技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于治疗晶状体病的眼睛的屈光不正的眼前房的眼内植入物。
这种植入物包括一个由一圆形透镜构成的光学部件,以及一个由一挠性曲柄骨架构成的密着接触件,所述圆形透镜的中面垂直于眼睛的光轴,所述挠性曲柄安置在虹膜-角膜角中,用来将所述光学部件固定到所述眼前房中并维持其位置。所谓“挠性”,应当理解为一种半刚性的结构,能够保证所述光学部件+密着接触件的组合在所述眼前房中的永久稳定性,但这种挠性不允许所述密着接触件的折叠。
背景技术
文献FR-2631228和FR-2666220中描述了这样的植入物。由于所述光学部件部位的刚性结构,要植入眼睛的前房,所述植入物要求有足够大的植入孔,该孔随后要缝合起来。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种眼内植入物,可以通过一个足够小而不需要缝合的孔植入眼前房。
另外,前文所述文献的植入物有一个具有一定对称性的密着接触件。
这种密着接触件一般具有四个在虹膜-角膜角中的支承点,其布置应该基本对称。在安装所述植入物时,应该考虑这种对称性,有时候这延长了外科手术的时间。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种不受所述对称限制的眼内植入物。
本发明旨在提出一种眼前房的眼内植入物,由一个圆形光学部件和一个用来将该光学部件固定到眼前房中的挠性密着接触件构成,所述密着接触件的支承点安置在虹膜-角膜角中,所述光学部件由一个在将所述植入物植入眼前房时可以卷曲或折叠的柔性透镜构成;所述密着接触件具有一个与所述光学部件连接的连接区,在该连接区,所述密着接触件与所述光学部件相连的部分位于所述光学部件边缘;并且,在该连接区,所述光学部件和所述密着接触件之间的连接是刚性的,使得当所述植入物到位后,所述光学部件被稳定地保持在垂直于眼睛光轴的平面内。

-在所述连接区,所述密着接触件具有一个刚性部分,用来保证与所述光学部件的刚性连接;

-所述连接区位于连接所述密着接触件的所述拐点与上自由端的曲柄上;
-所述连接区位于所述密着接触件的曲柄的凹侧;
-所述连接区是所述光学部件和所述密着接触件相切的区域;
-所述密着接触件具有一段弓形部分,其边缘基本上是圆形的,以便在一个扩大的连接区与所述透镜接触;
-所述光学部件由一个丙烯材料、硅酮或者HEMA(羟乙基甲丙烯酸酯)材料的透镜构成;
-所述密着接触件由PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、或者是任何与眼睛相容的材料制成。

具体实施方式
在图1中,本发明的所述植入物由一个圆形透镜形状的光学部件2和一个总体形状为数字“2”的密着接触件构成。
该密着接触件与虹膜-角膜角有三个接触点:一个在其下部自由端5,一个在其拐点6处,另一个在其上部自由端7。在连接密着接触件的拐点6和上部自由端7的曲柄的中央部分,有一个密着接触件3和光学部件2的连接区4。
在该连接区4,光学部件2和密着接触件3之间的连接是刚性的,以便当植入物1被植入后,光学部件2被稳定地保持在垂直于眼睛光轴的平面上。为了保证该连接的刚度,密着接触件3在连接区4具有一个刚性部分是有利的。
光学部件部分在垂直于光轴的平面内的定向稳定性不仅对于光学质量来说是必需的,对于邻近的眼睛结构(虹膜、晶状体、角膜)也是必不可少的,如果光学部件部分可以相对于密着接触件部分前后自由活动,眼睛结构就可能受伤。这种风险会因为眼球位置的永久改变而变得非常高。
当植入物1被植入眼前房(图2)时,光学部件2位于一个垂直于眼睛光轴8的平面内,密着接触件的三个接触点5、6、7分布在虹膜-角膜角9的圆周上。最好,光学部件2包括一个后表面10为凹面的透镜。该凹面10朝向眼睛的晶状体11和虹膜12。光学部件2和密着接触件3之间的连接实现在连接区4,可以用任何合适的连接方式,比如粘接、焊接、物理化学连接或者机械连接。
光学部件2的透镜设置在密着接触件的曲柄的凹侧,以便连接区4(图3)是光学部件2和密着接触件3相切的区域。
根据图4所示的实施例,密着接触件具有一段弓形部分13,其边缘基本上是圆形的,以便在一个扩大的连接区4与透镜接触。
在连接区4,密着接触件3与光学部件2相连的部分位于光学部件2的边缘,例如在透镜边缘的中面上。在连接区4之外,密着接触件3可以相对于透镜的中面有一些倾斜,以保证光学部件2相对于虹膜-角膜角9(图2)的中面的位置的偏移。当植入植入物1时,这种布置可以保证连接区4位于垂直于眼睛光轴8的平面上,并将光学部件2保持在虹膜平面之前,垂直于光轴8。
根据本发明的一个基本特征,光学部件2由一个柔性透镜构成,在将植入物1植入眼前房时,它可以自身卷曲或者在连接区4绕密着接触件卷曲,卷轴平行于密着接触件在连接区4的平均方向。
所述透镜也可以绕一个平行于密着接触件在连接区4的平均方向的轴折叠。在植入物植入之后,柔性透镜被释放,恢复到其原始形状。
为了保证透镜的柔软性和弹性,透镜的组成材料例如是一种丙烯材料、硅酮或者HEMA(羟乙基甲丙烯酸酯)材料。
密着接触件3的材料是挠性的,但又要有足够的刚度,以将光学部件2保持于稳定的位置,最好用PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)。
植入物1植入眼前房是通过在角膜14上开的植入孔进行的。由于柔性透镜可以向密着接触件3的曲柄或者在该曲柄上卷曲,或者在该曲柄上折叠,植入孔的最大尺度小于或等于4毫米,因此该植入孔是自动密合的,不需要缝合,从而简化了外科手术。
植入物通过植入孔的植入操作是先进密着接触件的下端5,然后是拐点6,然后是密着接触件的曲柄,光学部件2的透镜向该曲柄或者在该曲柄上卷曲或折叠,最后是上部自由端7。
本发明的植入物可以用于治疗屈光不正,例如近视、远视、或者散光。要保证光学部件与密着接触件在连接区4的连接,只需要光学部件的边缘有足够的厚度就可以了。这种条件在治疗近视的情况下尤其容易达到,因为治疗近视时所述透镜是厚边的。
举例来说,根据本发明的一个眼前房的眼内三脚植入物要用来植入与虹膜-角膜角相应的直径小于或等于13.5毫米的圆周内。光学部件2的直径小于或等于6毫米。密着接触件3的曲柄的厚度约为0.1毫米。将植入物植入眼前房的植入孔的最大尺寸小于或等于4毫米,不需要缝合。

Claims (5)

1.一种眼前房的眼内植入物,用于治疗晶状体病的眼睛的屈光不正,它由一个由柔性透镜构成的圆形光学部件和一个用来将该光学部件固定到眼前房中的挠性密着接触件构成,所述柔性透镜在所述植入物(1)植入眼前房时可以卷曲或者折叠,所述密着接触件的支承点安置在虹膜-角膜角中;
所述密着接触件(3)的总体形状为数字“2”的形状,具有三个支承点,一个支承点在拐点(6)处,两个自由端(5,7)各有一个支承点;
所述密着接触件(3)具有一个与所述光学部件(2)连接的连接区(4),连接通过粘接、焊接、物理化学连接或机械连接来实现,在该连接区(4),所述密着接触件(3)与所述光学部件(2)相连的部分位于所述光学部件(2)的边缘;
在该连接区(4),所述光学部件(2)和所述密着接触件(3)之间的连接是刚性的,使得当所述植入物(1)到位后,所述光学部件(2)稳定地保持在垂直于眼睛光轴的平面内;
所述连接区(4)位于连接所述密着接触件(3)的所述拐点(6)与上部自由端(7)的曲柄上;
所述连接区(4)位于所述密着接触件(3)的曲柄的凹侧;
所述连接区(4)是所述光学部件(2)和所述密着接触件(3)之间相切的区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植入物,其特征在于,在所述连接区(4),所述密着接触件(3)具有一个刚性部分,用来保证与所述光学部件(2)的刚性连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的植入物,其特征在于,所述密着接触件(3)具有一段弓形部分(13),其边缘是圆形的,以便在一个扩大的连接区(4)与所述透镜接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的植入物,其特征在于,所述光学部件(2)由一个丙烯材料、硅酮或者HEMA材料的透镜构成。
