5a)和所述下支撑面(4)之间,设置有一些销(6),这些销适合于使所述面(4、5a)彼此旋转地接合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电池支撑框架,其中,所述滑动元件(7)设置在所述可移动侧面(5a)和所述下支撑面(4)上。
