Description

治疗眼睛的眼前房植入体
本发明涉及一种治疗保留有晶状体的眼睛的疾病、特别是近视、散光、远视的眼前房植入体。
众所周知,这种植入体由一个圆形轮廓的光学部分(透镜)组成,有适于所需矫正的截面(平面、凸面、双凸面、凹面、双凹面、弯月形、环形);一个用于在眼前房中固定光学部分位置的密着性部分与该光学部分连接。密着性部分由一些可变形的细小环柄组成,使用时这些环柄就位于虹膜-角膜角中。
用于矫正近视的上述种类的植入体示意性地示于附图1、2、5,图1是一个平面图,图2是剖面图,图5为图1、2所示植入体在眼中位置的示意图。
从图1可以看到光学部分1、该光学部分和两个环柄3、4之间的连接带2,环柄3、4一般为S形,每一个的远端部分有两个支撑脚5和6。
从图2可以看到,光学部分1为凸透镜,并且环柄3、4从靠近与光学部分1连接的部分起向远端部分的支撑部分倾斜于垂直支撑面A。
角度α约为15°,用于保证光学部分1位于眼睛的前房中,既不会与它前表面的角膜接触,也不会与它后表面的虹膜接触。
在图2中还可以看到,环柄3、4的远端在较长的长度上与垂直面A重合。
植入体的宽度约为5.5毫米(参照图1的L),并且内接于直径为12毫米-13.5毫米的包络曲线中(参照图1的D)。这种植入体适应于大多数折射手术后的病人的眼睛形状和尺寸。
但是,人们发现,在数量不可忽视的情况下,用上述模式,由于环柄的远端部分靠在虹膜周围而产生刺激。
本发明的目的就在于克服这个缺点,不论植入植入体的眼睛的大小如何,都能大大减少环柄的远端部分靠在虹膜周围的危险。
根据本发明,每个环柄的剖面具有一个双曲率半径的轮廓,以便在虹膜-角膜角中安放支撑面。
借助于下面作为一个非限定性实施例的描述和相关的图3、4、6,可以更好地了解本发明。
图3为根据本发明的眼前房近视植入体的平面示意图。
图4为图3所示植入体的剖面示意图。
图6为图3、4的植入体在眼中位置的示意图。
对应图1、2中所示植入体的各部分的标号相同。图中可以见到光学部分1、环形连接部分2和两个大体为S形(见平面图)的环柄3、4,环柄的远端部分有支撑脚5、6。
从图4的侧视图看,每个环柄的剖面为具有双曲率半径的弧形。近端部分的曲率半径(R1)大于远端部分的曲率半径(R2)。从一个曲率半径到另一个曲率半径的过渡点(参照图4中的P)距所考虑的环柄远端的距离大约等于所述环柄在与支撑面A平行方向上的高度的四分之一。
环柄与支撑面A的总角度在13.5°到16°之间,对于12.5毫米包络曲线的植入体,该角度(图4中的α角)最好为15.12°。
近端部分的曲率半径值(R1)为10-35毫米,远端部分的曲率半径值(R2)为2.5毫米。
对于这种设计,环柄的拱高(图4中的F)距支撑面A大约1毫米,光学部分最靠近角膜的点(图6中的C)大约在1.62毫米。因此保证从属于眼球变形的环柄变形不会造成植入体与角膜或虹膜接触。
双曲率半径的弧形保证环柄只靠在虹膜-角膜角的比较结实的结构上。
更准确地说,根据图6和与图5的不同:
-每个环柄曲率半径大的(R1)近端部分几乎与光学面平行,尽可能远离虹膜,使得能够有瞳孔的间隙,而环柄和虹膜之间没有接触;
-每个环柄曲率半径小的(R2)远端部分实际上在环柄的植入地点,即相当于眼前房的角与近端部分连接;
-因此,每个环柄位于虹膜10和角膜内皮之间的一个中间位置;
-每个环柄在虹膜-角膜角中的支撑面积是有限的;实际上避免每个环柄远离端分和虹膜之间的所有接触,限制虹膜的炎症反应。
上面描述了植入体的一个实施例,它的密着性部分有两个环柄,但是本发明适用于所有治疗保留有晶状体的眼睛的眼前房植入体,而不论其密着性部分的环柄数量如何。

Claims (5)

1.治疗眼睛的眼前房植入体,它具有一个与环柄(3,4)连接的光学部分(1),其特征在于,每个环柄的剖面具有一个双曲率半径的弧形轮廓,近端部分的曲率半径(R1)大于远端部分的曲率半径(R2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植入体,其特征在于,两个曲率半径的过渡点距环柄远端的距离大约等于环柄在与垂直面A平行方向的高度的四分之一。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的植入体,其特征在于,一个环柄与支撑面(A)的总角度(α)在13.5°到16°之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的植入体,其特征在于,对于一个12.5毫米包络曲线的植入体,环柄的角度为15.12°。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的植入体,其特征在于,曲率半径的值为:
10毫米≤R1≤35毫米;R2=2.5毫米。
