技术领域
本发明涉及一种线圈体,带有用于印刷电路板装配的线圈,所述线圈体包括一棱柱形或圆柱形的用于至少一个线圈的绕组体和一与绕组体做成一体的脚部,脚部至少局部向外突出于绕组体,其中用于所述至少一个线圈的连接线由线圈导线构成,并且线圈导线的末端做成焊接销,焊接销安装和固定在导线导引部内,所述导线导引部中的至少一个构成为在脚部中的、向外开口的槽。
背景技术
在主要理解为电源区域中的感应构件的绕组制品中,位于绕组体上的线圈通常通过这样的方法与焊接销(柱)连接,即,将一个或几个线圈的导线末端引到相应的焊接销处,以便将它们缠绕,然后焊接。在另一种已知方案中,线圈由一宽的和比较硬的板条组成,板条可直接与印刷电路板的导电线路焊接。
在这些已知方案中,或者是制造整个绕组制品的加工费用大,例如如果线圈的连接线与焊接销焊接的话;或者是在与印刷电路板的导电线路焊接时存在困难,这例如在所述带有卷绕的板条的结构时便是这样。
例如由US 2,941,172已知一种文首所述类型的线圈体。在这种线圈体中,特别是对于弹性的绕组制品,可能会产生线圈的形状稳定性方面和/或其装配方面的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,在方便安装于印刷电路板上的情况下简化绕组制品的结构,并由此降低成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种线圈体,带有用于印刷电路板装配的线圈,所述线圈体包括一棱柱形或圆柱形的用于至少一个线圈的绕组体和一与绕组体做成一体的脚部,脚部至少局部向外突出于绕组体,其中用于所述至少一个线圈的连接线由线圈导线构成,并且线圈导线的末端做成焊接销,焊接销安装和固定在导线导引部内,所述导线导引部中的至少一个构成为在脚部中的、向外开口的槽,其特征为:该至少一个槽向外变窄,线圈导线在放入时卡紧。
由于本发明,在制造带线圈的线圈体、从而还有绕组制品时可以取消一道工序,也就是线圈与本身的焊接销的焊接。因为线圈导线的末端安装和固定在脚部的导线导引部内,故得到一焊接销的相应于设置在印刷电路板上的孔的规定距离。尤其是如果导线由于其直径或其材料性能比较刚硬,而使得在卷绕后穿过孔可能碰到困难,那么这种结构证明是有利的,其中槽是开口的,而且槽向外越来越窄,由此使得线圈导线在放入时可卡紧。
在一种特别得到实践验证的结构中考虑,在脚部的一个区段内至少一个导线导引部做成孔,在一相对的区段内至少一个导线导引部做成开口槽。这种结构一方面得到焊接销高的牢固性和配合精度,另一方面即使在线圈导线比较刚硬时也可以方便地制造。
在本发明常用的适宜的实施形式中,线圈导线具有1-4mm的直径,并且线圈导线做成铜线是有利的。

具体实施方式
由图1和2可见,线圈体1由一圆柱形绕组体2和一与它做成一体的脚部3组成。整个线圈体1由塑料,例如聚酰胺,例如按注塑法制成。当然对于线圈体1可以采用各种材料,这些材料的电、热和机械性能适合于相应的应用场合。
脚部3在所述情况下是矩形,并在到处突出于绕组体2-在俯视图中看不到。相对于线圈中心线1对置的两个区段3a、3b对于本发明有重要意义,在这两个区段内形成导线导引部,在这里亦即在区段3b内的两个孔4和在另一区段3a内的两个向外张开的槽5。由图1可以最清楚地看到,槽5向外逐渐变窄,使得对于从外部压入槽内的直径合适的导线存在一卡紧配合。孔4和槽5平行于线圈轴线a分布。
由图4至6可以看到按图1至3的卷绕好的线圈体。在所示情况下绕组或线圈6由两条平行卷绕的导线7、8构成,例如由漆包铜线构成。在制造线圈6时,导线7、8以其端头穿过孔4(图5),然后线圈6卷绕在绕组体2上,导线7、8的末端向下引出,放入槽5内。导线7、8向下伸出的末端切断到突出于孔4或槽5几毫米,从而构成焊接销9。然后可以借助于这个焊接销9用已知方法将绕组制品安装和焊接在一印刷线路板10上,这表示在图5中。
因此可以看到,通常用作焊接销(柱)的专有的连接线在本发明中由线圈的线圈导线构成,并直接地一体地转变成焊接销。
在按图4至6的结构中,线圈6通过由两个半体组成的E形铁芯11补充完整,其中在气隙内有由塑料组成的粘接的垫片12,它们也机械地固定两个半体铁芯。在某些情况下线圈6的绕组还用粘接剂例如人造树脂固定。通过焊接销9的非对称布局确保整个绕组制品正确地装在印刷线路板10上。
在所示实施例中线圈6是单一的绕组,但是它双股卷绕,以便在减小旋转效应和规定的导线直径时能够提高电流强度。在本发明的范围内可以采用线圈或绕组的所有各种方案。在一个单一的简单卷绕的线圈时当然两个接头或焊接销也就够了。对此所适合的线圈体例如表示在图7中,其中在脚部3内仅仅设置一条槽5和一个孔4作为导线导引部。
这里“线圈”这个概念当然同样也包括分接的绕组,如变压器或变量器的多个绕组。在这种情况下还需要三个或更多的焊接销。图8表示一个实施例,其中绕组体2具有接近于正方形的横截面,这里在脚部3上形成两条槽5和两个孔4作为导线导引部。

Claims (4)

1.线圈体,带有用于印刷电路板装配的线圈,所述线圈体包括一棱柱形或圆柱形的用于至少一个线圈(6)的绕组体(2)和一与绕组体做成一体的脚部(3),脚部至少局部向外突出于绕组体,其中用于所述至少一个线圈(6)的连接线由线圈导线(7、8)构成,并且线圈导线的末端做成焊接销(9),焊接销安装和固定在导线导引部(4、5)内,所述导线导引部中的至少一个构成为在脚部(3)中的、向外开口的槽(5),其特征为:该至少一个槽向外变窄,线圈导线在放入时卡紧。
2.按权利要求1的线圈体,其特征为:在脚部(3)的一个区段内至少一个导线导引部做成孔(4),在一相对的区段内至少一个导线导引部做成开口的槽(5)。
3.按权利要求1或2的线圈体,其特征为:线圈导线具有1至4mm的直径。
4.按权利要求1的线圈体,其特征为:线圈导线是铜线。
