本发明涉及保健滋补类药酒,尤其涉及到蜂胶酒。其技术方案是:包括下述重量百分比含量的原料配置而成:纯天然蜂胶0.9~1.1%,高浓度纯粮白酒或食用酒精99.1~98.9%。优点是:1)蜂胶酒比其蜂胶口服液和蜂胶胶囊等现有的几种蜂胶制品其在化学成分不变、易于吸收上更具特色,可提高吸收能力四到五倍且饮用方便,易于吸收;2)具有抗菌消炎和对人体多种保健作用;3)蜂胶经与上好的陈年老酒酿制成蜂胶酒,食用时可避免现有蜂胶制品食之乏味的感觉,代之是一种陈年白酒的芳香、绵长的风味和口感,在这种享受中接受到它对身体的保健及治疗作用;4)蜂胶酒还可外用,对创伤、带状疱疹、痔疮、脚鸡眼等都具有较好的疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健滋补类药酒,尤其涉及到蜂胶酒。
背景技术
蜂胶是蜜蜂从一些树木的芽孢、树皮的伤口上采集的粘性树脂与自身分泌物混合而成。蜜蜂将蜂胶涂满整个蜂房的表面和蜂箱的内座,使蜂巢呈无菌状态,蜂巢内蜜、王浆、花粉不发霉变质,因此蜂胶具有抗菌消炎能力,对口腔溃疡、牙龈炎、牙周炎、鼻窦炎、咽喉炎、扁桃体炎、气管炎、风湿关节炎均具有较好的辅助治疗作用。蜂胶的主要成分是黄酮类化合物,含有二十多种黄酮化合物和其它有生物活性的有机化合物,黄酮是人体必须的营养素之一,但人体不能合成,只能从饮食中摄取。研究表明,它除上述的抗菌消炎作用外还对人体有以下生理作用:1)增强血管张力,降低血管脆性及通透性,2)降血糖、血脂及胆固醇;3)减少红血球、血小板凝聚,减少血栓形成,改善微循环;4)解毒护肝;5)提高机体免疫能力;6)抑制肿瘤;8)抗氧化,抗衰老;9)解痉;10)抗过敏;11)抑制特定酶的活性;12)强化细胞膜;13)治疗胃溃疡。因此,它对调节人的生理功能,提高生命运动质量,具有重要意义,为此卫生部已正式公布蜂胶黄酮为保健食品的有效成分。但蜂胶不易溶解,直接食用不能充分被吸收,如何使蜂胶的有效成分能更大程度地被人体吸收,是有关方面热忠的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是根据高度酒对蜂胶有较好的容解性使蜂胶中多种有效成分溶解在酒中,人通过饮用把其有效成分送入血液中从而起到对人体的保健及治疗作用。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现:
1、包括下述重量百分比含量的原料配置而成:纯天然蜂胶0.9~1.1%,高浓度纯粮白酒或食用酒精99.1~98.9%。
2、取重量百分比含量的原料:纯天然蜂胶0.9~1.1%,高浓度纯粮白酒或食用酒精99.1~98.9%,将一定量纯天然蜂胶置于紫砂坛中,倒入相应比例的高浓度纯粮白酒或食用酒精后密封坛口,使其在常温下浸泡5-10天,再根据需要采取以下工艺A或工艺B:
A.启封,注入纯净水,使其降度,酒精度数降至5°~55°,加入适量香料后用气泵搅拌均匀,再经过滤、灌装,成为口服蜂胶酒成品;
B.启封,经过滤、灌装,成为外用蜂胶酒成品。
3、所述高浓度纯粮白酒和食用酒精的度数的范围是50°~100°
4、所述香料是浓香型或水果香型。
本发明的有益效果是:1)蜂胶中的黄酮类化合物极易溶于酒精,而酒又常是家庭和餐桌上的必备品,饮用方便,易于吸收,蜂胶酒比其蜂胶口服液和蜂胶胶囊等现有的几种蜂胶制品在其化学成分不变、易于吸收上更具特色,可提高吸收能力四到五倍;2)具有抗菌消炎和对人体多种保健作用;3)蜂胶经与上好的陈年老酒酿制成蜂胶酒食用时可避免现有蜂胶制品食之乏味的感觉,代之是一种陈年白酒的芳香、绵长的风味和口感,人们在这种享受中接受到它对身体的保健及治疗作用;4)蜂胶酒还可外用,对创伤、带状疱疹、痔疮、脚鸡眼等都具有较好的疗效。
具体实施方法
实施例1
取纯天然蜂胶450克放入紫砂坛内,倒入50050克的50°的纯粮白酒后密封坛口,使其在常温下浸泡5天,启封后,在上述蜂胶酒中加纯净水降度,使酒精度数降至5°此时液体为乳白色悬浊液,再在酒中加入适量水果香型的香料,然后用气泵搅拌均匀,再经过滤、灌装成蜂胶酒类饮料成品。
实施例2
取纯天然蜂胶500克放入紫砂坛内,倒入50000克的75°的纯粮白酒后密封坛口,使其在常温下浸泡8天,启封后,在上述蜂胶酒中加纯净水降度,使酒精度数降至35°此时液体呈乳白色悬浊液,再在酒中加入适量浓香型的香料并用气泵搅拌均匀,经过滤、灌装成低度蜂胶酒食用品。
实施例3
取纯天然蜂胶550克放入紫沙坛内,倒入49950克的80°的纯粮白酒后密封坛口,使其在常温下浸泡10天,启封后,在上述蜂胶酒中加纯净水降度,使酒精度数降至55°,再在酒中加入适量浓香型的香料用气泵搅拌均匀,经过滤、灌装成高度蜂胶酒食用品。
实施例4
取纯天然蜂胶500克放入紫沙坛内,倒入50500克的85°的纯粮白酒后密封坛口,使其在常温下浸泡7天,启封后直接灌装成外用蜂胶酒药品。
实施例5
取纯天然蜂胶500克放入紫沙坛内,倒入50500克的100°的酒精后密封坛口,使其在常温下浸泡6天,启封后直接灌装成外用蜂胶酒药品。

Claims (3)

1、蜂胶酒,其特征在于包括下述重量百分比含量的原料配置而成:纯天然蜂胶0.9~1.1%,高浓度纯粮白酒或食用酒精99.1~98.9%,所述高浓度纯粮白酒和食用酒精的度数是50°~100°。
2、蜂胶酒的生产方法,其特征在于取重量百分比含量的原料:纯天然蜂胶0.9~1.1%,高浓度纯粮白酒或食用酒精99.1~98.9%,将一定量纯天然蜂胶置于紫砂坛中,倒入相应比例的高浓度纯粮白酒或食用酒精后密封坛口,使其在常温下浸泡5-10天,所述高浓度纯粮白酒和食用酒精的度数是50°~100°,再采取以下工艺A或工艺B:
A.启封,注入纯净水,使其降度,酒精浓度降至5°~55°,加入适量香料后用气泵搅拌均匀,再经过滤和灌装,成为口服蜂胶酒成品;
B.启封,经过滤、灌装,成为外用蜂胶酒成品。
3、根据权利要求2所述蜂胶酒的生产方法,其特征在于所述香料是水果香型。
