Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种特别是用于机器在沙土、泥泞或沼泽地面上通行的临时表面覆盖层的改进,该临时表面覆盖层是申请人的法国专利2718158中的主题。
上述专利描述了一种覆盖层,其特征在于,它由一个按照单一层布置的维纬纱以及同样按照单一层布置的经纱的单纤维类型的编织结构构成,编织结构的织纹是这样的,每一经纱与纬纱最好并且非常近似按照织纹行和列相交的一半相交错,经纱被放置在剩余的交错中,使得对于每一经纱能够获得一个简单的织纹并且按照一个浮动的区域被锁定,所述不同区域的交错引起纬纱收紧,造成如此实现的织物具有较大的凸起。
对于某些应用,特别是为了减小车辙现象而改善该覆盖层的承受力就显得是有用的或必须的,车辙现象可能是由一方面地面不太坚实的自然情况,另一方面机器的重量及其在地面上移动的模式相结合而产生的。
通过文献EP0617160,人们了解了一种混合型覆盖层的结构,它由一个弹性垫的两个表面上覆盖织物结构构成。
进一步地,在该混合结构中安置有可以容纳柔性或刚性部件的袋,或借助于加压液体充胀。
因此,编织结构的某些经纱和纬纱被其它的纤维所分隔,以便局部地把原来的编织结构分成两半。
一该种覆盖层结构在与袋成直角上必须是柔软的,并且由于在袋处编织结构完整性的损失使得其物理特性显著地改变和变化。
准确地说,本发明的目的在于克服前面所提的覆盖层的缺陷。
因此,本发明提供了一种特别是用于机器在沙土、泥泞或沼泽地面上通行的表面覆盖层,它具有经纱和纬纱构成的编织结构,其织纹是这样的,每一经纱与纬纱最好并且非常近似按照织纹行和列相交的一半相交错,经纱被放置在剩余的交错中,使得对于每一经纱能够获得一个简单的织纹并且按照一个浮动的区域被锁定,其特征在于,一个第二辅助编织结构被叠置,并且包括一个经纱层和一个纬纱层,两个编织层之间的连接在与结构鳞状叠盖共同的编织操作中而实现,以便在两个结构之间逐步构成根据经纱或纬纱朝向的管状袋,所述袋用作具有不同粗细部件的容纳槽。
根据本发明在加强覆盖层硬度上的一个应用,如此构造的袋容纳至少一个硬化加长部件,例如一个具有几十毫米直径的复合材料条。
该条,特别是当它被插入到横穿覆盖层的袋中时,也就是说平行于纬纱,通过加强与运动在该覆盖层上机器轮胎的接触表面的抓附来显著地改善承受能力。
当袋在按照覆盖层纵向轴的经纱方向上被实现时,由例如加压液体充胀的软管构成的部件能够给与覆盖层整体一个显著的刚性和很大的稳定性。
本发明装置的其它应用是可以设想的,例如在使用覆盖层的地面之下或之上探测例如地雷或隐藏的孔洞,在该情况中,在覆盖层中所形成的袋能够容纳所有的探测和/或地雷摧毁设备或装置。

图1中,用标号1标示出法国专利2718158中描述的构成覆盖层的编织结构的横剖面。
该覆盖层在其两个表面上具有一个由凸起S和凹进C形成的横向加强筋的花纹结构,这给与覆盖层对于在该覆盖层上运动的车辆轮胎的抓附特性。
根据本发明,对于该编织结构1以叠置的方式结合一个标为2的第二编织结构,它由一个经纱层和一个纬纱层所构成,这些纤维平行于结构1所对应的纤维。
两编织结构1和2在同一编织操作中被实现和相互连接,在操作中,如图1中以3所示的袋通过在例如与凸起S成直角处分离两编织结构1和2而构成。因此,用于两编织结构的两经纱层从两不同的经轴被展开,并被引导到一台织机上,织机配备有两个捕鼠器,在合适的程序控制下,其每一个被用于两个纱层之一并且共同和协调的工作,以实现两纱层的鳞状叠盖以及它们的与要实现的袋成直角的分离。一该种两编织结构的编织组装技术是常规的。
每一个袋3相对于覆盖层1横向地实现,也就是说,沿着纬纱并且从覆盖层的一边伸展到另一边,如图2所示。
袋3以规律的间隔逐步地实现。
袋3在编织时或在其后容纳有一个硬化的延长部件4,比如一个由例如具有几十毫米直径的复合材料构成的条。
条4例如是直径25毫米的玻璃纤维和聚酯树脂,被限制在两编织结构1、2之间的袋3中,并且通过加强区域S处的凸起特性给覆盖层一个增大的承受力,在区域S处插入了所述条4。
条4的材料,直径和长度是可变的。当然,多个小直径的条4也可已被插入到同一个袋3中。
当然,编织结构2纤维的性质和直径根据所需要的应用是可变的。
结构1的性质符合在所述专利2718158所给出的指示。
图2示出了一个根据本发明的具有硬化横向部件的覆盖层。
图3示出了一个根据本发明的具有硬化部件4’的覆盖层,该硬化部件被插入到按照覆盖层1’纵轴,也就是说按照所属覆盖层的编织结构经纱而实现的袋3’中。
这些袋3’是以前面提到的方式以常规的方法,在两编织结构1’、2’的编织和组装过程中实现的。它可以容纳硬化部件4’,特别是例如70毫米直径的柔性管,它能够借助于来自适当的源的加压液体、例如水而充胀。
管4’从覆盖层1’的一端伸展到另一端,并且在例如6到8巴的压力下的水所充胀,这给了整体一个刚性和显著的稳定性,避免了在某些情况下覆盖层在地面上的固定。
管4’以水的充胀同样能够在水的范围上使得1’、2’的复合展开,使得例如在渡过水流时整体能够毫无问题地没入水中并放置在水底。
在本发明用于安全的一个应用中,例如对机器或人员行程上可能存在的地雷的探测,或其它危险的探测、例如对地下存在的空洞的探测,覆盖层1、1’可以在袋3、3’中配备装置和设备,保证孔洞或地雷的探测并且可以摧毁它们。
所有其它的测量仪器也可以安置在所属的袋中。
这些同样的袋也可以装有覆盖层在使用之后废弃不用的自毁装置。
Claims (6)
1.临时表面覆盖层,特别用于机器在沙土、泥泞或沼泽地面上的通行,它具有经纱和纬纱构成的编织结构(1),其织纹是这样的,每一经纱与纬纱最好并且非常近似按照织纹行和列相交的一半相交错,经纱被放置在剩余的交错中,使得对于每一经纱能够获得一个简单的织纹并且按照一个浮动的区域被锁定,其特征在于,一个第二辅助编织结构(2)被叠置,并且包括一个经纱层和一个纬纱层,两个编织层(1,2)之间的连接在与结构鳞状叠盖共同的编织操作中而实现,以便在两个结构之间逐步构成根据经纱或纬纱朝向的管状袋(3,3’),所述袋用作具有不同粗细的部件(4,4’)的容纳槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的覆盖层,其特征在于,袋(3,3’)接纳至少一个硬化加长部件(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的覆盖层,其特征在于,加长部件(4)是一个复合材料构成的条。
4.根据权利要求2所述的覆盖层,其特征在于,加长部件(4)是一个可以借助于加压液体所充胀的柔性管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的覆盖层,其特征在于,袋(3,3’)接纳一个探测或测量设备或装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的覆盖层,其特征在于,袋(3,3’)接纳一个摧毁装置。
