Description

塑料薄膜
本发明涉及塑料薄膜,特别是包装优选在包装过程中形成的三维物体,例如特别是汤粉块,该物体的基膜由聚烯烃制造,并且在一面镀层。
DE-A-10021687中公开了这样的薄膜,在其至少一面提供有粘合或密封层。
基于此,本发明目的是以这样的方式设计上述描述类型的塑料薄膜,要使其能被高效地制造,并可给要包装的物体提供最佳保护。
在本发明提出解决问题的方法中,提供取向的聚丙烯薄膜,优选双轴取向的聚丙烯薄膜或PET薄膜,作为基膜,在基膜的一面提供有镀层印相,同时优选将冷密封粘合剂的带状图案涂层施加与镀层相对的基膜的一面。
仅施加可得到充分封闭的封闭体需要量的密封粘合剂,其可封闭由塑料薄膜部分制造的包装。
根据本发明有利的另一个方面,在一定程度上用防粘漆的图案涂层覆盖印相,而且施加漆的区域与施加冷密封粘合剂的区域相吻合。
当将薄膜绕成卷轴时,这是一个有效的防止彼此层叠的塑料薄膜层的粘合在一起的方法。
如果在镀层与印相之间提供底层和/或中间层,在本发明的另一方面证明是非常有利的。
结果在镀层与印相之间形成了耐久性的结合。
在本发明的另一个有利方面,提供致密膜作为基膜。
但根据本发明,其中具有空穴的膜也可提供作为基膜。
在围绕空穴的边缘发生了光的折射,使膜变得不透明。
根据本发明,空穴可以具有在膜取向时产生的空泡形式。
另一个产生空穴可能的方法是通过使膜发泡而产生。
如果本发明的致密基膜具有约10~100μm的厚度,优选为20~50μm,特别是28~32μm时,证明是非常有利的。
在本发明另一个有利的方面,其中具有空穴的基膜具有约10~100μm的厚度,优选为20~50μm,特别是35~42μm。
在附图中描述了本发明的两个实施方式。

图2其中具有空穴的基膜的另一种塑料薄膜的示意图。
图1是具有基膜2的塑料薄膜,所述的基膜由30μm厚的取向聚丙烯(OPP)制造。在基质2一面提供镀层3,通过底层和/或中间层4将印相5施加到镀层的一面。在与印相和/或镀层相对的基膜一面上提供有冷密封粘合剂的图案涂层6。在印相5的另一面提供有防粘层7,所述的防粘层位于和冷密封粘合剂涂层相一致的位置。当塑料薄膜绕成卷轴时,冷密封粘合剂和防粘层7彼此层叠,因此可防止冷密封粘合剂6与相邻塑料薄膜面的粘接。
基膜可由PET而非OPP组成。
塑料薄膜21适当的结构示意于图2中描述的实施方式中。但是基膜22由不透明取向的聚丙烯膜(OPP)组成,其不透明是由于在取向过程中产生的空泡产生的。该基膜为38μm厚,同样在其一面提供镀层3,在该面上施加有底层和/或中间层4。该底层可使随后施加的印相5牢固地结合。基膜22与镀层相对的一面具有冷密封粘合剂图案涂层6,如将防粘层7施加到印相5一样,施加上述的涂层6,可防止当塑料薄膜卷绕成轴时冷密封粘合剂的粘接。
为改进塑料薄膜的可卷绕性,在紧接防粘层和/或冷密封粘合剂的区域也可填充满涂层。
通过发泡也可使基膜变得不透明,同时在其内部产生的气泡也发生光的折射。

Claims (15)

1.塑料薄膜(1、21),用于包装三维物体,其基膜(2、22)由聚烯烃或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制造,并且在一面镀层,其中提供取向的聚丙烯薄膜,或PET薄膜作为基膜(2、22),在基膜的一面提供有镀层(3)印相(5),同时将冷密封粘合剂的图案涂层(6)施加到与镀层(3)相对的基膜(2、22)的一面。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜,其中提供双轴取向的聚丙烯膜作为基膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜,其中所述的图案涂层是带状的。
4.如权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜,其中印相(5)在用防粘漆(7)的图案涂层覆盖,而且施加漆的区域与施加冷密封粘合剂(6)的区域相吻合。
5.如权利要求1~4任一项的塑料薄膜,其中在镀层(3)与印相(5)之间提供底层和/或中间层(4)。
6.如权利要求1~5任一项的塑料薄膜,其中提供致密膜作为基膜(2)。
7.如权利要求1~5任一项的塑料薄膜,其中提供在薄膜中有空穴的膜作为基膜(22)。
8.如权利要求7的塑料薄膜,其中空穴可以具有在膜取向时产生的空泡形式。
9.如权利要求7的塑料薄膜,其中空穴通过发泡产生。
10.如权利要求6的塑料薄膜,其中致密基膜(2)具有约10~100μm的厚度。
11.如权利要求6所述的塑料薄膜,其中所述的致密膜厚度为20~50μm。
12.如权利要求6所述的塑料薄膜,其中所述的致密膜厚度为28~32μm。
13.如权利要求7的塑料薄膜,其中具有空穴的基膜(22)具有约10~100μm的厚度。
14.如权利要求5的塑料薄膜,其中具有空穴的基膜具有约20~50μm的厚度。
15.如权利要求5的塑料薄膜,其中具有空穴的基膜具有约35~42μm的厚度。
