Abstract
本发明提供了一种制备具有增强防伪特性的防伪线的方法,其包括如下步骤:i)用5—30旦的纤维编成细绳;ii)用染料或颜料将细绳染色;iii)烘干染色的细绳;iv)将烘干的细绳切短以得到短纤维形式的防伪线。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防伪线,及其制备方法和一种含有这种防伪线的纸张。
技术背景
防伪文件如钞票、股票、证券、支票、付(收)款凭证及身份证都需要通过防伪措施来防护,这些票证通常是由一种其中嵌入有纤维、条或丝线状的防伪元件的防伪纸制成。
日本公开专利申请90-293500公开了一种含有防伪线的防伪纸,该防伪线的制备方法如下:先用可见或不可见荧光染料均匀地将天然或合成纤维染色,然后把纤维切割成指定长度的短纤维。然而这种单色的防伪线限制了其防伪效果。
韩国专利111723描述了一种多色防伪线,其制备方法是:在一根纤维的一部分上放上一层罩,用第一种染料对暴露在外的部分进行染色;再把罩移至已染色部分,于是未染色部分暴露出来;再用第二种染料对未染部分该未染色部分进行染色;然后将纤维切割成合适的长度,从而得到具有增强安全特性的多色防伪线。
然而这种方法复杂且生产率低。
发明综述
因而本发明的第一个目的旨在提供一种适用于防伪纸张的防伪线的改进的制备方法。
本发明的第二个目的旨在提供一种适用于防伪纸张的新型的防伪线。
本发明的第三个目的旨在提供一种含具有增强安全特性的防伪线的防伪纸张。
根据本发明,提供了一种制备防伪线的方法,其包括如下步骤:ⅰ)用5-30旦的纤维编成细绳;ⅱ)用染料或颜料将细绳染色;ⅲ)烘干染色的细绳;ⅳ)将烘干的细绳切短以得到短纤维形式的防伪线。

通过下列描述并结合附图,本发明的上述及其他目的和特征将会变得显而易见,其中:
图1所示为以两股丝缠绕成捻的形式的编织丝线的示意图。
图2所示为以三股丝缠绕成捻的形式的编织丝线的示意图。
图3所示为根据本发明制得的防伪线的一个实施例。
图4所示为嵌有根据本发明制得的防伪线的防伪纸的一个实施例。
发明的详细描述
在实施本发明时,5-30旦的纤维1可用本领域任何一种常规纤维,包括天然纤维和合成纤维如聚酰胺、人造丝、聚酯及棉纤维,这些纤维可以两股丝缠绕成绳21的形式编织,如图1所示,也可以三股丝缠绕成绳22的形式编织,如图2所示,亦可绕一个衬垫如铁丝缠绕的形式编织,以及绕际示绳缠绕的方式编织等。
用染料或颜料以常规的方式对编织的丝线染色,在本发明中使用的典型染料或颜料可以是在本领域中常规使用的任何一种,包括酸性染料和直接染料,如酸性蓝AS、酸性玫瑰红B、Uvitex、Papilion Yellow F、TBF(特拉齐尔艳黄)和GEF。
根据本发明染色的编织丝线颜色深浅不一,这是因为每根纤维都部分地被其他纤维遮盖,其颜色深浅取决于被遮盖的程度。
调整缠绕扭曲的程度和时间可以控制纤维颜色的深浅。当缠绕强度高而染色时间短时,被其他纤维紧紧遮盖的编织丝线的区域不着色,如图3所示,其中31部分染上了色,而32部分未染上色。
用任何在本领域公知的常规方法把染色的丝线切割成一定长度,优选为3-6mm。
再实施本发明过程中,用另一种染料/颜料将染过色的且切割好的丝线进一步染色,得到具有两种或两种以上颜色的深浅不一的丝线。其中适用于第二次染色的染料/颜料可以是在本领域中常规使用的任何一种,包括酸性染料和直接染料,如酸性蓝AS、酸性玫瑰红B、Uvitex、Papilion Yellow F、TBF(特拉齐尔艳黄)和GEF。
当在高温如80-100℃下进行第二次染色时,丝线变成S型,由此增强其防伪特性。
根据本发明制得的颜色深浅不一的防伪线,可通过采用任何本领域中公知的常规的造纸方法而用于制造防伪纸张。
比如,将本发明中的防伪线与造纸材料混合,就可得到一种含有均匀分散在其中的防伪线的防伪纸张,如图4所示。
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明,但并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1防伪线的制备
将20旦的聚酰胺纤维按两股丝缠绕成绳的形式编织,如图1所示。
把酸性蓝AS溶在水里,使其PH值为4-5,浓度为1-2wt%,得到染色溶液。把编织好的丝线加入该染色溶液里,温度为90℃,染色10-30分钟,再用热水彻底冲洗、烘干,然后把烘干的丝线切成3-5mm的长度。
将上面切好的丝线放入浓度为1-2wt%的TBF溶液里染色,温度为90℃,染色10-30分钟,再用热水彻底冲洗、烘干,就得到本发明所述的防伪线。
实施例2防伪纸的制备
将浓度为10wt%的由二氧化钛、白炭黑、滑石粉、碳酸钙组成的混合物和浓度为0.1-1wt%的环氧树脂加到浓度为0.2-1wt%的木浆悬浮液的贮浆箱里,得到一个造纸浆料。
把在实施例1中得到的防伪线加到上面得到的造纸组合物里,使其浓度为0.002-1.0wt%,充分搅拌,就得到一种为60-100g/m2的防伪纸张。
尽管就上述特定实施例对本发明进行了描述,但应意识到的是,本领域熟练技术人员可对本发明进行各种改进和变换,其也包括在所附权利书设定的范围内。
Claims (7)
1一种制备防伪线的方法,其包括如下步骤:ⅰ)用5-30旦的纤维编成细绳;ⅱ)用染料或颜料将细绳染色;ⅲ)烘干染色的细绳;ⅳ)将烘干的细绳切短以得到短纤维形式的防伪线。
2如权利要求1所述的方法,其还应包括步骤ⅴ):在步骤ⅳ)后用另一种染料或颜料染色。
3如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中的丝线以两股丝的形式编织。
4如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中的丝线以三股丝的形式编织。
5如权利要求2所述的方法,其中切短的丝线的染色温度范围为80-100℃。
6如权利要求1-5任一所述的方法制得的一种防伪线。
7一种含有如权利要求1-5任一所述的方法制得的防伪线的防伪纸张。
