Abstract

一种自动下料装置,涉及光纤拉丝过程中,控制空气进入拉丝炉的装置。其特征在于所述的装置是四根两头有铜齿轮的圆棒相互齿合成方框,以圆棒为中心垂直固定有四块四角铁片,四块四角铁片的组成的面积覆盖退火管的内径;在每根圆棒的一端齿轮上也相应固定有铁杆,并在铁杆末端固定有平衡铁块。本装置有效避免了目测、经验、操作失误带来的不必要的损失,提高了精确度和工作效率,减少了下料时间。

技术领域:
本发明涉及光纤拉丝过程中,控制空气进入拉丝炉的装置。
背景技术:
光棒在拉丝炉中融化成细小的坠头,在重力作用下通过炉口到达拉丝炉下方,由于拉丝炉对空气很敏感,所以在坠头通过下炉门过程中,控制尽量少的空气进入炉中非常重要。
目前,国内外在部分拉丝设备,都是沿用传统的插片加IRIS装置来控制下料时的空气介入,手工辅助牵引坠头:加热炉在加热过程中,关闭IRIS,插上插片,保证外界的气流不进入加热炉,在下料头期间,要有专人靠肉眼观察下料头情况,根据下的料头大小,扩大和缩小IRIS的口径,调节插片位置,该方法有以下缺点:
1、完全要靠操作人员的肉眼判断和经验,误差很大,
2、因为料头下降过程中还有很高的温度,若IRIS开启不及时,易损坏IRIS,另一方面,如果IRIS开启过早,外界气流进入加热炉,损坏很大,石墨件的使用寿命也将大大缩短。
3、二千摄氏度以上的温度,用肉眼观察,对操作人员的眼睛损害很大。
4、用IRIS和插片容易损坏,维修和更换成本高,值得一提的是IRIS依赖进口,国内没有生产。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服以上不足而提供一种结构简单、不需人力观察和牵引的自动下料头。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:自动下料装置,包括退火管,其特征在于所述的装置是四根两头有铜齿轮的圆棒相互齿合成方框,以圆棒为中心垂直固定有四块四角铁片,四块四角铁片的组成的面积覆盖退火管的内径;在每根圆棒的一端齿轮上也相应固定有铁杆,并在铁杆末端固定有平衡铁块。
本装置有效避免了目测、经验、操作失误带来的不必要的损失,提高了精确度和工作效率,减少了下料时间。例如在拉丝过程中,如果出现断纤,就可以直接进行工艺切换,保证拉丝操作连续而不被中断。

具体实施方式:
如图1、图2所示,本自动下料装置,在底板1上通过固定件7连接四根两头有铜齿轮6的圆棒3,四根圆棒相互齿合成方框,以圆棒为中心通过固定件9垂直固定有四块四角铁片2,四块四角铁片的组成的面积覆盖退火管的内径;在每根圆棒的一端齿轮也相应固定有铁杆8,并在铁杆末端固定有平衡铁块5。齿轮与圆棒之间有枕锁4连接。圆棒的枕锁端还设有精细轴承10。
其工作原理:光棒坠头落下时,靠自身重力和齿轮作用,顶开四角铁片,自退火管中落下。当坠头变成纤细的光纤后,自上而下的作用力消失,平衡铁块因自身重力产生向下作用力,通过铁杆8带动齿轮转动,齿轮受力后带动四角铁片向上运动,从而自动闭合,阻止了气流进入拉丝炉。

1、一种用于光纤拉丝炉的自动下料装置,包括退火管,其特征在于所述的装置是四根两头有铜齿轮的圆棒相互齿合成方框,以圆棒为中心垂直固定有四块四角铁片,四块四角铁片组成的面积覆盖退火管的内径;在每根圆棒的一端齿轮也相应固定有铁杆,并在铁杆末端固定有平衡的铁块。
