中医认为：男子不育的病因由于先天禀赋薄弱，精气虚冷，发育异常而致肾气虚弱或交合困难；也可因肾气虚弱，命火衰微，阳事不兴；或房事无度，肾精过耗，阴虚火旺，内热血精；或因脾胃虚弱，生化无源，气血不充，致使肾精亏乏；或因情志不遂，肝气郁结，疏泄失常，气滞血淤，宗筋驰纵；或因过食膏梁厚味，痰湿内生，阻遏气机，致使精窍不利，射精不能，精液稀薄量少等，治疗宜温肾益精、补气补血。而女子不育主要是由于肾气不足，或冲任气血失调所致，治疗以调经为主。本发明的治疗男女不育症的中药组合物，以黄耆、党参为君药，取黄耆补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精和党参补中益气、健脾益肺之功效，调理营卫，增强人体自身的机能；以当归、熟地黄、杜仲和枸杞为臣药，当归补血活血、调经止痛，熟地黄滋阴补血、益精填髓，二者合用，可补血养精，加上能滋补肝肾杜仲和枸杞，有温肾益精之功效；佐以能活血行气、祛风止痛、调理月经的川芎，可补肾阳、强筋骨、治宫冷不孕和月经不调的巴戟天，补肝肾、强筋骨、续折伤、止崩漏的续断，补益肝肾、涩精固脱的山茱萸，补肝肾、强筋骨、逐瘀通经、引血下行的牛膝，补肝肾、强筋骨、祛风湿、安胎元的桑寄生，解毒、消痈、温肾的何首乌，补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精的山药以及滋补肝肾、固精缩尿、安胎的菟丝子，因而，发明的治疗男女不育症的中药组合物，具有温肾补气、补血养精、化瘀通络、调经养卫之功效，对各种原因引起的男女不育症有较好的疗效。本药物应用于临床，共治疗各种男女不育症患者25例(其中：男子不育症患者15例，女子不育症患者10例)，其中治愈22例、无效3例，总有效率达88％。
四、具体实施方式：
实施例一：取上好无虫注、无霉坏变质的黄耆30克、当归15克、川芎10克、熟地黄30克、杜仲15克、枸杞25克、巴戟天15克、续断15克、山茱萸15克、牛膝15克、桑寄生20克、何首乌25克、山药25克、菟丝子15克、党参30克，此为一天的用药量，用水煎熬过滤，如此三次，分早中晚三次服用。十天为一疗程，一般患者服用一个疗程即可痊愈，较重者需两个疗程。
本实施例的药物，对各种原因引起的男女不育症均有较好的疗效。
实施例二：取上好无虫注、无霉坏变质的黄耆30克、当归15克、川芎10克、熟地黄30克、杜仲15克、枸杞25克、巴戟天15克、续断15克、山茱萸15克、牛膝15克、桑寄生20克、何首乌25克、山药25克、菟丝子15克、党参30克、肉桂10克、附子10克、芡实25克，此为一天的用药量，其他同上。
本实施例的药物，对女子下部寒冷引起的不孕症有较好的疗效。
实施例三：取上好无虫注、无霉坏变质的黄耆30克、当归15克、川芎10克、熟地黄30克、杜仲15克、枸杞25克、巴戟天15克、续断15克、山茱萸15克、牛膝15克、桑寄生20克、何首乌25克、山药25克、菟丝子15克、党参30克、地骨皮20克、牡丹皮10克、麦冬10克、玄参25克、五味子10克、石斛25克，此为一天的用药量，其他同上。
本实施例的药物，对女子骨蒸夜热引起的不孕症有较好的疗效。
实施例四：取上好无虫注、无霉坏变质的黄耆30克、当归15克、川芎10克、熟地黄30克、杜仲15克、枸杞25克、巴戟天15克、续断15克、山茱萸15克、牛膝15克、桑寄生20克、何首乌25克、山药25克、菟丝子15克、党参30克、半夏10克、白芥子15克、柴胡10克、升麻10克、陈皮15克，此为一天的用药量，其他同上。
本实施例的药物，对女子体肥引起的不孕症有较好的疗效。
实施例五：取上好无虫注、无霉坏变质的黄耆30克、当归15克、川芎10克、熟地黄30克、杜仲15克、枸杞25克、巴戟天15克、续断15克、山茱萸15克、牛膝15克、桑寄生20克、何首乌25克、山药25克、菟丝子15克、党参30克、泽兰20克、三棱10克、莪术10克、水蛭8克、卷柏15克、急性子15克，此为一天的用药量，其他同上。
本实施例的药物，对女子输卵管阻塞引起的不孕症有较好的疗效。
实施例六：取上好无虫注、无霉坏变质的黄耆30克、当归15克、川芎10克、熟地黄30克、杜仲15克、枸杞25克、巴戟天15克、续断15克、山茱萸15克、牛膝15克、桑寄生20克、何首乌25克、山药25克、菟丝子15克、党参30克、阳起石15克、牡狗阴茎30克、补骨脂15克、益智15克，此为一天的用药量，其他同上。
本实施例的药物，对男子肾阳虚引起的不育症有较好的疗效。
实施例七：取上好无虫注、无霉坏变质的黄耆30克、当归15克、川芎10克、熟地黄30克、杜仲15克、枸杞25克、巴戟天15克、续断15克、山茱萸15克、牛膝15克、桑寄生20克、何首乌25克、山药25克、菟丝子15克、党参30克、墨旱莲20克、麦冬15克、龟版15克、石斛20克，此为一天的用药量，其他同上。
本实施例的药物，对男子肾阴虚引起的不育症有较好的疗效。
实施例八：取上好无虫注、无霉坏变质的黄耆30克、当归15克、川芎10克、熟地黄30克、杜仲15克、枸杞25克、巴戟天15克、续断15克、山茱萸15克、牛膝15克、桑寄生20克、何首乌25克、山药25克、菟丝子15克、党参30克、莲须15克、覆盆子15克、五味子10克、金樱子25克，此为一天的用药量，其他同上。
本实施例的药物，对男子滑精症引起的不育症有较好的疗效。
实施例九：取上好无虫注、无霉坏变质的黄耆30克、当归15克、川芎10克、熟地黄30克、杜仲15克、枸杞25克、巴戟天15克、续断15克、山茱萸15克、牛膝15克、桑寄生20克、何首乌25克、山药25克、菟丝子15克、党参30克、黄柏10克、白花蛇舌草20克、土茯苓25克、荔枝核15克、橘核15克，此为一天的用药量，其他同上。
本实施例的药物，对男子前列腺炎引起的不育症有较好的疗效。

牛 膝10～20 桑寄生15～25 何首乌20～30
山 药20～30 菟丝子10～20 党 参20～40。
