Prior Art When constructing a tile wall surface, there is a problem in that the tile pasting work requires a high level of skill and cannot be easily done by anyone, so it is necessary to adhere the tiles integrally to the surface in advance and harden them. For example, JP-A-58-181607 and JP-A-58-177304 disclose a method of producing wall boards and the like in a factory so that they can be assembled on-site.

Problems with the conventional technology By the way, tiled wall surfaces are generally provided with joints for the purpose of improving the retention of individual tiles and improving the appearance. It is difficult to mold it using the above-mentioned conventional technology, and the former Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No.
Since the invention according to No. 181607 has a structure in which the tiles are supplied to the wall board from below, it is necessary to invert the molded board during the final finishing process of the tile surface, which reduces the number of man-hours. There are concerns that the number will increase. In addition, although the latter invention according to JP-A-58-177304 does not have the above-mentioned problem, in order to supply the tiles to the wallboard, the tiles must be sucked onto the supply drum once, and such a suction device is required. The problem was that it required powerful equipment and required large-scale ancillary equipment.

Structure The first invention of the present invention relates to a manufacturing method, in which a large number of tile fitting holes are provided at regular intervals vertically and horizontally, and tiles are fitted into the tile fitting holes, and the thickness is greater than that of the tile. A thinned belt is supported so that it can run horizontally, and the inorganic kneaded material is extruded into a plate shape from the lower surface of the belt obliquely upward in the feeding direction. The tiles are then pressed and embedded in the inorganic kneaded material. This method is characterized by peeling and removing only the belt, and the second invention relates to an apparatus for carrying out this invention, in which a large number of tile fitting holes are provided at regular intervals vertically and horizontally, and the thickness is the same as that of the tile. A thinner endless belt is installed so that it can run along a flat surface,
A tile support plate is disposed on the lower surface of the endless belt on the running start side, a tile supply device is disposed on the upper surface of the endless belt corresponding to the tile support plate, and an end portion of the tile support plate along the belt running direction is disposed. is provided with an extruder that extrudes the inorganic kneaded material obliquely upward toward the belt, and a pressure plate that presses the tile together with the belt is provided on the upper surface of the belt corresponding to the discharge opening of the extruder. A conveyor belt that supports the extruded kneaded material from below is provided on the side in the belt running direction, and the belt is bent upward on the conveyor belt so as to return and travel leaving the tiles. This is a unique device.

As shown in FIG. 2, in the method of manufacturing a building material with tiles of the present invention, a large number of fitting holes 2...2 of a tile 1 are penetrated at regular intervals d in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the tile fitting holes 2...
A belt 3 whose thickness b is made thinner than the thickness B of the tile 1 by fitting the tile 1 into the tile 1 is supported so as to be able to run in the horizontal direction (arrow x), and each fitting hole 2 of the belt 3 is ... 2, fit the tile 1 as shown in Fig. 1, and run it in the direction of arrow X while supporting the tile 1 with a table or the like as shown to prevent it from falling out, and move it upward from the bottom surface of the belt 3 (arrow y). The inorganic kneaded material 4 is extruded toward the bottom surface of the belt 3 to form a plate shape, and the extrusion pressure of the inorganic kneaded material in front of the belt 3 and the extrusion force of the belt 3 create tiles 1...1.
After the belt 3 is embedded in the inorganic kneaded material, only the belt 3 is peeled off and removed.

According to the above configuration, when the inorganic kneaded material 4 is extruded and comes into contact with the lower surface of the belt 3 where the tiles 1...1 are fitted, the inorganic kneaded material 4 comes into close contact with the tiles 1...1 and the lower surface of the belt 3, and the subsequent Due to the pressure, only the tiles 1...1 slip out of the fitting holes 2 of the belt 3 and are embedded in the inorganic kneaded material 4, but the embedding depth is limited by the thickness of the belt 3, and as a result, As shown in Fig. 3, after the belt 3 is peeled off, only the tiles 1...1 are left half-embedded in the molded product G, and the tiles have joints of uniform depth. It is possible to form attached building materials.

As shown in the figure, 1 tile is placed at regular intervals vertically and horizontally.
A plurality of guide rollers 31...3 are provided so that the endless belt 30, which has a thickness b thinner than the thickness B of the tile 1, can run along a plane.
A tile support plate 10 is disposed on the lower surface of the running start side S of the endless belt 30, and a tile supply device 11 is disposed on the upper surface 30A of the endless belt 30 corresponding to the tile support plate 10. An extruder 14 for extruding the inorganic kneaded material 4 obliquely upward toward the endless belt 30 is provided at the end of the tile support plate 10 along the belt running direction (arrow p), and corresponds to the discharge opening 14A of this extruder. On the upper surface of the endless belt 30, there is provided a pressure plate 15 that presses the tiles 1 and the belt together, and on the side of the belt running direction from the extruder 14, there is a conveyor belt 1 that supports the extruded kneaded material 4.
6 is provided, and this conveyor belt 16
At the top, the endless belt 30 is bent upward (arrow q) so as to return, leaving the tiles 1...1 behind.

At this time, since the inorganic kneaded material 4 is discharged in an obliquely upward direction, there is little running resistance against the endless belt 30. Moreover, since the endless belt 30 and the tiles 1...1 are supported by the pressure-resistant plate 15, they can withstand extrusion pressure, and a dense extruded layer of inorganic kneaded material is formed on the lower surface of the endless belt 30. At this time, the top surfaces of the tiles 1...1 and the top surface of the endless belt 30 are made flush, so that only the tiles 1...1 are embedded in the inorganic kneaded material by the difference in thickness with respect to the endless belt 30.

Effects Since this invention is configured as described above,
Tiled building materials with a constant joint depth can be easily molded, and since the extrusion mixture is extruded from the bottom upwards, there is no need to turn the molded product over during the manufacturing process. Furthermore, since the inorganic kneaded material is extruded and integrated into the belt that is integrated with the tiles, the tiles and the inorganic kneaded material are also firmly integrated, allowing for the production of tile-attached building materials with strong adhesion strength. have
