Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to alleviate the load to be applied to a decorating cutter by scraping the uneven surface of the waveform pattern formed at the time of molding a concrete block by the cutter mounted at the end of an intermediate parting board at the time of releasing from the mold. SOLUTION: The method for decorating a building concrete block comprises the steps of installing a molding Y by pushing down the molding Y and mounting it on a pallet P on a conveyor 23 directly thereunder to remove it, conveying it to a drying furnace of the later step, and curing it. In the case of releasing the molding Y from the mold, since a decorating cutter 15 is mounted at the lower end of an intermediate parting plate 14, the molding Y is released from the mold, pushed down. Thus, the face cell surface of the waveform pattern of the surface is scraped by the edge of the cutter 15, and the surface of the molding Y is scraped to the face cell surface of the surface pattern.

Therefore, Japanese Patent Application No. 7-
In the invention related to No. 244438, in order to improve the manufacturing efficiency, a forming mold is formed inside a vibrating mold of a concrete block, and the inside of the forming mold is partitioned by a partition plate, After filling the molding base of the concrete block inside the molding frame, in the method for manufacturing a concrete block for construction in which the vibration frame is driven to press the molding substrate, at the time of demolding the concrete block, A makeup method for a concrete block for construction is provided, in which a face cell surface of the concrete block is scraped off by a makeup blade attached to an end of a partition plate. As a result, when the molded concrete block is released from the mold, the face blade surface of the concrete block is scraped off by the decorative blade, so there is no need for post-processing, and the makeup on the face cell surface is removed from the molded product. It is possible to improve the production efficiency dramatically.

When the press forming is completed after the structure shown in FIG. 17 is formed, first of all, the horizontal fingers F on the pallet P are set.
By moving backward, the horizontal fingers F are pulled out from the upper surface of the pallet P as shown in FIG. Finally, the pallet P on which the molded product Y is placed is started to be lowered by an elevating device (not shown), and at the same time, the upper mold U is pushed downward to push the molded product Y downward as shown in FIG. With the molded product Y placed on the pallet P, the molded product Y is placed on the transport conveyor 23 immediately below and taken out, and then transported to a drying furnace in a subsequent step for curing. When the molded product Y is released from the mold, since the makeup blade 15 is attached to the lower end of the intermediate partition plate 14, the makeup Y is released from the mold and pushed downward, Blade 15
17A scrapes off the wavy face cell surface 7A of the surface shown in FIG. 17, whereby the surface of the demolded molded product Y is the face cell surface of the surface pattern shown in FIGS. Scraped to 7.

Further, in the case of the first embodiment described above, the case where both the front and back surfaces of the intermediate partition plate 14 are formed in a mountain shape has been described, but in the case of the second embodiment shown in FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 19 and FIG.
As shown in FIG. 21, the uneven surface 24A having a flat corrugated pattern is formed, and the decorative blade 25 is attached to the lower end portion of the intermediate partition plate 24. Then, the concrete block B is shown in FIG. Press-mold into the form as shown. When this is removed from the mold, the corrugated face cell surface 27A of the surface convex portion 26 of the block body 1 becomes the blade portion 25 of the decorative blade 25.
The scraping process is performed by A, and finally the concrete block B having the face cell surface 27 as shown in FIG. 21 is obtained.

As described above, according to the present invention, the forming mold is formed inside the vibrating mold of the concrete block, and the inside of the forming mold is partitioned by the partition plate to form the molding mold. In a method of manufacturing a concrete block for construction, in which the inside of a mold is filled with a molding base of a concrete block, and then the vibration mold is driven to press the molding base, a flat plate is formed on the partition plate of the molding frame. The cross-section forms a corrugated surface with a corrugated pattern, and the corrugated surface formed during molding of the concrete block is scraped off by a makeup blade attached to the end of the partition plate when the concrete block is demolded. We have provided a makeup method for architectural concrete blocks, which is characterized by being processed. When removing from the mold, it can be scraped off with a decorative blade attached to the partition plate, eliminating the trouble of post-processing after drying the molded product as in the past, and dramatically improving manufacturing efficiency. In addition, it contributes to the reduction of manufacturing cost. In particular, in the case of the present invention, the face cell surface of the concrete block at the time of press molding is once formed into a corrugated uneven surface and then scraped by a makeup blade, so that the concrete blade is used to make concrete. When processing the face cell surface of the block, the load applied to the decorative blade can be significantly reduced. Therefore, even when the face cell surface of the concrete block is scraped off with the decorative blade as in the case of the prior art of Japanese Patent Application No. 7-244438, the load required by the scraping is cut by the decorative blade. The force is not lost, and as a result, various effects such as uniform quality of the molded product after demolding are brought about.

1. A molding formwork is formed inside a vibrating formwork of a concrete block, the interior of the molding formwork is partitioned by a partition plate, and the concrete block is formed inside the molding formwork. In a method for manufacturing a concrete block for construction in which the vibrating form is driven and then pressed to press the forming base after filling the base, in the partition plate of the forming form, a flat cross-section has a corrugated uneven surface. However, the corrugated uneven surface formed during the molding of the concrete block is scraped by a decorative blade attached to the end of the partition plate when the concrete block is demolded.
