技术领域
本发明涉及到拉杆端部,尤其涉及到从拉杆端部清除润滑剂。
背景技术
拉杆端部形成为在车辆中的转向机构的一部分,并且与设置在转向轴的每一端部上的转向接头连接在一起以使驾驶者能使支承在转向节上的车轮转向。传统型拉杆包括座件和球头螺栓件,该球头螺栓件设置在座件中。润滑剂用于减少摩擦和由座件和球头螺栓件之间的接触而产生的热量。当润滑剂处于这样的压力中时,其成分开始分解,从而需要清除并更换润滑剂。一种传统型拉杆端部使用在围绕球头螺栓件的密封套上的清洁通孔来清除用过的润滑剂。另一种传统型拉杆端部使用在密封套中带有挡片的阀来将用过的润滑剂从拉杆端部中清除掉。
传统型拉杆端部具有这样几个缺点。例如,使用密封套上的清洁通孔使得在车辆运行过程中(无论在车辆行驶的或者车辆处于静止时,例如处于有负荷或者没有负荷)外部的污染物进入到在座件中形成的孔中,在该孔中特别地设置有球头螺栓件。密封套类似于真空吸尘器地工作且吸收外部的污染物。在密封套上使用具有挡片的阀件可减少进入孔中的污染物的数量,但是增加了密封套的成本。另外,也要综合考虑阀片的一体化。
因此,需要一种拉杆端部来最小化或者消除一个或多个的上述缺点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种与拉杆和转向装置一起使用的拉杆端部。
根据本发明的一个实施例的拉杆端部包括形成有在座件的一端上的第一孔和与第一孔连通的第二孔的座件。第一和第二孔的彼此轴线可设置为相互垂直。拉杆端部还包括球头螺杆件,该球头螺杆件包括在第一孔中设置的球头部分和从第一孔从延伸出来的螺杆件。最终,拉杆端部还包括设置在第二孔中的清洁加油嘴。
根据本发明的第二实施例的拉杆端部包括形成有靠近一端的第一孔的座件和球头螺栓件,该球头螺栓件包括在第一孔中设置的球头部分和从第一孔中延伸出来的螺杆件。该拉杆端部还包括将座件的第一孔的一端封闭的塞。最后,拉杆包括设在塞中的清洁加油嘴。
与传统型的拉杆端部相比较,根据本发明的拉杆端部具有明显的改进。具体地说,与传统型拉杆端部相比较,在每个座件或塞中使用清洁加油嘴可减少进入拉杆端部中的污染物的数量。在座件或塞中的加油嘴可使用免清洗的密封套,该密封套没有通孔并且产生密封性。

现在参照附图,其中各附图中使用相同的参考标号指定同一构件。图1-2表示根据本发明拉杆端部10的一个实施例。拉杆端部10做成用于车辆的转向转动机构中。如在本技术领域中已知的,拉杆端部10可设在拉杆的一端,并且连接在从设在转向轴的一端上的转向接头中延伸出的拉杆臂上。拉杆端部10包括:座件12,球头螺栓件14,轴承环16、18,塞20,密封套22,润滑脂安装件24,螺母26,以及部件例如用于从拉杆端部10中清除润滑剂的清洁加油嘴28。
座件12形成有靠近一端且形成为容纳球头螺栓件14以及使得球头螺栓件14枢轴地转动的孔30。座件12包括环形部分32、连接在环形部分32上的螺纹柄34。环形部分32基本上为圆筒形状(形成孔30)并且绕着轴线36布置。环形部分32也形成有与孔30相通的孔38。孔38绕着轴线40布置,该轴线40与轴线36垂直并沿径向从环形部分32的外径向环形部分32的内径地在部件32中延伸。螺纹柄34连接在环形部件32上并与其形成为一整体。螺纹柄34可为实心或者管形的结构。螺纹柄34包括在形成为将要被接收在拉杆(未示出)中的一端上的一段螺纹42和在与环形部件32相连的相对端部上的直径减小部分44。座件12为本技术领域中的传统型。
球头螺栓件14把转向接头(未示出)连接在拉杆端部10上,并且能相对于转向接头和拉杆(未示出)运动。球头螺栓件14包括球头部分46和螺杆件48。该球头部分46的形状基本上为球形并且大小可容纳在孔30中。该螺杆件48从球头部分46和孔30中延伸出来并可与球头部分46形成一体。螺杆件48包括在一端上的一段螺纹50且形成为可容纳在转向接头(未示出)的拉杆臂中形成的通孔中。球头螺杆件14为本技术领域中的传统型。
轴承环16、18设为能使球头螺杆件14相对于座件移动并且吸收这样移动的摩擦力。轴承环16、18大小为可被接收在孔30中,并且分别确定了接收球头螺杆件14的球头部分46的球形座52、54。轴承环16、18为本技术领域中的传统型。
塞20设为来封闭在座件12中的孔30的一端56以在拉杆端部10中容纳润滑剂。塞20为本技术领域中的传统型并且绕轴线36布置。塞20通常为在其圆周部分上设有径向向外延伸的突缘的半球形状,并且大小设为可被接收在座件12的孔30中。塞20由在座件12中形成的径向向内延伸的唇缘58固定在孔30中。塞20可包括形成容纳在润滑脂安装件24中的通孔60。
密封套22设为用来封闭在座件12中的孔30的另一个端62以在拉杆端部10中容纳润滑剂。密封套22为本技术领域中的传统型,并且由具有挠性的材料制成以使得球头螺栓件14移动。密封套22绕着轴线36布置且仅包括一个以轴线36为中心的单通孔64,并且形成为当螺栓杆48从孔30向外延伸时能接收球头螺栓件14的螺杆件48。与大多数传统的密封套不同,密封套22为免清洗的。换句话说,密封套22不包含用来从孔30中清除润滑剂的清洁通孔。密封套22可通过卡环68或者现有技术中的其他传统方式固定在抵靠座件12的环形部分32的直径减小部分66的位置上。
润滑脂安装件24设为用于将润滑脂或者其他润滑剂引导到孔30中。该润滑脂安装件24为现有技术中的传统型,并且设有塞20的通孔60。
螺母26设为用来将拉杆端部10的球头螺栓件14固定在转向接头(未示出)的拉杆臂中。螺母26为现有技术中的传统型。
清洁加油嘴28提供了一种用来清除在孔30中的润滑剂的装置。清洁加油嘴28设在座件12的孔30中。由于孔38与孔30相通,所以清洁加油嘴28也与孔30和在孔30中用来润滑球头螺栓件14和轴承环16、18之间的摩擦表面的润滑剂相通。清洁加油嘴28作为一个可逆阀。清洁加油嘴28防止外部环境的污染物进入在使用中的拉杆端部10的孔30中,弄脏的润滑剂将从拉杆端部10中被清除掉。即使可使用所示实施例中的清洁加油嘴28,也可以理解清洁加油嘴28可由可选结构例如可拆卸的塞或者可通过手或者工具打开的阀来代替。
图3表示根据本发明的拉杆端部10’的一个可选实施例。拉杆端部10’基本上类似于拉杆端部10。因此,用相同的参考标号表示相同或者大致相近的构件,下面只与拉杆端部10中的不同部分进行描述。在本实施例中,座件12’并没有形成有与孔30相通并形成为接收清洁加油嘴28的其他孔。另外,清洁加油嘴28设置在塞20’中的通孔70中。通孔70和清洁加油嘴28绕着与孔30的轴线36交叉的轴线72设置。
与本技术领域中已知的拉杆端部相比较,根据本发明的拉杆端部具有一个明显的改进。传统的拉杆端部通常在密封套上使用一个或者多个清洁通孔。结果,传统的拉杆端部经常使得污染物进入到球头螺栓件的球头部分位于其中的孔中,因而增大了摩擦并降低了拉杆端部的使用寿命。在本发明中的清洁加油嘴或者相当的结构的使用和布置能将用过的润滑剂从拉杆端部中清除掉,并消除或者减少了可能进入拉杆端部的污染物数量。
尽管参考其中的优选实施例已经对本发明做了具体地说明和描述,但对于本领域的技术人员而言,可以很容易地理解在不脱离本发明的精神和范围时可以对本发明进行各种变化和修改。

Claims (9)

1.一种拉杆端部,其包括:
座件,它限定了靠近一端的第一孔和与上述第一孔相通的第二孔;
球头螺栓件,其包括在上述第一孔中设置的球头部分和从上述第一孔中延伸出来的螺杆件;
在上述第一孔中设置的第一和第二轴承环,上述第一和第二轴承环接收上述球头螺栓件的上述球头部分;以及
设置在上述第二孔中的清洁加油嘴,上述清洁加油嘴允许在上述球头螺杆件和上述第一和第二轴承环之间流动的润滑剂从上述第一孔中被清除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉杆端部,还包括围绕上述球头螺栓件设置的密封套。
3.根据权利要求2所述的拉杆端部,其特征为,上述密封套仅包括一个通孔,上述螺杆件穿过该通孔从上述第一孔延伸出来。
4.根据权利要求1所述的拉杆端部,其特征为,上述第一孔绕着第一轴线设置,上述第二孔绕着垂直于上述第一轴线的第二轴线设置。
5.一种拉杆端部,其包括
限定靠近一端的第一孔的座件;
包括设置在上述第一孔中的球头部分和从上述第一孔中延伸出的螺杆件的球头螺栓件;
设置在上述第一孔的一端上的塞;以及
在上述塞中设置的清洁加油嘴。
6.根据权利要求5所述的拉杆端部,还包括围绕上述球头螺栓件设置的密封套。
7.根据权利要求6所述的拉杆端部,其特征为,上述密封套仅包括上述螺杆件从上述第一孔延伸穿过的一个通孔。
8.根据权利要求5所述的拉杆端部,其特征为,上述第一孔绕着第一轴线设置,上述清洁加油嘴绕着第二轴线设置,上述第二轴线与上述第一轴线相交。
9.根据权利要求5所述的拉杆端部,还包括:
设置在上述第一孔中的第一和第二轴承环,上述第一和第二轴承环接收上述球头螺栓件的上述螺杆件;
其特征为,上述清洁加油嘴允许在上述球头螺栓件和上述第一和第二轴承环之间流动的润滑剂从上述第一孔中被清除掉。
