Abstract

本发明公开了一种由氧化硅、三氧化二铝、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钠加氧化钾、添加剂组成的生产瓶罐玻璃的配方,它们各成分占重量比为:60—70%、3—10%、8—12%、3—8%、10—15%、1—3%,使生产出的瓶罐玻璃的重容比小于0.5g/ml、耐压强度在8—12kg/cm2,与现有瓶罐玻璃相比,其耐压强度增加、重量减轻效果。

Description

一种生产瓶罐玻璃的配方
本发明涉及一种普通的生产瓶罐玻璃的配方。
目前,国内市场上所出现的玻璃瓶罐,其重容比均大于0.5g/ml、耐压强度都在6-10kg/cm2,在应用过程,如果要增大耐压强度,就必须在厚度上加厚来实现,这就显得笨重,消耗材料大,也加重运输负担,带来与其他类的包装材料相比,缺乏竞争力。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能达到耐压强度高、重量轻的生产瓶罐玻璃的配方。
为实现上述目的,本发明的生产瓶罐玻璃的配方包含二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化二钠加氧化二钾、添加剂,它们各成份占重量比为:
氧化硅(SiO2)60-70%
三氧化二铝(Al2O2)3-10%
氧化钙(CaO)8-12%
氧化镁(MgO)3-8%
氧化钠加氧化钾((KNa)O)10-15%
添加剂1-3%
其中一种较佳的配制成份百分比重量为:
二氧化硅(SiO2)65%
三氧化二铝(Al2O3)6.5%
氧化钙(CaO)9%
氧化镁(MgO)4.5%
氧化二钠加氧化二钾(K2ONa2O)13%
添加剂2%
本发明采用上述的成份配制出的生产瓶罐玻璃的配方,其重容比小于0.5g/ml,耐压强度在8-121cg/m2,在现有的瓶罐玻璃在制出的产品上其厚大为减小、其耐压强度增加的效果。
本发明在按照一般玻璃瓶罐的生产工艺,采用下面三种实施方案:

按比例进行配料,经1580℃熔化成符合成形质量要求的玻璃,采用小口压吹法成技术,即玻璃料滴供入雏形模→压制成料泡→料泡翻转至成形模→重热→成形模抽真空辅助成形→终吹→钳瓶至冷却台。采用该工艺具有较充分的重热时间,这样有助于终吹后瓶罐壁中玻璃温度均匀,这种成分的配制出的产品的容量为150-345ml,壁厚为1.6-1.8mm,瓶颈为70-80mm的小口瓶,瓶子保持良好的机械强度。

1、一种生产瓶罐玻璃的配方,其成份含有二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钠加氧化钾、添加剂,其特征在于:各成份占重量比为:
二氧化硅(SiO2)60-70%
三氧化二铝(Al2O2)3-10%
氧化钙(CaO)8-12%
氧化镁(MgO)3-8%
氧化二钠加氧化二钾((KNa)O)10-15%
添加剂1-3%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的生产瓶罐玻璃的配方,其特征在于:该玻璃的成份占重量比为:
二氧化硅(SiO2)65%
三氧化二铝(Al2O3)6.5%
氧化钙(CaO)9%
氧化镁(MgO)4.5%
氧化二钠加氧化二钾(K2ONa2O)13%
添加剂2%。
