Description

铰式自动门闭合器
本发明涉及一种自动门闭合器;特别涉及一种采用液压机构来增加门的闭合和打开效率并且向用户提供方便的铰式自动门闭合器。
通常,用于自动闭合门的常规铰式自动门闭合器具有一个螺簧,其弹力决定了门的闭合速度和闭锁速度。但是,在该自动门闭合器中,由于不容易改变该螺簧的弹性系数,因此通常用连接到该螺簧的特定杠杆或类似的装置来调节门的闭合和闭锁速度,使得整个门闭合器变得庞大。为了避免这个问题,已经有人提出各种类型的门闭合器。
在图1中所示的是韩国专利申请第97-7637号,名为“用于门的铰链”。如图所示,该铰链包括安装在门1上的壳体500、置于与壳体500和缓冲单元600的中空部分的内表面整体形成的冲击控制部分上的驱动部件400、置于该驱动部件400上的壳体的中空部分内并固定到门框2上的铰接轴300、以及安装到冲击控制部分中上下移动的滑块700。滑块700可以通过与铰接轴300的螺纹啮合沿着该铰接轴300上下移动。当滑块700向下移动时,其压缩下面的弹簧。用于避免当门1闭合时的冲击的缓冲单元600利用由该滑块700下的弹簧的回复力所产生的气压。
尽管上述现有技术的门闭合器能够执行其任务,但是仍然需要一种增强的门闭合器。尤其,由于缓冲单元具有相互机械组合的多个部件,因此难以制造并且把这些部件组装成一个整体。另外,由于在该壳体内的空间限制,因此气压不能完全防止撞击。另外,根据缓冲单元的结构,难以调节缓冲力。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种铰式自动门闭合器,其被设计为采用液压机构来取代现有技术中所用的机械缓冲单元,其能够避免撞击,并且容易调节缓冲力,从而增加门闭合和打开的效率,并且向用户提供方便。
本发明的上述和其它目的是通过提供一种铰式自动门闭合器而实现的,所述的闭合器包括:圆柱形壳体,其具有在其一侧整体形成的油压控制体;连接器,其具有帽形结构并且啮合沿该壳体顶部周围啮合;门安装片,其安装在门的顶端表面并且与壳体相结合;门框安装片,其安装在门框上并且利用螺纹啮合在连接器周围,并且通过螺母固定到连接器上;铰接轴,其可旋转地安装在壳体内并且通过连接器固定到门框上;活塞,其与铰接轴相啮合,并且在填充有流体的圆筒腔内上下移动,并且作为一个单流阀;弹簧,其位于活塞下方,以施加回复力使活塞向上运动;以及一对控制阀,用于控制流体流过三通路以及通过油压控制体形成的一个通路。
从下文结合附图的优选实施例的具体描述中,本发明的上述和其它目的和特点将变得更加清楚。

现在参照图2至9描述本发明的铰接型自动门闭合器的优选实施
图2示出本发明的部件分解透视图。如图所示,本发明的铰接型自动门闭合器包括:圆筒形壳体,其具有在一侧整体形成的油压控制体2;半圆形壁,其从壳体1的顶部凸出并且在其内表面上具有内花键齿轮1a。铰接轴3可旋转地安装在壳体1内。本发明的铰接型自动门闭合器还包括,在其下端具有法兰5a的连接器5、形成在其法兰部分上的螺纹5b、以及通过连接器5形成的六角形孔5c,壳体1的上部通过该孔插入连接器5。本发明的门闭合器还包括:门安装片6,其安装在门20的上端表面上并且具有形成在凸起部分周围的花键齿轮6a;以及门框安装片7,其安装在门框30上,并且通过利用螺纹啮合在连接器5周围,并且通过螺母8把固定到连接器5上。
图3为壳体1的截面视图。如图所示,铰接轴3可旋转地安装在壳体1内。该铰接轴3包括:螺旋轴3b,其形成在位于中部的轴法兰3a之下;六角形部分3c,其形成在下部上并且具有适合连接器5的六角形孔5c的六角形截面;以及螺纹3d,其形成在顶部上,并且啮合到螺母16中。轴衬9和垫片10安装在与壳体1相接触的铰接轴3的上表面上。
活塞11与螺旋轴3b相啮合,由于键11a保持在活塞11的外表面与形成在壳体1的内表面上的键槽1b之间,因此活塞根据螺旋轴3b的旋转方向在充有流体的圆筒腔1c内上下运动。为了防止当活塞11向上运动时流体通过中部通路11b回流到圆筒腔1c中,把球体14放在中部通路11b上方,起到单流阀的功能。位于活塞11下方的是用于施加弹力的弹簧12。帽13与壳体1的下端相啮合。
最好,螺旋杆3b的螺旋角尽可能大。
多条凹槽3e沿着铰接轴3的外围表面形成;并且螺钉保持通过螺纹孔1d,其如此放置并且设置为通过壳体1,以使得螺钉与凹槽3e相匹配,以相对于壳体1固定铰接轴3。
通过与壳体1整体形成的油压控制体2形成通路2a。形成通过壳体的三通路1e,以使得壳体1的内部与通路2a相连通。其中两个分别置于保持在上死点中心的活塞11的下片的上侧和下侧;并且其余的通路位于壳体1的下部。一对控制阀4分别安装在油压控制体2的上部和下部,以控制流体流过通路1e。
参照图4和5,控制流体通过通路1e的流动是通过旋转在通路2a中的控制阀4的调节杆4a而执行的。也就是说,调节杆4a具有垂直平面4b,其限定用于使流体沿着通路2a在通路2a中流动的特定空间。
参照图6和7,按照这种方式构成的本发明铰接型自动门闭合器其以如下方式组装:
首先,安装安装片6和7并且分别固定到门20和门框30上。接着,通过安装片6和7啮合连接器5,然后螺母8啮合在连接器5上。接着,从壳体1凸出的铰接轴3被插入到连接器5中。在该过程中,内花键齿轮1a和花键齿轮6a相互啮合。最后,螺母16与铰接轴3的螺纹相啮合。
最好活塞11在铰接轴插入连接器5之前被降低为与其上死点相距预定的距离。这是通过把铰接轴3旋转预定的角度或圈数以降低活塞11,然后保持螺钉通过螺纹孔1d进入一条凹槽3e而实现的,使得铰接轴3相对于壳体1锁定。当在所有组装过程完成之后螺钉被从凹槽3e释放时,通过由活塞11挤压的弹簧12的回复力使得门20保持与门框30紧密接触。
在按照这种方式组装的本发明的铰接型自动门闭合器中,当操作员打开门20时,由于铰接轴3被通过连接器5和门框安装片7固定到门框30上,因此铰接轴3不转动,而由于壳体1被通过内花键齿轮1a和门安装片6固定到门20上,因此壳体1旋转。在此时,由键1b锁定到旋转运动的壳体上的活塞11绕着螺旋杆3b旋转,被降低,挤压流体和弹簧12。也就是说,操作员利用适当的作用力来打开门20,该作用力即按压弹簧和流体的作用力。
当活塞11被降低时,在圆筒腔1c中的流体被通过中部通路11b导入活塞11内的空间中。导入活塞11的流体然后被导入上部两条通路1e,然后通过各种缝隙(例如,螺旋杆3b与活塞11的内表面之间的缝隙)导入通路2a。在此时,门20的打开速度可以通过旋转调节杆4a而调节,以控制用于通路2a内的流体流动的横截面积。
当操作员闭合门20时,壳体1的反向旋转使活塞向上运动,使得弹簧12回复。由于中部通路11b被球体14所阻挡,因此活塞11缓慢向上运动,并且填充活塞11的上部或外部的流体可以仅仅通过通路2a流动。结果,门20缓慢和稳定地闭合。按照与门打开过程相类似的方法,可以调节门20的闭合速度。
当活塞11到达上死点中心时,活塞阻挡三通路1e的中间一条通路1e。结果,由于流体更加难以导入通道2a,因此缓慢和稳定地闭合的门更加缓慢地旋转。由此种结构来减小当门20与门框30相接触时可能出现的碰撞或噪声。在这种结构中,门20首先以预定的恒定转速闭合,然后正好在它与门框30相接触之前减速。
图8给出本发明的一种改进的方式。如图所示,铰接轴3与活塞11之间的接触是通过分别形成在铰接轴3的下端和活塞11的上表面上并且相互配合的螺旋滑动表面31和111而实现的。在该改进的方式中,当壳体1旋转时,活塞11被降低,其螺旋滑动表面11与螺旋滑动表面31不重合。除了铰接轴和活塞之外的其它部件与上述实施例相同。
图9示出本发明的另一个改进的方式。如图所示,铰接轴3与活塞11之间的接触是通过分别形成在铰接轴3的下端和活塞11的上表面上并且相互配合的倾斜滑动表面32和112而实现的。在该改进的方式中,当壳体1旋转时,活塞11被降低,其倾斜滑动表面112在倾斜滑动表面32上滑动。除了铰接轴和活塞之外的其它部件与上述实施例相同。
另一方面,尽管壳体1被设计为从门20上凸出以使得该壳体可以应用于现有的门,但是当应用于所制造的新型门时,该壳体也可以隐藏起来。
根据按照这种方式构成的本发明,由于活塞适合于通过流体在适当的压力下垂直运动,因此可以获得适当的门闭合和闭锁速度。另外,本发明使得仅仅通过简单的操作就可对闭合和闭锁速度进行容易的调节。另外,本发明的门闭合器可以容易的应用于现有的门,而不严重地影响外观;并且可以在最小空间内安装。
尽管本发明已经参照优选实施例进行描述,但是应当知道本领域内的专业人员可以作出各种改变和变化而不脱离在如下权利要求中所确定的本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种铰接型自动门闭合器,所述的闭合器包括:
圆柱形壳体,其具有在其一侧整体形成的油压控制体;
连接器,其具有帽形结构并且啮合该壳体顶部周围;
门安装片,其安装在门的顶端表面并且与壳体相结合;
门框安装片,其安装在门框上并且通过利用螺纹啮合在连接器周围,并且通过螺母固定到连接器上;
铰接轴,其可旋转地安装在壳体内并且通过连接器固定到门框上;
活塞,其与铰接轴相啮合,并且在从有流体的圆筒腔内上下移动,并且作为一个单流阀;
弹簧,其位于活塞下方,以施加回复力使活塞向上运动;以及
一对控制阀,用于控制流体流过三通路以及通过油压控制体形成的一个通路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铰接型自动门闭合器,其特征在于,其内表面上具有内花键齿轮的半圆形壁从壳体的顶部凸出,并且固定在门上的门安装片具有花键齿轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铰接型自动门闭合器,其特征在于,所述活塞根据旋转方向按照这样一种方式上下运动,即,使得所述活塞和形成在铰接轴下方的螺旋轴通过它们之间的螺旋啮合而啮合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铰接型自动门闭合器,其特征在于,多条凹槽沿着铰接轴的外围表面形成,并且螺钉保持通过螺纹孔,其如此放置并且设置为通过壳体,以与凹槽相匹配,以相对于壳体固定铰接轴。

7.根据权利要求1所述的铰接型自动门闭合器,其特征在于,铰接轴和活塞之间的接触是通过分别形成在铰接轴下端和活塞上表面上并且相互配合的倾斜滑动表面实现的。
