Description

用于瓶子的安全封口件
本发明涉及一种用于瓶子的安全封口件，其包括一个盖，所述盖具有与瓶子上的外螺纹配合的内螺纹，所述盖通过一刻痕线与倾斜轴向约束在瓶子上的一套筒相连。
众所周知，必须提供瓶子已被打开的证据以便人们不会购买此前就被未经授权的人打开的瓶子。
在已知的封口件中，盖和套筒是由铝片整体形成的且一起被安装在瓶子上，并且通过滚压固着在瓶子上，从而使盖与瓶子上的螺纹结合，瓶子上的螺纹通常为粗牙螺纹，特别是如果瓶子是由玻璃模制而成的，且同时应使套筒约束在瓶子上。
这些封口件的装配需要复杂的工具。另外。这些封口件并不能完全满足使用者的要求，因为从首次拧开封口件开始，在其后每次拧紧和拧开它们的情况下，盖会锁死并卡住，总之盖远未达到使用时所要的平滑性。

根据上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种特殊的安全封口件，该封口件具有能克服上面现有技术所提到的问题的结构和功能特点。
这一问题通过一种特定型安全封口件而得以解决，这种安全封口件的特征在于内螺纹具有预定较大数目的线数(start)，并且在套筒上形成有导入装置，在瓶子上形成有与所述导入装置配合的匹配导入装置，以便在将盖和套筒轴向安装在瓶子上时，能使盖和套筒相对于瓶子倾斜定位。

参见附图，这些附图表示了一种标号全为1的安全封口件和瓶子2，所述安全封口件1是用于瓶子2的，所述瓶子具有轴线X-X且其最好由模制玻璃制成。

在封口件1上，盖3的外盖4通过一刻痕线10与一具有轴线X-X的套筒11相连，所述套筒沿轴向倾斜地被约束在瓶子2上。
具体地讲，分别在套筒11和瓶子2上设置以常规间距周向分布的轴向齿12和轴向齿13，以便使套筒11倾斜约束在瓶子2上。齿12彼此间和齿13彼此间确定相应的距离12a和13a，所述距离的宽度大致等于一个齿的宽度，以便使齿12和13形成相互的梳状啮合，从而形成能防止转动的花键联接。在套筒内侧设置周向凸起14，在瓶子上设置卡圈15，所述环形凸起14和卡圈15以卡扣形式接合，以便使套筒轴向约束在瓶子2上。
应注意的是，套筒的轴向齿12与外盖的轴向齿6轴向对齐。
通过一种合适的塑料材料，如聚丙烯的注模成型整体制成外盖4和套筒11。

本发明的连接为螺纹连接，该螺纹连接由盖3的内盖5上的内螺纹16和瓶子2上的外螺纹17构成。
内螺纹16包括具有预定较大数目N的线数。在所示的实施例中，其线数为8，因此其具有8个螺纹16a，其中所述螺纹之间形成视螺距P1，在所示的实施例中所述视螺距为2.5mm。
瓶子2上的外螺纹17的数目最好为螺纹16数目的一半，因此在所示的实施例中其线数为4，故其具有4个螺纹17a，而它们之间形成两倍于视螺距P1的视螺距P2，更确切地说，在所示的实施例中所述视螺距为5mm。
由于在瓶子的两个径向相对区域18和19缺少了两道螺纹17a，故瓶子2上的外螺纹17最好具有间隙，这些区域18和19应设置在制作瓶子的模具的接缝上，允许模具被打开。瓶子上的少数齿13还具有各自的缺口部分13b，允许模被打开。
为了使安全封口件1轴向装在瓶子2上，在套筒11上设置导入装置20，在瓶子2上设置匹配的导入装置21，以便使盖和套筒相对于瓶子倾斜定位。
导入装置20由轴向齿12和设在其末端的各自的尖端部22构成。匹配导入装置21由齿13和设在其末端的各自的尖端部23构成。
应注意的是，为了将内盖5轴向固定在外盖4中，在内盖5上设置匹配的导入装置24，且所述导入装置24与形成在套筒11上的导入装置20相配合，以便使内盖相对于外盖倾斜定位。
匹配导入装置24由齿7和设在其端部区域内的尖端部25构成。
由于内螺纹的线数为预定较大数目N，因此重要的是应特别注意轴向齿6，7，12和13的数目要大，并等于N，即在所示的实施例中，该数目为8。
应注意的是，概括地说，为了减小外盖和套筒厚度的不均匀性，齿6实际上由两个轴向筋26构成，而齿12实际上由末端形成尖端部22的较长中央轴向筋27和两个截短的即较短的侧轴向筋28构成，所述侧轴向筋28与轴向筋26对齐。
内盖包括一从外盖4伸出的环形端部29，其超过刻痕线10，且具有一卡圈30，可卡扣一松脱结合在套筒的凹槽31内。
当将内盖安装在外盖中时，通过导入装置20和匹配导入装置24使其以相对于套筒的预定倾斜方位放置。当将盖和套筒一起轴向装在瓶子上时，通过导入装置20和匹配导入装置21使盖和套筒以相对于瓶子的预定倾斜方位放置。
这些倾斜方位的选定方式在使安全封口件轴向装配在瓶子上时，使盖上的内螺纹16的螺纹16a可靠地装配在瓶子的外螺纹17上的螺纹17a之间，以便防止螺纹和螺纹间的相互抵触及由此产生的封口件的膨胀，从而确保了封口件具有理想的圆柱形外表面。
显然，大数目的螺纹连接能够实现必需的角定向，所述角定向是通过导入装置和匹配导入装置配合所产生的较小值的角运动来完成的。在所示的实施例中，对于一侧来说，这一角运动最大等于22°30′，而另一侧等于22°30′。
在将内盖轴向安装在外盖中时，上述情况同样也适用于内盖和外盖之间所必须实现的角定位。
在使用中，第一次拧开盖就使刻痕线10撕裂，成为瓶子已被打开的证据。
在盖的首次拧开期间，内盖5的环形部分29的卡圈30从套筒11内的凹槽31中松脱。在之后将盖拧回瓶子上时，所述环形部分29与套筒11的上端相互干涉并导致套筒向下作轴向运动，从而进一步提供了瓶子已被打开的证据。
本发明封口件的主要优点在于其能实现盖的非常快速的使用，所述盖能被简单地轴向装配，且同时，还能在首次拧开盖及其后每次拧紧和拧开它的情况下，实现所述盖的简便操作。
当然，为了满足意外情况和具体要求，在所附权利要求限定的本发明的保护范围内，本领域的技术人员可对以上描述的封口件作出多种改进和变化。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于瓶子(2)的安全封口件(1)，包括：一个盖(3)，所述盖具有与瓶子(2)上的外螺纹(17)相配合的内螺纹(16)，所述盖通过一刻痕线(10)与倾斜地轴向约束在瓶子(2)上的套筒(11)相连，其特征在于：内螺纹(16)具有预定的大数目的线数，在套筒(11)上制有导入装置(20)，在瓶子(2)上制有与所述导入装置配合的匹配导入装置(21)，以便在将盖(3)和套筒(11)轴向安装在瓶子(2)上时，能使盖(3)和套筒(11)相对于瓶子(2)倾斜定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全封口件，其特征在于：所述外螺纹(17)的线数为内螺纹(16)线数的一半，而其视螺距为所述内螺纹视螺距的两倍。
3.根据权利要求2所述的安全封口件，其特征在于：所述内螺纹(16)和外螺纹(17)的线数分别为8和4。
4.根据权利要求3所述的安全封口件，其特征在于：所述外螺纹(17)在瓶子(2)的两个径向相对区(18，19)中具有间隙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的安全封口件，其特征在于：所述导入装置(20)包括具有预定宽度的齿(12)，齿(12)以常规间距周向分布在套筒(11)上并具有尖端部(22)，在齿与齿间确定了间距(12a)，该间距(12a)大致等于齿的宽度，齿(12)的数目等于内螺纹(16)的线数。
6.根据权利要求5所述的安全封口件，其特征在于：所述导入装置(20)上的每个齿(12)均由一包括齿(12)的尖端部(22)的较长中央筋(27)和两个截短的侧向筋(28)构成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的安全封口件，其特征在于：所述匹配导入装置(21)包括齿(13)，其宽度大致等于所述导入装置(20)的齿相互间的间距(12a)，所述齿(13)以常规间距周向分布在瓶子(2)上且具有尖端部(23)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的安全封口件，其特征在于：在匹配导入装置(21)的最少一个齿中包括有缺口部分(13b)，用于允许所述瓶子从模具上脱除。
9.根据权利要求1所述的安全封口件，其特征在于：所述盖(3)包括一外盖(4)和一内盖(5)，外盖(4)通过刻痕线(10)固定在套筒(11)上，而内盖(5)装配在外盖(4)中并具有内螺纹(16)，内盖(5)被倾斜轴向约束在外盖(4)中且具有与套筒(11)上的导入装置(20)配合的匹配导入装置(24)，以便在将内盖(5)轴向安装在外盖(4)中时，能使内盖(5)相对于外盖(4)倾斜定位。
10.根据权利要求9所述的安全封口件，其特征在于：所述内盖(5)上的匹配导入装置(24)包括齿(7)，其宽度大致等于套筒(11)上的导入装置(20)的齿相互间的间距(12a)，所述齿(7)以常规间距周向分布且具有尖端部(25)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的安全封口件，其特征在于：所述内盖(5)包括一从外盖(4)上伸出的环形端部(29)，所述环形端部超过了刻痕线(10)，且具有一可卡扣一松脱结合在套筒(11)上的凹槽(31)内的卡圈(30)。
