Abstract

Description
本发明涉及液压传动装置领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及具有内齿轮轴承(gerotors)、齿轮或叶片的变容式液压泵和马达。
由于装进该机构时存在侧隙,因此包括内齿轮轴承、齿轮或叶片的变容式泵和马达具有固有的容积损失。侧隙存在于旋转元件或流体排出机构(即内齿轮轴承、齿轮或叶片)和轴向邻近件即常常是壳体或端盖壁之间。容积损失是三次幂的侧隙函数。因此,容积损失受侧隙的影响巨大。如果侧隙达到最小,那么容积效率大大提高。但是,制造公差和偏差一般确定了侧隙和极限效率。
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供一种容积效率提高了的变容式泵或马达。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种接近零侧隙的变容式泵或马达。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有一层可磨损的牺牲涂料的变容式泵或马达,该涂料施加到邻近旋转元件的壳体壁上,这种喷涂磨合形成了最小的侧隙,因此得到了较高的容积效率。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种生产费用少、容易装配并且在使用时可靠、寿命长的变容式泵或马达。
本发明涉及液压传动装置领域,尤其它涉及变容式液压元件如具有内齿轮轴承、齿轮或叶片的泵和马达。
本发明的变容式液压元件包括壳体,该壳体具有形成于其中、带有环形表面的室,而该环形表面通过一对间隔开的端壁来限定。用来排出流体的旋转元件可旋转地安装在室内。一层非金属磨损涂料设置在室的端壁和旋转元件的邻近侧壁之间,从而为旋转元件提供了接近零的侧隙,因此液压元件具有较高的容积效率。
图1是配置有本发明的变容式液压元件的横剖面图。
图2是图1中2-2所示出区域的放大图。
在下面的附图和描述中,本发明的液压元件用标号10来表示。液压元件10具有正的流体排量,但是可以是液压泵或液压马达。如图1所看到的那样,液压元件10具有壳体12,该壳体包括主壳体14和端盖16,端盖16借助于若干螺钉18可拆下地安装到主壳体14上。分别用轴承24、28把轴20可旋转地安装在孔22、26内。
如所示出的一样,壳体12包括腔或室30。在优选实施例中,室30设置在端盖16内。但是,室30的一部分或全部设置在主壳体14内而不会影响本发明。室30还可设置在主壳体14内,并且只通过端盖16来密封。室30具有环形外表面31,该外表面31借助于一对间隔开的端壁32、34来限定。最好,端壁32、34基本上是平的并且相互平行。
在室30内,用来排出流体的旋转元件36沿着旋转轴线38可旋转地安装。旋转元件36固定到轴20上,因此旋转轴线38与轴的中心轴线相重合。旋转元件36具有相对侧壁40、42,这些侧壁40、42各自导向室30的邻近端壁32、34。最好,壁32、34、40、42基本上相互平行,并且垂直于轴线38。
一层非金属材料44设置于端壁32、34中的一个和邻近侧壁40、42中的一个之间。在图2所示的优选实施例中,该层44由可磨损的牺牲涂料(abradable sacrificial coating material)形成,而这种涂料通过树脂结合到端盖16的端壁32上或通过其它方法永久地固定到端盖16的端壁32上。但是,该涂料还可固定到端壁34上,或甚至可以固定到旋转元件36的侧壁40、42上。
牺牲涂层44的材料是含氟聚合物干膜润滑剂。该材料应该可以承受从接近-100华氏度(-73摄氏度)到400华氏度(202摄氏度)的连续温度,并且可以间断地承受高达接近450华氏度(230摄氏度)的温度。该材料具有接近0.05-0.10之间的磨擦系数、接近500V/mil的绝缘强度和接近4-6H的铅笔硬度。该涂料是疏油的,并且应该可以承受高达200华氏度(93摄氏度)的大多数溶剂、水、自动流体和燃料。该优选材料可以从Whitford Corporation of WestChester,Pennsyvania中买到,它的贸易牌号为XYLANTM1421。
本发明可以应用到具有各种旋转元件36的液压泵或马达上,这些元件包括内齿轮轴承(gerotor)、齿轮和叶片,但不局限于此。在内齿轮轴承型旋转元件的情况下,设置了内齿轮轴承装置。如图1和图2所示一样,该内齿轮轴承装置包括内部内齿轮轴承46和外部内齿轮轴承48。
使用时,如附图所示一样,采用了涂层44,并且通过树脂结合到端盖16的端壁32上。最好,层44具有均匀原始厚度,并且盖住整个端壁32。然后,把旋转元件36或内齿轮轴承装置46、48安装在室30内,并且可传动地固定到轴20上。主壳体14和端盖16用螺钉18固定在一起。
当装配好的元件10进行运转时,轴20和旋转元件36进行旋转。涂层44可滑动地接合,因此涂层44被旋转元件36的侧壁40所磨削。因此,至少一部分涂层44由于这种磨削而逐渐消去或磨耗。该涂层44占住了这些零件之间的任何制造公差,并且可以形成零或接近零的侧隙。这种牺牲涂层44将在动力工作期间进行磨合,并且为合适的工作形成最小的侧隙。这将使得液压元件的容量工作效率加大。
因此,可以看到本发明至少可以实现所述目的。
在这些附图和说明中描述了本发明的优选实施例,尽管使用了专门术语,但是这些只用于通用意义和描述意义,而不是用来限制的。在没有脱离下面权利要求书所限定的本发明范围之内的情况下,在环境可以提供便利的时候,可以进行形式和部分零件的变形及等同物的取代。
Claims (6)
1.一种变容式液压元件,它包括壳体,该壳体具有形成于其中、带有环形表面的室,而该环形表面通过一对间隔开的端壁来限定;用来排出流体的旋转元件可旋转地安装在壳体的室内,旋转元件包括相对的侧壁,这些侧壁各自一般邻近室的端壁并且导向室的端壁;一层非金属可磨损涂料设置在室的一个端壁和旋转元件的邻近侧壁之间,因此借助于可滑动磨损使至少一部分所述层消失了,而这种滑动磨损是由于旋转元件的旋转来引起的。
2.如权利要求1所述的液压元件,其特征在于:壳体具有主壳体和端盖,端盖可拆下地安装到主壳体上,端盖包括所述端壁,而涂料固定到该所述端壁上。
3.如权利要求1所述的液压元件,其特征在于:可磨损牺牲涂料是含氟聚合物干膜润滑剂。
4.一种变容式液压元件,它包括壳体,该壳体具有形成于其中、带有环形表面的室,而该环形表面通过一对间隔开的端壁来限定:轴可旋转地安装在壳体内;用来排出流体的旋转元件固定到轴上,从而可以在壳体室内旋转,旋转元件包括相对的侧壁,这些侧壁各自导向室的端壁上;一层非金属磨损牺牲涂料具有两个相对表面,第一表面固定到一个端壁上,而第二表面借助于旋转元件的一个侧壁而可滑动地且可磨损地接合。
5.如权利要求4所述的液压元件,其特征在于:旋转元件是内齿轮轴承装置,而该内齿轮轴承装置包括内部内齿轮轴承和外部内齿轮轴承。
6.如权利要求4所述的液压元件,其特征在于:涂料是含氟聚合物干膜润滑剂。
