根据本发明,在磁带1上与MPEG流一起记录有输出控制信息。其通过输出控制电路9从重放信号中抽出,对D·I/F电路7和开关电路11进行控制。即,输出控制电路9在输出控制信息第1位为“0”时,启动D·I/F电路,输出数字信号,而为“1”时,禁止输出。另外,输出控制信息的第2位为“0”时,使开关电路11断开,禁止输出模拟成分信号,而为“1”地使其输出。

Description

信息传输方法、重放装置和记录媒体
本发明是关于信息传输方法、信息传输装置、重放装置、接收装置和记录媒体以及传输数据，特别是关于以防止在记录媒体上分组记录的数字信息、及广播、通信中总线所传输的数字信息被非法复制为目的的信息传输，例如进行记录、重放等的信息传输方法、信息传输装置、重放装置、接收装置和记录媒体以及传输数据。
作为防止从已记录有信息的记录媒体向其他记录媒体非法复制的侵犯著作权行为的复制防护技术，现在已有在数字·声音·磁带记录器(DTA)等可进行数字复制的机器中只允许复制一次的串行复制管理系统(SCMS)。在该SCMS中，利用在数字声音接口中所包含的复制禁止/许可标志位，进行复制的控制。
另外，作为从记录有图像信号的记录媒体向其他记录媒体的复制控制方式有复制·生成·管理系统(SCMS)。该SCMS对两位的复制世代控制信号进行交接，所构成的记录装置的方式中，如果两位的值是“00”，则许可复制记录，如果是“10”，则只许可一次复制，如果是“11”，则禁止复制，当值为“10”时，将该值变为“11”后进行记录。
另外，在VTR及DVD(Digital Versatile Disc数字化视频盘)的领域中，也有这样的方式，即记录重放装置在各个机器上具有固有的ID，在记录时使用ID和随机数在图像信号中加上变形的同时，在垂直消隐期间插入上述的随机数进行记录，而在重放时使用从垂直消隐期间读出的随机数和ID进行复原等机器的认证及扰频密钥的接受(特开昭61-201586号公报、特开平9-83936号公报)。
这样，通过使用SCMS及CGMS、以及宏视野信号等，考虑到著作权人而整顿了记录重放装置的机器开发环境。但是在著作权人当中，有人担心在数据传输时被用计算机盗用，有人担心在模拟传输时被用现有装置随便复制。另外，在现有的著作权人中有人认为高图像质量预记录软件的开发环境不健全。
本发明鉴于以上问题，其目的在于提供一种信息传输方法、信息传输装置、重放装置、接收装置和记录媒体以及传输数据，通过著作权人可以指定输出形式，可以更为有效地防止非法复制。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的信息传输方法将传输分组内的信息转换处理为相互不同的多种信号形式中至少一种以上的信号形式后，传输给可以输出的输出装置，其特征在于：将对由上述输出装置输出的信号形式进行选择指定的标志位包含在上述信息中进行传输。
另外，为了达到上述目的，本发明的信息传输方法特征在于：上述信息至少包含图像信息；上述输出装置是可以使上述图像信息分别转换为数字信号、模拟组合信号及模拟成分信号后输出的装置；上述标志位对是否允许上述数字信号输出、及上述模拟组合信号与模拟成分信号的哪一个输出或两个都输出进行选择指定。
对于上述信息传输方法及信息传输装置，在对传输信息进行接收或重放的装置中，当使传输信息转换处理为一种以上的信号形式后输出时，可以根据与传输信息一起输入的上述标志位，指定在输出装置上所输出的信息形式。
另外，为了到达上述目的，本发明的重放装置具有将从记录媒体重放的信息变换处理为相互不同的多种信号形式、并分别输出的多个输出部，在上述记录媒体中预先记录有对上述多个输出部的输出信号形式进行选择指定的标志位；该重放装置的构成具有：从上述记录媒体的重放信号中抽取上述标志位的抽取装置；及
根据上述所抽取的标志位，只使上述多个输出部中被指定的输出信号形式所对应的输出部为工作状态、而其他输出部则控制为工作禁止状态的控制装置。
在本发明中，从记录媒体重放的信息，由于只是通过从相同记录媒体重放的标志位所指定的输出信号形式的输出部取出，所以可以按记录媒体的记录信息的著作权人希望的输出信号形式进行输出。
另外，为了到达上述目的，本发明的接收装置具有将从规定的传输通路接收的信号信息转换处理为相互不同的多种信号形式、并分别输出的多个输出部，在从上述规定的传输通路接收的信号信息中，预先复用对上述多个输出部的输出信号形式进行选择指定的标志位，该接收装置的构成包括：从上述规定的传输通路接收的信号信息中抽取上述标志位的抽取装置；及根据上述所抽取的装置标志位，只使上述多个输出部被指定的输出信号形式所对应的输出部为工作状态，而其他输出部则控制为工作禁止状态的控制装置。
在本发明中，从规定的传输通路接收的信号信息由于只是通过从相同接收信号信息中抽取的标志位所指定的输出信号形式对应的输出部中取出的，所以可以通过规定的传输通路以发送信号信息的著作权人希望的输出信号形式进行输出。
另外，为了到达上述目的，本发明的记录媒体特征在于：至少图像信息与附加信息一起以固定长的数据块为单位记录在预先确定长度的各道中；在上述数据块内记录有对上述图像信息的输出装置的输出信号形式进行选择指定的标志位。在本发明中，可以通过标志位选择指定记录图像信息的输出信号形式。
另外，为了到达上述目的，本发明的传输数据中至少图像信息以传输分组进行复用，构成传输流进行传输。在上述传输流内包括对上述图像信息的输出装置的输出信号形式进行选择指定的标志位。在本发明中可以通过标志位对传输数据的接收重放端的输出信号形式进行选择指定。
下面参照附图说明本发明的实施例，这些附图包括：

下面参照附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。图1表示本发明的重放装置的一实施例的方框图。该实施例是以对数字信号形式的图像信息及声音信息进行重放的D-VHS(注册商标)为例进行说明。在图1中，磁带1是本发明的记录媒体的一实施例，所希望的信息已经与声音信息一起以数字信号的形式记录在具有相对于磁带的长度方向倾斜的长度方向的数字信号记录道上，后述的输出控制信息OPC也记录在数字信号记录道上。
在磁带1上所形成的数字信号记录道的构成如图2所示，根据旋转头的扫描配置多个被称为同步块(SB)的一定量数据区。即，数字信号记录道的道格式的构成如图2所示，包括：2个同步块的边缘区域21、3个同步块的报头区域22、4个同步块的子码区域23、3个同步块的终端标记区域24、3个同步块的IBG区域25、1个同步块的报头区域26、336个同步块的主码区域(数据区域)27、2个同步块的报尾区域28及边缘区域29，作为信息的记录区域具有主码区域27和子码区域23两个区域。
由于安装了上述旋转头的旋转体，由鼓形伺服机构控制使其以30rps或29.97rps旋转，所以边缘区域29为2个同步块或2.356个同步块，从而，整个一道由356个同步块或356.356个同步块构成。无论哪一种情况，子码区域23及主码区域27均设定为固定长度的4个同步块及336个同步块。在主码区域27中例如以MPEG(Moving PictureExperts Group运动图像专家组)2的传输流188字节的各分组相邻的2个同步块为单位进行记录。
上述的同步块中，主码区域27上的同步块格式的构成如图3所示，包括：该同步块重放用的2字节同步信号(Sync)区域31、3字节地址信息(ID)区域32、存放各种信息的2字节的主首部存放区域33、1字节的数据预备区域(DATA-AUX)34、96字节的数据存放区域35、及该同步块信息的错误校正用的8字节的内部奇偶校验存放区域36，按时间序列合成总共112字节。在数据区域99字节中，后96字节是信息的数据存放区域35，前3字节的主首部存放区域33和数据预备区域34是为系统用的，是用户不能改写的信息记录区域。在主首部存放区域33中，如图4所示在第1字节的高4位记录有格式信息，而其余的低位4位和第2字节共12位记录有分配的同步块信息。
在图4中，“格式ID”表示道的格式是以正常方式记录的还是其他方式记录的，“应用细目”是用于识别记录数字信号是分组大小为188字节的MPEG2传输分组，还是分组大小为140字节的其他方式分组的信息，“时间压缩率”是表示压缩率的信息。另外，“D·T·”是用于识别MPEG分组是伪数据还是特技间隙数据的2位数据类型信息，“S、B、C”是当以分组相邻的2个同步块为单位记录时，识别具有该主首部的同步块为相邻的2个同步块的第1个还是第2个的同步块计数器信息。
在该实施例重放的磁带1的记录道上，存在图2的主码区域27的各同步块。在图3的2字节的主首部存放区域33中，与CGMS一起记录有输出控制信息OPC。具体来说如图4所示，以12个同步块为单位反复在主首部存放区域33各记录2字节的主首部中，在一周期的第11个同步块的主首部存放区域33中所记录的主首部的高位2位分配给CGMS规定的复制代控制信号，并且，将一周期内的第12个同步块的主首部存放区域33中所记录的主首部从高位第3位到第4位的2位分配给输出控制信息OPC。
2位的输出控制信息OPC的第1位表示数字输出的许可信息，当值为“0”表示许可，而为“1”表示不许可。另外，输出控制信息OPC的第2位表示模拟输出状态，值为“0”表示只输出NTSC组合图像信号，为“1”表示可输出成分信号。CGMS规定的复制世代控制信号如上所述，2位的值如果为“00”。则允许复制(复制记录)，如果为“10”，则允许只复制1次(复制记录)，如果为“11”，则禁止复制(复制记录)。
下面返回图1进行说明，通过图中未画出的旋转体的旋转面上180度对置安装的相互方位角不同的两个旋转头2(图1中只画出了1个作为代表)，在上述旋转体的外侧在约180度的角度范围上倾斜卷绕、并从以固定速度移动的磁带1的记录道开始重放的数字信号，由磁头放大器3放大，再由均衡器4加上规定的均衡特性后，由解调器5解调，在ECC电路6上，用从上述内部奇偶校验区域36及主码区域27内所重放的纠错码(ECC)，对从数据区域35所重放的数据进行错误校正。
这样，从ECC电路6所取出的MPEG2的传输流在供给数据接口(D·I/F)7的同时，供给MPEG解码器8进行解码。另外，从ECC电路6取出的主首部区域33中的控制信息，供给由微型计算机构成的输出控制电路9，在此进行各种控制，当上述输出控制信息OPC的第1位为“0”时，则使D、I/F7启动，使所输入的MPEG2的传输流输出，而当第1位为“1”时，则D、I/F7中止。使所输入的MPEG2的传输流禁止输出。
另外，输出控制电路9当上述输出控制信息OPC的第2位为“0”时，就将开关电路11断开，从而禁止从MPEG解码器8输出模拟成分信号。另一方面，当输出控制信息OPC的第2位为“1”时，开关电路11就被导通，从而由MPEG解码器8通过开关电路11输出模拟成分信号。
另外，从MPEG解码器8输出的模拟成分信号供给NTSC编码器10，在此转换成NTSC制式的彩色图像信号，即转换成模拟组合信号后输出。从而当输出控制信号OPC的第2位为“1”时，允许从MPEG解码器8输出模拟成分信号及从NTSC编码器10输出模拟成分信号这两个信号。
如果在磁带1上记录的信息是高精细度的HD信号，则当输出控制信息OPC的第2位为“0”时，从NTSC编码器10只输出降频变频的NTSC组合信号，而当为“1”时，则分别从MPEG解码器8输出HD成分信号、从NTSC编码器10输出NTSC组合信号。
另外，关于CGMS规定的复制世代控制信号在重放装置上的控制操作，本申请人早在特愿平11-101178号及特愿平11-319955号中已经详述，另外由于与本发明的要点没有直接关系，故其详细说明予以省略。
这样，在该实施例中，由于通过输出控制信息OPC可以根据著作权人的意向选择输出形式，所以可以更有效地保护著作权。另外，由于具有不同意向的著作权人也可以使用以同一格式和在同一重放装置上的记录软件，所以可以重放各种高质量图像。
下面说明本发明的其他实施例。在上述的实施例中说明了在道的主首部区域33中配置输出控制信息OPC及CGMS规定的复制世代控制信号进行记录的情况，在本实施例中，在构成图5(A)中所示的公知的MPEG2传输流的图5(B)中所示的传输分组中的有效负荷40上，记录重放至少包括输出控制信息OPC的信息。
即，使该传输分组转换成以规定格式的同步块为单位的信号后，生成以规定方式(例如NRZI)调制的数字信号，利用旋转头使该数字信号记录在磁带上道的主码区域27中，并对该磁带重放。这时，记录的当然不是数据，而是记录在重放装置端识别输出控制信息OPC的某些信息。
以上的实施例以数字VTR为例进行了说明，本发明并不仅限于此，当然也可以适用于重放光盘及其他磁带以外记录媒体的装置，媒体也可以是传输通路。传输通路不论是无线还是有线，本发明都可以适用于以图3及图4的信号形式传输给计算机及其他装置的信号(即，传输数据)本身。为此，以下参照图6及图7对以数字广播传输通路等传输的信息信号(传输数据)进行接收、重放的本发明的接收装置的实施例进行说明。
在数字广播等方式中所传输的图像信号以及声音信号几乎都是将上述的传输流的结构与各种信息描述符合在一起传输的形式。由于在本发明中的输出控制信息OPC是包括在构成MPEG2传输流的传输分组中的有效负荷中进行传输的，所以可以利用广播等的传输路径进行传输。
在该实施例中，作为在数字广播等方式中容易处理的信号形式，即使在有效负荷之内，也在各种信息描述符区域中接收对上述输出控制信息OPC复用的传输数据。在MPEG2传输流的规定中，与识别信息等的一些必需的描述符一起，定义了经营者可以使用的专用描述符。该专用描述符例如在图6中所示的MPEG2传输流的PMT(Program Map Table程序映射表)中由50所指示的(descriptor)区域中传输。
在该图及下述的图7中，bslbf表示从左侧位开始按顺序传输，unimsbf表示从MSB开始按顺序传输。另外，rpchof(remainder_polynomial_coefficients_highest_order_fast)表示对错误校正码CRC的生成多项式中所发生的系数从高的开始按顺序传输。另外，由于PTM语法的说明与本发明的要点没有直接关系，详细内容记载在文献(ISO/IEC 13818-1/ITU-TRec.H.222.O：1996(Informationtechnology-Genericcoding of moving pictures and associated audioinformation part 1：systems)信息技术——运动图像和相关音频信息的通用编码第一部分：系统)中，故在此予以省略。
在该实施例中，传输输出控制信息OPC的OPC描述符的语法如图7所示。在该图中，描述符标记(descriptor_tag)是按MPEG规定的语法，由8位确定该描述符种类的信息。描述符长度(descriptor length)由8位表示该字段以后的描述符的长度。另外，接着7位的准备区域的数字输出控制标志位(digital_output_contol_flag)由1位构成，其值为“0”表示许可，为“1”表示不许可。
另外，系统消息循环长度(system_info_loop_length)表示只以循环长度的数量传输系统ID。另外，模拟输出控制标志(analog_output_control_flag)由1位构成，表示模拟输出形式，该值为“0”表示只输出NTSC组合图像信号，为“1”表示可以输出成分信号。
系统识别符(system identifier)用8位来描述允许数字输出的系统，该8位的256步设定为0×01例如表示IEEE1394系统，0×02表示另一系统A，0×03表示另一系统B。当只可以输出IEEE1394系统规定的数字信号(以下简称1394数字信号)时，系统消息循环长度(system_info_loop_length)为1，在8位的系统识别符(system_identifier)上只描述传输一个0×01的系统识别信号。
该实施例的接收装置的构成，例如可以具有数字广播信号所公知的接收部，用以代替图1的磁带1、旋转头2及磁头放大器3，通过该接收部可实现对所希望广播台的基带信号进行选台及降频变频的构成。
另外，输出控制信息OPC不仅限为2位，也可以是3位以上的多个位。另外，如果不是对每1位进行固有的定义，而是例如为4位时，也可以在“0000”～“1111”的16步上表示输出形式，例如“0000”表示可以输出1394数字信号，并可以输出模拟成分信号；“0001”表示不可输出1394数字信号，并可以输出模拟成分信号；“0010”表示可以输出1394数字信号，并且不可以输出模拟成分信号，“0011”表示可以输出数字信号，并且不可以输出HD模拟信号等。
在以上的实施例中，对图像信息的输出选择进行了说明，但是声音信息的输出选择也可以例如将选择以取样频率为48kHz作为16位以上的数字声音信号输出、或者作为不满16位的数字声音信号输出的标志位，配置在主首部区域33等当中。
本发明可取得如下的效果。
如以上的说明，根据本发明，在对传输信息进行接收或重放的装置中，当将传输信息转换处理为一个以上的信号形式后输出时，由于可以根据与传输信息一起输入的上述标志位，指定由输出装置输出的信号形式，所以可以以传输信息的著作权人希望的信号形式进行处理，从而，对输出信号形式具有不同意向的著作权人，也可以使用相同的格式、同一重放装置的记录软件、及在同一接收装置上对广播信号的接收重放，可以达到根据著作权人意向进行适当著作权保护及提供各种高质量图像等的重放信息这个两全的目的，在产业上是极其有用的。

Claims (12)

1．一种信息传输方法，将传输分组内的信息转换处理为相互不同的多种信号形式中至少一种以上的信号形式后，传输给可以输出的输出装置，其特征在于：
将对由上述输出装置输出的信号形式进行选择指定的标志位包含在上述信息中进行传输。
2．根据权利要求1所述的信息传输方法，其特征在于：
上述信息至少包含图像信息；
上述输出装置是可以使上述图像信息分别转换为数字信号、模拟组合信号及模拟成分信号后输出的装置；
上述标志位对于是否允许上述数字信号的输出、以及输出上述模拟组合信号与模拟成分信号的哪一个或两个都输出进行选择指定。
3．一种信息传输装置，用于生成将传输分组内的信息转换处理为相互不同的多种信号形式中至少一种以上的信号形式后的信息，并传输给可以输出的输出装置，其特征在于：
将对上述输出装置输出的信号形式进行选择指定的标志位包含在上述信息中进行传输。
4．根据权利要求3所述的信息传输装置，其特征在于：
上述信息至少包含图像信息；
上述输出装置使上述图像信息分别转换为数字信号、模拟组合信号及模拟成分信号后输出；
上述标志位对是否允许上述数字信号输出、及上述模拟组合信号与模拟成分信号的哪一个输出或两个都输出进行选择指定。
5．一种重放装置，具有将从记录媒体重放的信息变换处理为相互不同的多种信号形式并分别输出的多个输出部，其特征在于：
在上述记录媒体中预先记录有对上述多个输出部的输出信号形式进行选择指定的标志位，
该重放装置具有：从上述记录媒体的重放信号中抽取上述标志位的抽取装置；及
控制装置，根据上述所抽取的标志位，只使上述多个输出部中被指定的输出信号形式所对应的输出部为工作状态，而其他输出部则控制为工作禁止状态。
6．根据权利要求5所述的重放装置，其特征在于：
在上述记录媒体中记录的上述信息是至少包含图像信息的数字信号；
上述输出部由从上述重放的信息中输出数据流形式的数字信号的数字接口部、从上述重放的信息转换为模拟成分信号的解码器、从上述模拟成分信号转换为规定的电视制式的模拟组合信号的编码器构成。
7．一种接收装置，具有将从规定的传输通路接收的信号信息转换处理为相互不同的多种信号形式并分别输出的多个输出部，其特征在于：
在从上述规定的传输通路接收的信号信息中，预先复用对上述多个输出部的输出信号形式进行选择指定的标志位，
该接收装置包括：
从上述规定的传输通路接收的信号信息中抽取上述标志位的抽取装置；及
根据上述所抽取的标志位，只使上述多个输出部中被指定的输出信号形式的输出部为工作状态，而其他输出部则控制为工作禁止状态的控制装置。
8．根据权利要求7所述的接收装置，其特征在于：
在从上述规定的传输通路接收的信号信息中，复用至少包括图像信息的数字信号；
上述输出部由从上述规定的传输通路接收的信号信息中输出数据流形式的数字信号的数字接口部、从上述重放的信息转换为模拟成分信号的解码器、及从上述模拟成分信号转换为规定电视制式的模拟组合信号的编码器构成。
9．一种记录媒体，其特征在于：
至少图像信息与附加信息一起以固定长的数据块为单位记录在预先确定长度的各道上；
在上述数据块内记录有对上述图像信息输出装置的输出信号形式进行选择指定的标志位。
10．根据权利要求9所述的记录媒体，其特征在于：
上述标志位记录在用户不能改写的区域中。
11．一种传输数据，其特征在于：
至少图像信息按传输分组进行复用，构成传输流进行传输。
在上述传输流内包括对上述图像信息的输出装置的输出信号形式进行选择指定的标志位。
12．根据权利要求11所述的传输数据，其特征在于：
上述图像信息的输出装置可以使上述图像信息分别转换为数字信号、模拟组合信号及模拟成分信号后输出；
上述标志位对是否允许上述数字信号输出、及上述模拟组合信号与模拟成分信号的哪一个输出或两个都输出进行选择指定。
