Abstract
一种吸收性制品,具有一面对身体的盖片层,一面对衣物的阻障层,以及一介于此盖片层与阻障层之间的吸收性元件。此盖片层系一非织造织物,由热塑性聚合纤维成份的交联网络形成。至少一部分非织造织物系三维结构,具有多个隆起区、半隆起区及压缩区,所述隆起区具有一较半隆起区低的纤维密度,所述半隆起区具有一较压缩区低的纤维密度。
Description
本发明涉及一种新颖吸收性制品,具有一作为面对身体的盖片层的非织造织物,其中至少一部分非织造织物具有三维厚度的轮廓。
非织造织物普通用来作为用后抛弃式卫生制品的面对身体的盖片层。此种织物一般而言较柔软且舒适,可与外部及内部身体表面作展性接触,不致于造成擦伤或过敏性反应,亦可将体液送至一中央吸收性元件,同时保持皮肤乾爽。
为提供具有清洁且乾性的面对身体之材料的用后抛弃式卫生用吸收性物品,这类产品使用诸如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯之类合成纤维。传统非织造织物实质为平面纤维网(web),它可提供良好吸收性及低流体滞留。实质平面纤维网的一个问题在于:流体易于流出产品侧缘。此问题的一种解决对策系将沟道轧压入产品以形成液流的障碍。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种使用非织造织物作为一面对身体之盖片层的吸收性物品,其中至少一部份非织造织物具有三维厚度的轮廓。
根据本发明,提供一种新颖吸收性制品,具有一由非织造织物形成的面对身体的渗液盖片层,一面对衣物的不渗液阻障层,以及一介于此盖片层与阻障层之间的吸收性元件,其中至少一部份盖片层呈现三维厚度的轮廓。呈现三维厚度轮廓的非织造织物盖片层的部份具有至少三个厚度相异的不同区:第1隆起区、第2半隆起区及第3压缩区。此隆起区于非织造织物的表面上下形成一可见突起,并具有较半隆起区大的厚度及较其低的纤维密度。半隆起区具有一较高密度压缩区大的厚度及较其低的纤维密度。

本发明系一种适用于吸收体液的新颖吸收性制品,例如一次性尿布、卫生巾、护垫(panty liners)、失禁用装置之类。本发明吸收性制品具有一面对身体的渗液盖片层,一面对衣物的不渗液阻障层,以及一介于盖片层与阻障层之间的吸收性元件。盖片层包括一非织造织物,由一热塑性聚合物短纤维的互连网络形成。至少一部份非织造织物盖片层具有三维结构。在本文中,“三维”一词系指一种非织造织物,其特征在于具有至少三个不同厚度区,即第1隆起区、第2半隆起区及第3压缩区。
隆起区具有一大于非织造织物上紧绕它的区域厚度的厚度,特征在于:它是一藉由凸出非织造织物平面,亦即沿一“X、Y、Z”坐标系统的Z方向,重新配置纤维所形成的突起。隆起区纤维密度低于半隆起区的纤维密度,而半隆起区具有一较压缩区低的纤维密度。
非织造织物的压缩区具有一约0.05g/cc(克/立方厘米)至约0.17g/cc范围,较佳者约0.01g/cc至0.12g/cc的纤维密度。一般说来,这相当于约0.005mm(毫米)至约0.06mm的厚度。非织造织物的半隆起区具有约0.04g/cc至约0.11g/cc,较佳者约0.6g/cc至约0.9g/cc的纤维密度。一般说来,这相当于约为压缩区厚度的约1.5至40倍,较佳者约为压缩区厚度的8至30倍的厚度。非织造织物隆起区具有0.027g/c.c至约0.07g/c.c范围,较佳者约0.4g/c.c至约0.6g/c.c的纤维密度,一般说来,这相当于压缩区厚度的约6至800倍,较佳者约为压缩区厚度的10至50倍的厚度。隆起区总是比半隆起区厚,一般说来,较半隆起区厚1至40倍,更佳者较其厚1.5至2.5倍。
较佳地,隆起区、半隆起区及压缩区分布在非织造织物盖片层的实质部份上形成一重覆的图形,以产生一有衲缝的(quilted)外观于非织造织物的表面上,其中隆起区形似锥形连枕(pillows)。此等低纤维密度连枕于三维轮廓区为非织造织物提供一柔软质地。此外,三维轮廓具有一由隆起区与毗邻的半隆起区及压缩区形成的不规则起伏表面。此种表面不规则用来作为横亘盖片层表面的液流障碍。于一较实施例中,盖片层的三维部份位于吸收性制品的中央区,而于一最佳实施例中,盖片层的三维部份位于吸收性物品的横向的相反两端区域以及一中央区。
适用于本发明的非织造织物由一热塑性聚合物纤维,较佳者短纤维的交联网络形成。于一较佳实施例中,非织造织物由高旦尼尔(denier)纤度的短纤维与低旦尼尔纤度的短纤维的均质混合物形成。这类短纤维一般具有1.5旦尼尔至15旦尼尔的纤度,较佳地具有3旦尼尔至6旦尼尔范围的纤度。高旦尼尔短纤维与低旦尼尔短纤维宜至少相差一旦尼尔,较佳者相差2旦尼尔。于一较佳实施例中,低旦尼尔短纤维的纤度为约1.5至4旦尼尔,较佳者为约3旦尼尔。高旦尼尔短纤维为约4至15旦尼尔,较佳者为约5旦尼尔。非织造织物中高旦尼尔短纤维量宜为10至90重量百分比,较佳者为30至70重量百分比范围,最佳者为40至60重量百分比范围。相对于非织造织物总重量,非织造织物中低旦尼尔短纤维量为90至10重量百分比,以30至70重量百分比较佳,最佳者为40至60重量百分比范围。
根据本发明此一实施例,纤维网可藉由均质混合低旦尼尔纤维与高旦尼尔纤维来形成。低旦尼尔短纤维与高旦尼尔短纤维可方便地均质混合于一空气混合室中,并接著予以梳理以形成一梳理纤维网,或者无规地置于一多孔的成形结构上以形成一纤维网。
适用于本发明的纤维包含(但不限于)由诸如聚丙烯、聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯酸酯、类似者及其组合的热塑性树脂形成的合成聚合纤维。一较佳合成聚合纤维为聚丙烯。如以上指出,用以形成本发明非织造织物的纤维为短纤维,且一般说来具有1英寸至4英寸范围的纤维长度,较佳者具有1.25英寸至3英寸范围的纤维长度。
本发明非织造织物可藉由本领域公知的传统非织造织物成形法来成形,包含(但不限于)乾式成网法、梳理纤维网成形法、气流成网法、纺粘成网法之类。对于所有这类制造方法中,重要的是:大部份纤维大致沿相同方向(通常称为“机器方向”)取向。典型地,任何使用一移动的多孔表面的方法均可提供一纤维取向的纤维网。一用来生产适当非织造织物纤维网的较佳方法系梳理纤维网成形方法。所获得非织造织物纤维网沿连续机器方向的抗拉强度大于横向(大致垂直于机器方向)的抗拉强度。
纤维网可藉由诸如热粘合、树脂粘合、射流喷网(spunlacing)或类似者等传统方法稳定化为非织造织物内。较佳者系使用一热粘合方法来将纤维网稳定化。于一传统热粘合方法中,将纤维网给入一压延站,此站装设有一加热砧辊及一图形压花辊,由其同时压缩并热粘合纤维而将纤维网稳定化成为非织造织物。另一种热粘合方法牵涉到迫使加热空气贯穿织维网,一般称为通风粘合方法(through-air bonding process)。在树脂粘合方法中,一纤维网系如以上成形,并通经一装设有一系列可轻微缠结纤维的洒水喷嘴(即具有约200psi压力)的成形圆筒。接著使缠结的纤维网脱水,并将其给入一粘合剂打印站(binder printing station),于此处织物浸渗一粘合剂。接着置于一烘箱中烘乾并固化浸渗粘合剂的织物。替代该方法,可在真空下以树脂粉末喷洒纤维网,并接着在一烘箱中通风粘合。最後,在射流喷网法中,低与高旦尼尔短纤维的均质混合物通经一系列高压,即具有500至1500psi压力的水喷柱,以高度缠结纤维网成一稳定织物。接着使织物脱水并乾燥。本领域技术人员均稔知所有上述方法,当然,只要所制得非织造织物具有充分的结构上完整性以容许其用作为吸收性产品的盖片材料即可,对某方法或另一方法的选择本身对本发明而并不重要。一般说来,抗拉强度约为每英寸1磅时,非织造织物具有充分的结构上完整性。在粘合面积涵盖非织造织物总面积的10至40百分比,较佳者在织物总面积的15至30百分范围,最佳者为织物总面积的20至26百分比时,能实现充分的结构上完整性。较佳地,本发明非织造织物系一藉由一使用图形压延辊的热粘合方法成形的梳理纤维网。
在用于吸收性物品的面对身体之盖片的发展中,非织造织物掩蔽所吸收流体(特别是经液)的能力系一重要考虑因素。因此,较佳地,本发明织物加有一色料。一较佳颜色为白色,其较佳地藉由将二氧化钛加入用以形成非织造织物的纤维内来形成。纤维中二氧化钛含量为纤维提供充份的不透明性,并藉此为所吸收流体提供良好的掩蔽(masking)。二氧化钛含量较佳地介于约1至6重量百分比,且最佳者在2至2.5重量百分比范围。一替代色料为碳酸钙,它在纤维中含量在50至20重量百分比范围。亦可使用碳酸钙与二氧化钛的混合物。
一般而言,面对身体之盖片层宜具有一耐久性亲水整理层,以使它在多次流体导入後,吸收性物品与戴用者皮肤接触部份仍保持亲水性。亲水性整理层(hydrophilic finishes)体液更易从戴用者送出,这有助于体液送至下面的吸收性元件。本发明纤维可用一耐久性亲水表面活性剂加以处理,例如可自德拉威州、新堡郡的ICI聚合物添加剂公司购得,品名为ATMERTM的非离子性表面活性剂。其他适当亲水性表面活性剂包含(但不限于)硫代丁二酸二辛酯(售品名为AEROSOL OTTM)的钠盐、非离子性聚氧乙烯脱水山梨糖醇单月桂酸酯(non-ionic polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate)(售品名为TWEEN 20TM)或类似者。耐久性亲水整理层可将纤维浸入所需表面活性剂的水溶液中,或将所需表面活性剂的水溶液喷洒于外表面上而施用于纤维表面,然后将纤维干燥。表面活性剂可藉由一以表面活性剂的水溶液润湿的滚轮淀积在非织造织物织物上,此滚轮通过非织造织物之内表面上,使表面活性剂淀积于内表面附近或其上,同时外表面基本保持疏水性。替代地,可在制造纤维期间,直接将内部亲水性表面活性剂或润湿剂加入热塑性聚合物内。适当润湿剂包含以环氧乙烷-脂肪醇醚、环氧丙烷与丙二醇、脂肪酸酯或山梨糖醇及甘油的乙氧基化的加合物之类为基础的非离子性表面活性剂。
本发明非织造织物一般具有每平方米20克(gsm)至50gsm范围,较佳者30gsm至35gsm范围的基本重量,并具有约10至40密耳(mils),较佳者约15至35密耳,最佳者20至30密耳大小(厚度)。
非织造织物可具有由连续粘合线构成的粘合图形,或可为一系列不连续粘合区,且较佳者为一断续分立点系列(intermittent series of discrete dot)。重要的是粘合图形为一线型序列或阵列。亦即,粘合区的图形应以一曲线型或线型序列配置成多个规则阵列,其中一特定线型阵列内的至少一部份粘合体与该线型阵列内的毗邻粘合体之间的距离,较它们与毗邻线型阵列中之粘合体间的距离更接近。凹陷粘合体的规则阵列之间是非粘合区。较佳地,粘合区的线型图形在非织造织物上均匀配置,以提供包含成一线型序列的多个高密度粘合区,以及高密度粘合区之间与其邻接的多数非粘合半隆起区的区域。虽然粘合区以在非织造织物上均匀配置为较佳,但是非织造织物表面的平均粘合密度一般说来并不均匀,并可能视粘合区的特定图形而在很宽范围变化。本发明的一个重要特点在于:粘合体的线型阵列图形沿一既不平行于也不垂直于非织造织物中热塑性纤维的纤维取向的方向取向。如前面说明,适用于本发明的非织造织物由一纤维取向纤维网形成。根据本发明此一特点,粘合体的图形不应沿一平行于或垂直于纤维取向之方向来取向,特别是在需要的一个三维轮廓区的区域中。
当本发明的非织造织物承受一沿大致垂直于非织造织物的纤维取向方向的方向中所施的拉伸力时,至少一部份半隆起区会在非织造织物平面之上和之一三维鼓胀,以形成纤维密度较半隆起区及压缩粘合区低的隆起区。尤其是,当承受一拉伸力时,半隆起区会垂直鼓胀而超出织物平面以形成多个具有较毗邻区大的厚度的隆起区。这造成非织造织物具有多个未承受拉伸力时仅包含为毗邻的低粘合密度的较疏半隆起区围绕的高密度粘合区之区域,以及其它当受到拉伸力时会形成一具有三维轮廓区的区域,此三维轮廓具有三个厚度及纤维密度相异的不同区。这三个不同区包含相当致密的粘合区、较疏的半隆起区以及具有最低纤维密度的低密度隆起区。如此,三维织物具有三个不同区,各区具有不同于毗邻区的厚度及纤维密度。线型粘合区之区域形成多个压缩高纤维密度、低织物厚度的区域。非粘合区域当然依赖于该部份非织造织是否承受一拉伸力而形成多个半隆起区域或隆起区域,其中隆起区域具有较半隆起区域及半隆起压缩区域低的纤维密度。
粘合体的各个线型阵列间的间隔可依所选特定粘合图形的性质而在很宽范围变化。就在连续线型序列的粘合体图形中各粘合体间的间隔而言,可小至0.5mm,并可大至数厘米。就毗邻线型序列间的间隔而言,一般间隔约为2mm至15mm,且较佳者约为7mm至10mm。
当然,粘合体密度可视非织造织物所需整体强度而在很宽范围变化。当粘合体成点状时,粘合体密度一般自约每平方厘米(cm2)1粘合体至约每cm2有1300粘合体,较佳者为每cm2有3粘合体至每cm2有300粘合体,最佳者为每cm2有10粘合体至每cm2有200粘合体。点状粘合体的单个粘合体直径大小可自0.1mm至约5mm。线型序列中点状粘合体间的间隔可为约0.05mm至约5mm,较佳者自约0.2mm至约0.3mm。单个粘合点面积可自约0.1mm2至约80mm2,较佳者自约0.5mm2至约15mm2,最佳者约为5mm2。点密度可自约1dot/cm3(点/立方厘米)至约1500dots/cm3,较佳者自约3dots/cm3至300dots/cm3,且最佳者在约10dots/cm3至200dots/cm3之间。就粘合线而言,粘合宽度约1mm至5mm,粘合长度为约10mm至约300mm。亦考虑点与线的组合。
施加于非织造织物的拉力可在其加入吸收性产品之前、期间或之後拉伸施加。拉力可用任何传统拉伸装置给予。拉伸装置的例子包含(但不限于)使用有角度滚筒(angled rollers),它在非织造织物连续纤维网沿传输系统移动时,使纤维网的纵向侧缘保持固定的宽度,同时迫使织物适贴于一个三维结构,而对其纵向侧缘施加一侧向向外拉力,或者将一个或多个沟道轧压入吸收性制品的上表面,在该上表面产生一个或多个凹陷,从而拉伸非织造织物盖片层,形成三维轮廓。施加于非织造织物的拉力大小当然可视非织造织物的抗拉强度而在很宽范围变化,且其本身对本发明并不重要,只要拉力大小足以获得所需程度的三维结构而不致于损伤织物即可。一般说来,当非织造织物拉伸超过正常未拉伸宽度的5%,较佳者10%,且最佳者15至20%时,就施加了足够的拉力。
现参考第1图,图中显示本发明供女人用于女性卫生的吸收性制品。产品1包含叠置于一连续阻障膜层4上的大致矩形的吸收性元件2。此制品具有密集稳定区,其形式为物品的纵向侧缘及端部附近内侧的密集轧压沟道5、6、7、8。一渗液的面对身体的盖片层10覆盖吸收性元件2并形成制品顶面。此盖片层10具有三个不同区,呈现三维轮廓,第1区毗邻一第1横向端,第二区毗邻一对置横向端以及第3区位于此制品中央。三维轮廓包含隆起区50、半隆起区60以及压缩区70。如第2图所示,隆起区50具有一大于半隆起区60的厚度,此半隆起区60具有一大于压缩区70的厚度。具有三维轮廓的区域位于轧压沟道5、6、7、8之间,其将一拉伸力施加于非织造织物盖片层。吸收性元件2可任选地包括纤维素纤维12与超吸收性聚合物微粒14的组合。
轧压沟道5、6、7、8可具有任何形状或形态,并可包括连续段、不连续段、直线段、曲线段或其组合。较佳者系各个轧压沟道为一曲线状连续段。若轧压沟道由不连续段形成,较佳者即系诸段彼此间隔不超过0.25英寸,以便维持良好流体阻障性质,产生受控的变形,并阻止吸收性产品起褶。较佳地,位于横向端部区的轧压沟道具有至少一大致与侧向部份正交并大致平行于吸收性产品的中央纵轴的垂直部份,此垂直部份较其相对于中央纵轴更接近纵缘。垂直部份不需精确地与侧向部分正交。其亦可相对于侧向部份成锐角或钝角,且可朝横缘、中央区或二者伸延。重要的是轧压沟道位于吸收性产品的横向端部区边缘的内侧,且较佳地在各个横向端部区边缘内侧的大约0.125英寸与2.5英寸之间。较佳地,轧压沟道5、6、7、8充分轧压以提供一于沟道最密部份的底部24所测得至少约0.5g/cc的密度,尤佳者系此密度在约0.5g/cc与1.3g/cc之间。
如图所示,吸收性元件2容纳在此产品面层或盖片层10与阻障层4之间。较佳地,非织造织物盖片层10与阻障层4伸延于吸收性元件的边缘16外以形成周围盖片伸延部18及阻障层伸延部20。这些周围盖片伸延部18与阻障层伸延部20相互连接以形成一绕产品外缘的凸缘密封22。此凸缘密封可藉由本领域所公知,包含(但不限于)热密封、超声波密封、粘合剂密封或机械式密封的任何密封手段来形成。本发明的较佳产品虽然以一凸缘密封作成,但此种密封产品边缘的方法对本发明而言不是必要的。产品边缘亦可藉由绕边缘包卷盖片层、阻障层或该二层来密封。
面对身体的盖片层10及面对衣物的不渗液阻障层4通常大致共同伸延,并藉由热熔接、粘合剂或其他任何方便手段绕吸收性元件2周围连接在一起以界定吸收性产品的外缘。需要的话,吸收性元件2可藉一条或多条胶合线固定于面对衣物的不渗液阻障片。
面对衣物的不渗液阻障层可为任何防止流体贯穿输送但无需防止气体通过的挠性材料。普通所用材料为聚乙烯或聚丙烯膜。其他可用来作为不渗液阻障层的适当聚合薄膜材料包含(但不限于)聚酯、聚酰胺、聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯之类及其组合。可使用经共同挤压及层叠的上述材料组合,其中薄膜的化学及物理性质允许此种组合。亦可使用不渗液泡沫及经过防护处理的纸料。可使用本身为流体阻障物,但容许气体排出的薄膜,亦即“透气膜”其可选自聚氨基甲酸酯膜及微孔膜,其中微孔性是由离子化辐射或藉由使用水性或非水性溶剂浸滤可溶夹杂物来形成的。亦可单独使用表面经过防护处理,或因纤维紧密填充而孔隙很小,抑或通过关闭容许液体通过的大孔使孔隙变小的织物,或者与透气性薄膜并用来作为透气性阻障物。
一适当衬里片材可为一不透明的例如聚乙烯的聚烯烃纤维网,它不渗透体液且约为0.001英寸厚。其他供此用途的适当片材为具有约0.0005英寸厚度,例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的聚酯纤维网。
吸收性元件可为由具有较高吸收能力的相当松的非织造纤维网切下的蓬松毛层(batt)。吸收性元件通常为一矩形,并可选择性在形状及轮廓上作成诸如计时沙漏型的向内弯曲侧缘。吸收性元件略小于衬里片(backing sheet)及非织造织物身体侧衬垫。吸收性元件亦可为一由纤维素浆粕纤制成的纤维毛层。
吸收性制品可任选地包括一多层式吸收性结构,其中除了吸收性元件外,可包含一本身为低密度流体接收及流体释出层的传送层,通常位在吸收性元件与渗液的面对身体之盖片层之间。传送层可包含亲水性较吸收性元件中所含者小的材料及结构,例如熔喷聚丙烯或聚酯纤维网。此种纤维网亦可包含夹带于其内部的木浆。传送层亦可包括低密度、高蓬松度非织造纤维网,其含有木浆及诸如聚乙烯、聚酯、聚丙烯、聚酰胺及聚丙烯的合成纤维。此种高蓬松度纤维网可用化学粘合剂或藉由诸如通风粘合的热处理手段粘合。
吸收性结构的厚度一般而言可以是自“超薄”型产品的数毫米厚至较传统的“厚”产品的约10至15毫米厚。产品的厚度可以在吸收性元件的整个长度及宽度上为大致均匀的,或可具有一锥状轮廓,其中吸收性元件的中央区较吸收性元件的横向端部及/或侧部区厚。例如,一特别好的厚度轮廓的吸收性结构系中央区较端部厚2倍到3倍。
面对衣物的不渗液阻障层可在一伸出于吸收元件侧部的凸缘密封处粘附于面对身体的盖片层而形成。当面对身体的盖片层与面对衣物的阻障层相互附著于一凸缘密封时,面对身体层可另外卷绕面对身体层周围的凸缘密封,或者,面对衣物层可另外卷绕面对身体层周围的凸缘密封。
实施例:
对本发明非织造织物的具有三维厚度轮廓的区域,相对于具有相同基本重量与纤维旦尼尔的传统非织造织物,就其流体渗透率、反覆穿透率(repeatedstrike through rates)及透气性加以评估。此评估结果提供于以下表1-3中。表1提供传统非织造织物与本发明三维织物在横向(CD)充份拉伸10%及20%的量(原织物宽度的110%及120%)时的透气性数据(以每分钟多少立方英尺的空气通过每平方码织物计测)。

就容许流体渗穿至下方吸收性元件的能力比较一具有传统非织造织物盖片的卫生巾及一具有本发明非织造织物的卫生巾。传统非织造织物盖片的结果列示于以下表2中,本发明非织造织物的结果列示于表3中。

Claims (11)
1.一种吸收性制品,包括一面对身体的盖片层、一面对衣物的阻障层以及一介于盖片层与阻障层间的吸收性元件;该面对身体之盖片层进一步包括一由热塑性聚合纤维的交联网络形成的非织造织物,至少一部份非织造织物具有包含多个隆起区、半隆起区及压缩区的三维厚度轮廓;所述的隆起区具有较半隆起区低的纤维密度,半隆起区具有较压缩区低的纤维密度。
2.如权利要求1所述的的吸收性制品,其中该纤维进一步包括一纤度为1.5旦尼尔至15旦尼尔范围的高旦尼尔纤维与低旦尼尔纤维的均质混合物;其中高旦尼尔纤维与低旦尼尔纤维的纤度差至少为1旦尼尔,且所述的混合物中高旦尼尔纤维重量含量为10至90%,低旦尼尔纤维重量含量为90至10%。
3.如权利要求2所述的吸收性制品,其中该高旦尼尔纤维的纤度为4至15旦尼尔,且该低旦尼尔纤维的纤度为2至4旦尼尔。
4.如权利要求2所述的的吸收性制品,其中该高旦尼尔纤维的纤度为5旦尼尔,且该低旦尼尔纤维的纤度为3旦尼尔。
5.如权利要求2所述的的吸收性制品,其中所述的纤维为聚丙烯。
6.如权利要求1所述的的吸收性制品,其中该非织造织物系一梳理纤维网。
7.如权利要求1所述的的吸收性制品,其中于该织物上有表面活性剂。
8.如权利要求1所述的的吸收性制品,其中该非织造织物的压缩区具有约0.05g/cc至约0.17g/cc范围的纤维密度以及约0.005mm至约0.06mm的厚度;非织造织物的半隆起区具有约0.04g/cc至约0.11g/cc的纤维密度以及约为压缩区厚度1.5至40倍的厚度;且非织造织物的隆起区具有0.027g/cc至约0.07g/cc范围的纤维密度以及约为压缩区厚度的6至800倍的厚度。
9.如权利要求1所述的的吸收性制品,其中该非织造织物经热粘合而具有占非织造织物总面积的10至40%的粘合区。
10.如权利要求1所述的的吸收性制品,其中该压缩区系一系列不连续粘合区,这些粘合区构成断续的按线形阵列排列的一系列分立的粘合点的图形。
11.如权利要求10所述的的吸收性制品,其中所述各分立点相隔约0.05mm至5mm的距离。
