おこなうことができる。また押出し成形をおこなうこと
によって全便に亘る空洞部10を形成して厚内板状でも
軽量化を図ることができると共にこの空洞部10に断熱
材を充填することで断熱機能を付与することも可能にな

引き取り、切断、養生等の次工程に搬送するが、このと
きセメント成形品3は受け取りコンベア4上において蛇
行するように反り曲がりが生じやすいということである
。通常はセメント成形品3の長さlが3000ffla
+のときに反り曲がりεは数lll11程度で発生する
。この反り曲がりは種々の現象が相乗されて発生するも
のと考えられるが、主な原因は金型2の吐出口が異形断
面の場合に金型2内でのセメント成形材料の流れ抵抗が
不均一となって金型2からのセメント成形材料の流出量
が不均一となり、金型2から押し出されたセメント成形
品3は未養生未硬化のモルタル状態で柔軟な状態である
ところ押し出されたセメント成形品3に不均一な力が作
