Abstract
The object is placing inside a female mold which is prepared according to the form/shape of the required glass reinforced cement, an internal thin female mold tray also compressed in the same form; compressing this internal mold tray by spraying GRC mortar in it. After removing excess mortar water from 3 mm diameter holes, which were placed with short intervals on male mold of press, sending of the compressed material along with internal female mold tray to a steam vessel via conveyor belt and steam treating there.

The scheme that purpose of the present invention and solution comprise the problems referred to above is as follows:
1. the shape that has after finishing and the plate of shaping are provided, and this plate at present can not be by one automatically or the automanual system manufacturing;

The fiber reinforcement cement sheets/plates that depends on constructional project and design can have any required shape, configuration and details, for example the various pattern wall liners of top board, window post, floor lintel plate, wood appearance, stone material structure, brick structure etc.Can not make standard plate/sheet material after the finishing of this shape/shaping according to present automatic mode.

Extruding punch (after Fig. 5, the 6-D) indent mould (B) is locked in punch (on Fig. 5-F), the too much mortar water of the taking-up hole from punch (Fig. 4).The extruder punch is promoted with locking indent mould thereon, rotate pressure head, be transported to conveyer (Fig. 6) thereby make the convex module band the indent mould.
Open the locking of indent mould, the indent mould that will carry composition, GRC cement plate (C) is discharged on the conveyer (Fig. 7), and is transported to the steam treatment station.
One new indent mould is placed in the die (A), and repeats this process in succession.Mode with a kind of semi-automation is carried out this technology.
A kind of automated workshop also is shown among the figure to be arranged.Empty indent mould (Figure 12-b)) on conveyer, be transported to a spraying station (Figure 12-b), the GRC cement mortar by automatic spray to the interior (Figure 12-C) of indent mould.To fill interior die with the cement mortar of GRC and be placed on die (in Figure 12-d).The whole indent mould that will contain extrded material after extruding is with extruder punch (Figure 12-e) mention.The convex module of extruder travels forward, and arrives the conveyer (top of Figure 12-f).Conveyer will carry the whole indent mould of extrded material, and (Figure 12-g) introduces treatment chamber.
