Abstract
本发明是一种主要为单缸柴油机和无蓄电池的农用动力机械设计的内燃机启动装置,其特点是采用液力启动,该装置由蓄能器、液压马达、油泵和控制元件组成,启动内燃机时可操作控制阀,使蓄能器储存的压力油驱动液压马达,再经减速器使内燃机主轴旋转。油泵在内燃机启动后能及时向蓄能器补充压力油以备再次启动使用。本发明启动装置结构简单可靠,使用成本低,推广前景良好。
Description
本发明涉及内燃机辅助器件,具体而言是一种内燃机启动装置。
现有内燃机如活塞式内燃机的启动装置一般为电启动,也有手摇启动。电启动需要自备笨重的蓄电池,而手摇启动又费力而不安全。
本发明的目的就是要提供一种启动安全省力,实用可靠的内燃机启动装置。
为达发明目的而设计的内燃机启动装置由蓄能器、液压马达、油泵和控制元件组成,蓄能器储存的压力经控制阀输入液压马达,液压马达经减速器启动内燃机,油泵向蓄能器补充压力油。液压马达可为单向旋转式液压马达,控制元件为手柄式操作阀和液控单向阀以及与其相通的卸荷阀。
本发明液压蓄能启动装置结构简单,启动转速和转矩能满足内燃机的要求,保证启动可靠,发动机启动后蓄能器能快速蓄能,保证发动机再次启动需要,该装置免维护,使用寿命长,安装成本及运转费用较低,经济价值明显。本发明装置尤其实用单缸柴油机和无蓄电池的农用动力机械。
以下结合附图实施例描述本发明。
图1为本发明内燃机启动装置回路示意图。
如图1所示,由单向旋转式液压马达4经减速器3与内燃机飞轮2或主轴相连,启动内燃机时,操作手柄式操作阀5,隔离式蓄能器6及流向单向旋转式液压马达4从而驱动内燃机后流入油箱1。内燃机启动后油泵8能及时将压力油经液控单向阀7送入隔离式蓄能器6,供再次启动时,卸荷器9能保证系统安全。
Claims (2)
1、一种内燃机启动装置,其特征在于由蓄能器、液压马达、油泵和控制元件组成,蓄能器储存的压力油经控制阀输入液压马达,液压马达经减速器启动内燃机,油泵向蓄能器补充压力油。
2、根据权利要求1所述的内燃机启动装置,其特征在于液压马达为单向旋转式液压马达,控制元件为手柄式操作阀和液控单向阀以及与其相通的卸荷阀。
