Abstract
一种车轮总成,设有一个托架;一个车轮,该车轮安装在托架上并可绕轮轴转动;一个制动件,该制动件可相对于车轮移动,并包括一个开有螺纹的制动销,环绕着制动销具有一个开有互补螺纹的可移动制动盘;一个锁止盘,用于沿着螺纹方向固定制动盘的位置。锁止盘至少包括一个止动爪,所述止动爪相对于制动销呈径向布置,并可沿制动销的轴向移动。为阻止制动盘沿制动销的轴向移动,制动盘至少包括一个径向槽,以容纳所述止动爪。
Description
本发明涉及一种车轮总成,它设置有一个托架;一个车轮,所述车轮安装在托架上,并可绕一个轴转动;一个制动件,所述制动件可相对于车轮移动,并包括一个设有螺纹的制动销,环绕着制动销具有一个开有互补螺纹的可移动的制动盘;一个锁止盘,以沿着螺纹的方向固定制动盘的位置。当制动销沿着自身轴线方向向着车轮移动时,为了制动车轮,制动盘可以与车轮相接合。
这种车轮总成是公知的,它可根据要求进行装配。例如,它可以用在飞机上配发食品的小车上。
由于车轮或者是制动盘本身的接合表面的磨损,随着使用时间的延长,其制动性能也变差。为了克服上述问题,制动盘在制动销上的位置是可变的。为了沿着制动销移动制动盘,锁止盘需要被拆开,同时,制动盘必须沿正确方向移动,最后,再次将制动盘安装上。根据现有技术,锁止盘被夹紧在制动盘和一锁止螺母之间。由于设置在车轮和托架之间的锁止螺母很难被触及,因此,锁止盘很难被移动和安装。而且,需要用到额外的工具。
本发明的目的是要使得移动和安装锁止盘变得更加容易,并且,也使得不须用到额外的工具即可进行这些工作。
为达到上述目的,根据本发明,所述的锁止盘至少设有一个止动爪,所述的止动爪相对于制动销径向布置,并可沿制动销的轴向移动。为了阻止制动盘的旋转,在制动盘上开有至少一个用以容纳所述止动爪的径向槽。
既然制动盘的旋转仅仅通过轴向突出的止动爪被阻止,那么,通过将止动爪从径向槽中提升,就可使制动盘松开。这些工作不须用到工具就可做到,因此,可以大大地简化制动盘的调整工作。
在一个优选实施例中,止动爪通过一个压缩弹簧而被压入到槽中。压缩弹簧最好环绕着制动销布置。而且,止动爪上最好设有孔眼,所述孔眼环绕着制动销布置。为了阻止止动爪的旋转,制动销和孔眼在一侧被整平。
在不需用到任何工具而继续对制动盘进行简单调整的同时,本设计采用少量构件即可阻止止动爪从槽中无意地掉出来,从而造成制动盘的转动,所述的构件是很坚固耐用的,并且基本不需要保养。
在上述的优选实施例中,也可以在制动爪的端部设置有一个凸缘,它可以简化轴向移动止动爪的手工劳动。
下面,将结合附图对本发明进行更详细地描述:
图1是带有制动装置的车轮总成的横截面图;
图2是沿图1所示制动装置的II-II线剖开的横截面图。
图1所示的车轮总成包括有:一个托架1,所述托架通过枢轴件2可动地与附件板3连接;一个车轮5,它环绕着轴4安装,并安装在托架1上;一个制动件7,它安置在衬套6中,并可相对于车轮5移动。制动件7包括一个制动销8,在制动销8上安装有制动盘9。随着制动销向着车轮5移动,使得制动盘9可以和车轮5接合。所示的实施例中包括有一个压缩弹簧14,当制动盘9未起作用时,所述的压缩弹簧14会在一个间隙位置保持住制动盘9。
车轮总成例如通过附件板3附着在一个小车的底部,小车可被设计成带有制动机构,通过一个传动系统,所述的制动机构可将制动销压到车轮上。当松开制动系统时,通过弹簧14,制动盘从车轮上移开,这样,车轮就可以再次转动。
制动销8上设有螺纹,在其上装有制动盘9,在所述的制动盘9上开有互补螺纹。由于制动盘9的转动,使得它可以在平行于制动销8的轴线方向上移动。重要的一点是,当车轮5和/或制动盘本身的表面磨损之后,将不会产生足够的摩擦力。
为了保证制动盘9不会以不期望的方式转动,从而使其高度发生变化,制动盘9上开有槽10。围绕着制动销8而固紧的锁止盘11上的止动爪12能够锁定在这些槽中的一个中,因此,制动盘9的转动被阻止。为了保证锁止盘11本身不会随制动盘9一起转动,锁止盘11中的孔眼和制动销8被设计成具有一个平整截面,并且,这些平整截面相互配合。
为了使得止动爪12处于槽10中,通过一个压缩弹簧16将止动爪12压入槽10中。为了使得制动头部9可以相对于制动销8和止动爪12转动,借助凸缘13,并克服弹簧16的压力,止动爪12可从槽10中提升出来。
图2是沿图1所示制动装置的II-II线剖开的横截面图。其中,可以很清楚地看到制动销8和锁止盘11的平整部分。既然止动爪12已经被压入槽10中的一个中,那么制动盘9将不可能再相对于制动销8转动了。
Claims (5)
1.一种车轮总成,包括:
一个托架(1);
一个车轮(5),所述车轮(5)安装在托架(1)上,并可绕一轴(4)转动;
一个制动件(7),所述制动件(7)可相对于车轮(5)移动,并具有一个设有螺纹的制动销(8),环绕着制动销具有一个设有互补螺纹的可移动的制动盘(9);
一个锁止盘(11),用于沿着螺纹的方向固定制动盘(9)的位置;
其特征在于:锁止盘(11)包括至少一个止动爪(12),所述止动爪(12)相对于制动销径向布置,并可沿制动销(8)的轴线方向移动,同时,为了阻止制动盘(9)沿制动销(8)的轴线移动,在制动盘(9)中至少开有一个径向槽(10),以容纳止动爪(12)。
2.如权利要求1所述的车轮总成,其特征在于:一个弹簧件(16)作用于锁止盘(11)或止动爪(12)上,并将所述止动爪(12)压入到制动盘(9)中的槽(10)中。
3.如权利要求2所述的车轮总成,其特征在于:弹簧件(16)包括一个压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧环绕着制动销(8)布置。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的车轮总成,其特征在于:在锁止盘(11)上开有一个孔眼(15),所述孔眼位于制动销(8)周围,为阻止锁止盘(11)围绕制动销(8)的轴线转动,制动销(8)和孔眼(15)在一侧或两侧被整平。
5.如权利要求1、2、3或4所述的车轮总成,其特征在于:为了沿轴线方向手工更换止动爪(12),在止动爪(12)的自由端设置有一个凸缘(13)。
