Abstract
本发明涉及一种装有金属/塑料罩的车辆前灯。该灯罩具有一个安装灯泡(10)用的金属支座(14a-14e)和一个内设灯的电气端子(16,17)及固定金属支座(14a-14e)的塑料罩。用由硅树脂或橡胶制成的密封环(19)来密封按灯座结构设计的反光镜开口,密封环配置于反光镜外壁(20)和塑料罩(15)的环形法兰(15a)之间。按本发明,面向灯泡(10)的环形法兰(15a)的顶面涂有光反射涂层。
Description
本发明涉及按本专利权利要求1前叙部分所述的车辆前灯的电灯。
Ⅰ先有技术
这种灯公开于例如国际专利申请WO97/25733中。这份公开的专利申请描述了一种电气白炽灯,尤其描述了一种摩托车前灯,它具有一根封在透明灯泡中的白炽灯丝,及一个由金属件和塑料件组成的灯罩。灯泡的密封管脚固定于金属支座,它可直接地或通过中间环与金属环形支承套相连。此金属支承套固定于灯罩的塑料罩中,罩中装有灯的电气端子。为将灯装于按灯座设计的反光镜的开口中,该环形支承套具有三个基准凸耳,配置于一个平面上,并沿支承套圆周等距离分布,且与反光镜的灯座开口和一个径向向外作用并弹性地支承在反光镜灯座开口边缘的压缩弹簧相接合。用放在反光镜外壁和塑料罩环形法兰间的硅树脂环或橡胶环密封反光镜的灯座开口。这种灯的不足之处是法兰的塑料表面易于受到白炽灯丝发射的通过反光镜灯座开口的电磁辐射。该塑料表面由于由白炽灯丝发射的红外辐射和吸收由白炽灯丝产生的光而加热,从而产生蒸发。此外,上述的光吸收也降低了前灯的效率。
Ⅱ发明概述
本发明的目的是提供一种车辆前灯,当在使用1英寸确保减少蒸发并提高效率。
按本发明,通过权利要求1所述的特征达到该目的。在从属权利要求中特别对本发明的良好结构作了描述。
按本发明所述的车辆前灯具有一个灯罩,一个透明的灯泡和至少一个包在灯泡内的发光装置,灯罩具有一个塑料罩,其中设有灯的电气端子,以及至少有一个固定于塑料罩中的金属支座,用以安装灯泡。按本发明,面向灯泡的塑料罩表面涂有反光涂层。该反光涂层减少了塑料罩的光吸收,并因此减小了塑料罩的热负荷,从而改善了塑料罩的蒸发。此外,由于发射于塑料表面的光通过光反射涂层反射现已变得有利于前灯反光镜,故光反射涂层提高了前灯的效率。
最好,光反射涂层为一层铝膜,因为它具有与前灯反光镜一样高的光反射程度,并可满意地粘附于塑料罩上。出于产品工程考虑,此铝膜最好设计为一层含铝的油漆。或者,此铝膜最好也可由铝片组成,将它覆盖在面向灯泡的灯罩塑料表面上,而面向灯泡的那侧被抛光。

本发明的优先应用实施例是一种用于摩托车前灯的单丝充卤素灯。此灯具有一个带密封管脚10a的透明的、基本圆柱形的灯泡10。灯泡10的圆顶10b涂有光吸收涂层。用白炽灯丝11作为光源,它平行于灯泡轴线并与两个电源引线12,13相连而通电,这两个引线由管脚10a导出并由钼丝制成。灯泡10的管脚10a固定于金属支座。金属支座由环形支座14a,中间环14e和环形支承套14b组成。除金属支座14a,14b外,灯罩还具有一塑料罩15,其中设有灯的电气端子16,17,并将环形金属支承套14b固定其上。支承套14b具有三个基准凸耳14c,位于一个平面和一个压缩弹簧14d上,以便将灯安装于摩托车前灯的反光镜20中。用靠在反光镜20外壁20b和塑料罩15的环形法兰15a的硅树脂密封环19进行反光镜20的密封。图1表示了按优先应用实施例的灯的结构及其在前灯中的应用。面向灯泡10的环形法兰15a的顶面涂有一层光反射的、含铝的油漆膜21(图2),它基本上具有与反光镜20同样的光反射度和同样的色彩。
本发明并不限于上述的应用实施例,例如也可用在环形法兰15a的顶面进行真空喷涂铝膜来代替油漆膜。还可用在环形法兰15a的顶面覆盖铝膜,并在面向灯泡的那侧进行抛光来代替油漆膜。也可在环形法兰15a的顶面覆盖不同的金属涂层代替铝膜,只要这种金属具有与头灯反光镜的反射面相似的高反射度.例如,反射涂层也可由钢片组成,将它覆盖在面向灯泡的环形法兰15a的顶面。
Claims (5)
1.车辆头灯用的电灯,具有一个灯罩,一个透明的灯泡(10)和至少一个包在灯泡(10)中的发光装置(11),该灯罩具有一个塑料罩(15),其中设有灯的电气端子(16,17)和至少一个金属支座(14a~14e),固定于塑料罩(15)中,用以安装灯泡(10),其特征是在面向灯泡(10)的塑料罩(15)的表面(15a)上涂有反光涂层(21)。
2.按权利要求1所述的电灯,其特征在于,该反光涂层(21)是铝膜。
3.按权利要求2所述的电灯,其特征在于,该光反射涂层(21)是含铝的油漆膜。
4.按权利要求2所述的电灯,其特征在于,该反光涂层(21)是铝片,它覆盖在面向灯泡的塑料罩表面(15a)上,并在面向灯泡的那侧进行抛光。
5.按权利要求1所述的电灯,其特征在于,该反光涂层(21)由钢片组成,它覆盖在面向灯泡的塑料罩表面(15a)上。
