Abstract

一种无炸药,无火药的安全烟花药,由A,B,C三种化学原料组成,A组份为高氯酸钾,对苯二甲酸氢钾,高锰酸钾,水泥;B组份为高氯酸钾,氧化妆品铜,硝酸钡,聚氯乙烯,硫磺,水泥;C组份为高氯酸钾,铁粉,碱式碳酸铜,酚醛树脂,聚氯乙烯,硝酸钡,水泥三种药粉过筛与粘剂混合,成型,干燥即为本发明的安全烟花药、优点是无论在生产过程,运输队输,储存中,只要不与明火接触,不会发生爆炸事故。

Description

无炸药、火药的安全烟花药
本发明是一种无炸药、火药的安全烟花药,属于爆炸物类。
现有的为助兴而使用的烟花,多采用火药、炸药为原料,以酒精为溶解粘合剂,因此在制造、生产过程,甚至在储存运输中都极易发生爆炸事故,就是在燃放过程也常伤害人身,同时也在燃放过程中产生大量的有害气体,含有大量的重金属元素,严重地污染了空气,更加之这种烟花成本高。
为了克服上述缺点,本发明采用了安全的化学原料,在燃放过程中又不产生有毒气体,无炸药、火药的烟花药。
本发明是这样实现的:安全烟花药以A、B、C三种化学原料组成。
A组份为高氯酸钾55-65%,对苯二甲酸氢钾25-30%、高锰酸钾0.5-5%、水泥8-10%,该组份主要呈现红色效果。
B组份是高氯酸钾60-70%、氧化铜3-5%、硝酸钡3-5%、聚氯乙烯6-10%、硫磺15-25%、水泥3-6%,该组份呈现兰色效果。
C组份是由高氯酸钾65-75%、铁粉4-10%、碱式碳酸铜3-4%、酚醛树酯5-15%、聚氯乙烯6-10%、硝酸钡3-5%、水泥4-6%,该组份呈现绿色效果。
上述各组份比例是以重量计。
以粘合剂与A、B、C三种组合物混配,可以同时混配,也可以用其中的一种或二种混配,以期达到不同颜色的目的。粘合剂可以是化学粘合剂,也可以是植物粘合剂。
各组合物(如A或A、B或C)在与粘合剂混合前须过筛,筛孔在100目以下,均匀混合后用粘合剂配合成型,干燥后来居上即成为本发明的无炸药、火药的安全烟花药珠。
实施例:A组份,60公斤高氯酸钾、30公斤对苯二甲酸氢钾、1公斤高锰酸钾、水泥8公斤;
B组份,高氯酸钾60公斤、氧化铜4公斤、硝酸钡4公斤、聚氯乙烯6公斤、硫磺20公斤、水泥6公斤;
C组份,高氯酸钾65公斤、铁粉6公斤、碱式碳酸铜4公斤、酚醛树酯10公斤、聚氯乙烯6公斤、硝酸钡4公斤、水泥5公斤。
1公斤面粉合20公斤的水,混合均匀,加热煮成糊状,待用。
A、B、C三种混合物,分别过100目筛,筛后的粉状物,再分别用已备好适量的粘合剂混合均匀,加工成小珠形,干燥后即成为本发明的三种颜色烟花药。
本发明的烟花药,由于含有红、兰、绿三种元素色,因此,在燃放时可以呈现出不同的绚丽色彩,最大的特点是生产过程和运输、储存中,只要不与明火接触,无论是震动与磨擦都不会发生危险与事故,在燃放中也不会产生对空气的污染,又不殃及人身安全,是一种最佳喜庆产品。

1,一种无炸药,火药的安全烟花药,其特征是:由A,B,C三种化学组合物给成。
2,根据权利要求1的无炸药,无火药的安全烟花药,其特征是:A组合物由55-65%的高氯酸钾,25-30%的对苯二甲酸氢钾,0.5-5%的高锰酸钾,8-10%的水泥重量组成。
3,根据权利要求1的无炸药,无火药的安全烟花药,其特征是:B组合物由60-70%的高氯酸钾,3-5%氧化铜,3-5%的硝酸钡,6-10%的聚氯乙烯,15-25%的硫磺,3-6%的水泥重量组成。
4,根据权利要求1的无炸药,无火药的安全烟花药,其特征是:C组合物是由65-75%的高氯酸钾,4-10%的铁粉,3-4%的碱式碳酸铜,5-15%的酚醛树酯,6-10%的聚氯乙烯,3-5%硝酸钡,4-6%水泥重量组成。
5,根据权利要求1的无炸药,无火药的安全烟花药,其特征是:粘合剂,可以是化学粘合剂或植物粘合剂。
