Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the above-mentioned press molding method is intermittent and cannot perform continuous molding, so it has the drawback of extremely poor production efficiency. Moreover, when press-forming tiles such as keraba accessories, a much larger amount of water is used than is normally required to hydrate the cement, so that the mortar composition during pressing can be sufficiently distributed inside the mold. In this case, large amounts of alkaline water must be removed. Since this alkaline water cannot be directly discharged to the outside, it must be neutralized before being discharged, or it must be returned again and used for hydration of cement. It also had the disadvantage of requiring a large amount of expense.

Therefore, in the present invention, the basic shape of the surface is the same,
To provide a molding method that can continuously produce products whose widths are not uniform, especially roof tiles such as keraba ornaments, and which does not require treatment with alkaline water.

Means for Solving the Problems The continuous molding method according to the present invention involves continuously attaching molds for molding products having the same basic surface shape but varying widths to a conveyor that circulates, and placing them in a material hopper. The method is characterized in that the material is transferred to the hopper and extruded into the receiving mold by a different-diameter shaping roll that is shafted in the hopper and driven and rotated to form the material.

EXAMPLE An apparatus for carrying out the method of the invention is schematically illustrated in FIG. Reference numeral 1 is a hopper to which materials for a mortar composition are supplied, which are a mixture of cement, sand, and water in an amount approximately equal to the amount required for hydration of the cement. Reference numeral 2 denotes a conveyor that circulates in the direction of the arrow, and a large number of receiving molds 3 corresponding to lower molds are successively fixed to the upper side of the conveyor. Reference numeral 4 denotes a different diameter forming roll, which functions as an upper mold, so to speak, and is placed in the hopper 1, mounted on a shaft above the receiving mold 3, and driven and rotated in the direction of the arrow. 5 is a forming die which prevents the material from being rolled up by the rotation of the different diameter forming roll 4 and finishes the surface of the molded product. 6 represents an extruded Keraba accessory. Note that 7 indicates a cutter.

The receiving mold 3 is shown in FIG. As is clear from the figures a to c, the shape corresponding to the lower mold of the receiving mold 3 is the same as the shape of the verge accessory 6, and the width changes continuously from the A end to the B end. The broken line represents the virtual surface of the verge accessory 6. The surface of the verge accessory 6 molded in this way is formed by the receiving mold 3 at the A end and the B end.
It will touch edges X and Y of.

The receiving molds 3 which are successively mounted on the rotating conveyor 2 are sequentially transferred into the material hopper 1 from the left side. On the other hand, the mortar composition of the material was extruded and formed onto the receiving mold 3 by a different diameter forming roll 4 which was mounted on the shaft in the hopper 1 and driven to rotate, and then the surface was finished through a forming die 5 located in the immediate vicinity of the molding die 3. It is sequentially cut by a rear cutter 7 and transferred to a drying process (not shown) to continuously produce the keraba accessories 6 as a product.

Effects of the Invention As understood from the above explanation, according to the molding method according to the present invention, the basic shape of the surface is the same,
Since it has become possible to continuously extrude products whose widths are not uniform, productivity can be dramatically increased compared to the conventional method of pressure dehydration using a press and intermittently molding. In addition, it has the advantage that it is not necessary to treat alkaline water that is generated when press-molding products made from mortar compositions, and a large amount of costs can be saved.
