Abstract

应用一种轴向作用的夹紧装置用于将辊环固定在辊轴上。
背景技术
这装置在两个环形支座之间起作用,在这两个支座中至少有一个为了装配轴环而可以去掉。它们一般一侧由一个与轴成一体连接的轴环,另一侧为一个螺纹环构成,这螺纹环位于一个轴螺纹上(US-A-4008598,US-A-4117705)。若轴在螺纹环的位置上作用有弯曲载荷,那么螺纹就不在整个圆周上均匀地,而主要在轴的弯压侧支承。由于这一侧旋转,因此螺纹就受到一种交变载荷,这可能造成失效。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种装置,它能比螺纹环更好地适应负载。
按本发明的解决方案就是一种轧辊装置,它具有一个辊轴和至少一个在这辊轴上在两个环状支座之间张紧的辊环,其中至少有一个支座是可以去掉的。根据本发明,在这装置中可去掉的支座由一个分开的支撑在一个轴环上的环构成,其零件通过一个围着它们的固定环固定住。这个环承受了作用在对分开的环上的极高的扭转力。它优选地进行了预张紧,尤其是热压套装。对分开的环支撑于上面的轴环的外径对于装配目的来说应不大于辊环内径。
已知(DE-A-3022554,DE-A-2118627)应用了对分开的环,它们位于一个轴槽里,用来承受轴向力。但如果作用极高的扭力,那这就不行。这种扭力按本发明通过固定环来承受。

具体实施方式
在辊轴1上装有辊环2。通过一个张紧装置3使环轴向张紧。它们一侧支撑在一个由轴环4形成的支座上,另一侧在一个可去掉的支座5上。轴支承于部位6里并经受一种弯曲负荷。
张紧装置2和可去掉的支座5的细节结构见图2所示。张紧装置按一种已知的原理(EP-B-343440)。轴向支撑在相邻辊环2上的一个压紧环有一个活塞油缸装置9,它可以通过接口10接入压力介质。活塞油缸装置9轴向压向一个所谓楔形环11,该环在一个环状断面里装有一个调整环12。楔形环11和调整环12的相互对着的侧面13成锯齿状设计,因而通过调整环12相对于楔形环11的转动而可以调整其共同的轴向长度。相互对着的支座4和5的端面之间的轴向间距以小的装配间隙对应于辊环2,中间环14和张紧装置3的共同长度。如果后者处于其轴向最短的调整状态的话。在这些零件装到轴1上之后,对活塞油缸装置9施加压力,使调整环12旋转固定住,活塞油缸装置9卸压。辊环则在支座4和5之间通过张紧装置3而轴向张紧。就此而言可以将此装置看作为已知的。
一种对分开的插入环可以替代调整环12和楔形环11的锯齿,插入环的轴向尺寸等于在液压张紧状态下(US-A-4117705)环8和11的间距。
可去掉的支座5由一个轴环15和一个最好对半分开的环16组成,环16用一个环突17支撑在轴环的端面上。它将一个止挡面18转向相邻的辊环2。由于止挡面18的平均直径大于轴环15的端面的平均直径,因而环16受到一个扭矩,该扭矩总是使环在其邻接于辊环2的部位里离开轴而扭转。这被一个固定环19阻止了,这固定环热装到对分开的环16上。其预紧的大小应使环16的零件不能在轴向力的作用下从轴上抬起。
如由图3可见,环16的零件16a和16b通过螺钉20和其它的紧固装置连接起来,但它们更多地用于环零件16a,16b的临时的装配固定作为它们在正常运行的力作用下的固定。它们可以用任意其它的临时起作用的固定装置来取代或完全去掉。
对分开的环16以第一个止挡面18对着辊环或者一个可能的话位于辊环2和对分开的环16之的中间环。通过这个面传递的轴向力通过第二个止挡面25传递到轴环15上。第一个止挡面18有一个平均半径24,止挡面25有一个平均半径26。由于平均半径24,26的不同而作用到对分开的环16上的扭矩与这种半径之差成比例的。
对分开的环16里面(也即在径向方向上)通过面27支撑在轴1的对应外表面上。这内表面27有一个远离辊环的边界28。若对分开的环16要在所述扭力下变形的话,那么它支撑在内表面27上,尤其支撑在它在轴1上远离辊环的边界28上,而环16在边界28的辊环侧倾向于从轴上抬起。这种抬起通过固定环19而阻止。由它围绕点28所产生的与扭转变形相反的扭矩越大,那么其轴向离点28的距离就越大。因此本发明规定使位于固定环19支撑在对分开的环16上所通过的内表面29的靠近辊环的边界30和远离辊环的边界28之间的距离尽可能地大,也就是至少大致与平均的第一个和第二个半径24,26之间的差相同。更准确地说它应该至少为这个半径差的3/4。它最好大于半径差。
在某些情况下止挡面18具有大的径向尺寸,从而更合理的是不能认为:它在整个径向尺寸上完全参与了轴向力传递。在这些情况下对整个止挡面来说在设计确定第一个平均半径时只必须考虑一个径向位于里面的部分,也就是那个主要参与轴向力传递的部分。
在所示实例中对分开的环16设有一个远离辊环的轴向平行的突出部分31,以便使固定环19的内表面29靠近辊环的边界30和对分开的环16的内表面27远离辊环的边界28之间的所述尺寸大小的轴向距离可以保持住。在图6所示的实施例中为同一个目的将对分开的环16设计成总体上相应地为长的,其中第二个止挡面25位于对分开的环16的内表面的远离辊环侧。
在按图4所述的替代实施形式中,只要以下未提到的,它与图2所示实施形式一致,固定环21通过一个锥形面22与对分开的环16共同作用。尺寸的选择应保证:当固定环21完全地,也就是用对中的端面18,移到对分的环16上时,固定环则大力张紧,使其向里作用的预紧力比在轴向工作力作用下径向向外作用于它的力更大。因而阻止了环16从轴1上抬起。

Claims (5)

1.轧辊装置,具有一个辊轴(1)和至少一个在这辊轴上在两个环状支座(4,5)之间张紧的辊环(2),其中至少有一个支座(5)是可以去掉的,其特征在于,可去除的支座(5)由一个对分开的、支撑在一个轴环(15)上的环构成,该环的零件(16a,16b)通过一个围着它们的热压套装的固定环(19,21)固定住。
2.按权利要求1所述的轧辊装置,其特征在于,固定环进行预张紧。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的轧辊装置,其特征在于,轴环(15)的外径不大于辊环(2)的内径。
4.按权利要求1所述的轧辊装置,其特征在于,对分开的环(16)以第一个止挡面(18)在其侧表面处对着辊环(2),这第一个止挡面(18)有第一个平均半径(24);对分开的环(16)使第二个止挡面(25)对着轴环(15),该第二个止挡面(25)具有第二种平均半径(26);对分开的环(16)具有一个支撑在轴(1)上的内表面(27),该内表面有一个远离辊环的边界(28);固定环(19)通过一个内表面(29)贴靠在对分的环(16)上,该内表面有一个靠近辊环的边界(30);而且在远离辊环的边界(28)和靠近辊环的边界(30)之间沿轴向平行测得的距离(32)至少如第一和第二个半径(24,26)之间的差(33)的3/4一样大。
5.按权利要求2所述的轧辊装置,其特征在于,固定环进行热压套装。
