Abstract
本发明涉及一种作物保护组合物,其成型为粉末、颗粒或水基制剂,其中的活性化合物具有叶部或整体作用,该组合物的特征在于:在除草制剂时,其包括至少一种选自以下组中的除草剂:脲衍生物或横酰基脲、氨基甲酸酯、二氨基甲酸酯、二苯基醚、吡啶酚基乙酸衍生物、哒嗪、三嗪、三嗪酮、尿嘧啶、苯并呋喃衍生物、glufosinate和glyphosate,在杀菌制剂时,其包括至少一种选自以下组中的杀菌剂:吗啉类化合物、吡咯类化合物、邻苯二甲酰亚胺类化合物或哌啶类化合物,在杀虫制剂时,其包括至少一种选自以下组中的杀虫剂:拟除虫菊酯类化合物、氨基甲酸酯类化合物或有机磷酸酯类化合物,或者上述活性化合物的可能盐或酯,其还包括至少一种无机吸附剂和至少一种表面活性剂,优选选自于:乙氧基化C6-C20醇、优选C8-C16醇、乙氧基化蓖麻油或烷基醚硫酸盐。
Description
本发明涉及作物保护组合物,其包含具有叶部或整体作用的活性化合物,通过使用表面活性剂/硅胶混合物可加宽活性谱并增强活性。
在本发明的范围中,作物保护组合物是活性化合物的可立即使用的制剂,所述活性化合物具体而言是针对动物、微生物或植物病原体,并可用作作物保护剂。
在作物保护剂的制剂中加入胶体硅酸是非常普通的方法,而且早已为人所熟知。该应用在相应的文献中已有充分的描述。
现有文献中已知的应用局限于硅胶在作物保护制剂中作为所谓的“惰性”辅助组分的用途。因此,例如,Buechel在“Pflanzenschutz undSchadlingsbekampfungsmittel”(1977年,第198页)中描述了硅胶在制备分散性悬浮体中作为辅助物质的用途。Tadros在“农用化学品中的表面活性剂(Surfactants in Agrochemicals)”(1995年,第155页)中描述了硅胶作为悬浮浓缩液之添加剂以防止沉降和结块的用途。Foy和Pritchard在“杀虫制剂和辅剂技术(Pesticide Formulation and AdjuvantTechnology)”(1996年,第85页)中描述了硅胶作为填料的用途。
Roempp在“化学词典(Chemie Lexikon)(1995年,第2233页)”的“Kieselgele”词条中同样仅描述了已知的性质和用途,特别是作为触变剂。
尚未有人描述过在已知领域以外添加硅胶可增加例如对杂草具有叶部作用的杀虫剂的活性或加宽其活性谱,而且这也是出乎意料之外的。
为提高已知作物保护剂的活性,现有技术提出了为此目的的具体添加剂或具体辅助组分。通常情况下,在此使用矿物油和植物油以及它们的衍生物、及具体的表面活性剂,例如多糖、乙氧基化甘油三酯、亚乙基二胺作为中心起始单元的氧化乙烯或氧化丙烯共聚加成物、多乙氧基化脂肪酸和其酰胺、以及通常具有6-10个氧化乙烯单元的乙氧基化烷基芳基醇。
此等添加剂或生物活化剂的需要量,例如在矿物油和植物油作物具有叶部作用之杀虫剂的混合槽辅助剂时,在100g/l制就的制剂至每公顷(ha)2-31之间变化。
用这些产品不可能同时加宽例如用作其他杂草之杀虫剂的活性化合物的活性谱并提高其活性。
最近的研究已表明,与乳液相比,使用含水悬浮浓缩物通常具有优势。因此,可排除使用毒理学和生态毒理学不利的溶剂,如异佛尔酮、环己酮、二甲苯和乙酰苯酚。
另外,可大大增加活性化合物的浓度(例如DE 43 29 974)。这些优势大大降低了例如包装、运输和储存的费用。
本发明的目的是提高已知活性作物保护剂的活性谱和活性,并提供新型的、更有效的作物保护组合物。
令人惊奇的是,该目的可通过独立权利要求中的特征来实现。优选的实施方案表征在从属权利要求中。
除赋予悬浮体触变性以及以粉末和颗粒形式作为填料的作用外,与粉末或颗粒状的具体表面活性剂以及具有叶部或整体作用的活性化合物的含水悬浮浓缩物同时使用根据本发明选择的无机吸附剂、优选使用硅酸、铝硅酸盐和/或氧化铝,与常规配制的乳液制剂和悬浮浓缩物相比,可出乎意料之外地增加活性效用并加宽杂草应用谱。
所用的硅酸可以是胶体硅酸,通常称为硅胶,也可以是所谓的热解硅酸,通常称为Aerosil。与根据本发明选择的具体表面活性剂复合使用完全改性和水化形式的氧化铝和铝硅酸盐、特别是叶硅酸盐(phyllosilicates),同样具有令人惊奇的活性增加作用,并加宽应用范围。优选使用硅胶。根据本发明选择的无机吸附剂的添加量可为本发明之新型作物保护组合物的0.5-25.0重量%、优选为2.0-15.0重量%。
根据本发明使用的表面活性剂选自于以下组中:乙氧基化C6-C20醇、优选C8-C16醇,氧化乙烯/丙烯嵌段共聚物,如果合适可包括亚乙基二胺作物起始单元,以及烷基醚硫酸盐和它们的混合物。还可使用乙氧基化蓖麻油。优选使用具有5-13个氧化乙烯单元的十三烷醇,烷基醚硫酸钠、钾、或铵盐,特别是脂肪醇二乙二醇醚硫酸钠、钾或铵盐或者这些表面活性剂的混合物。特别优选的是使用以下已知的表面活性剂:Volpo T/785、Volpo T/10、Genapol LRO、Emulsogen、Pluronic型或者这些表面活性剂的混合物。根据本发明的作物保护组合物中的表面活性剂的比例为5.0-40.0重量%、优选为7-35重量%、特别优选为10.0-25%。
根据本发明选择的吸附剂和根据本发明选择的表面活性剂的总比例为5.5-45.0重量%、优选为15.0-25.0重量%。
作为除草活性的化合物,根据本发明的新型作物保护组合物包括同时具有叶部作用及具有叶部作用和土壤作用的除草剂,该除草剂选自于以下组中:脲衍生物、氨基甲酸酯、二氨基甲酸酯、二苯基醚、吡啶酚基乙酸衍生物、哒嗪、三嗪、三嗪酮(triazinones)、尿嘧啶、磺酰基脲、苯并呋喃衍生物、glufosinate和glyphosate、及它们的盐或酯、以及一些所选活性化合物的混合物。优选的是使用甲二威灵(phenmedipham)(PMP)、甜草灵(desmedipham)(DMP)、甲苯嗪(metamitron)和/或甜菜呋(ethofumestate)。合适的杀菌活性化合物是吗啉类化合物、吡咯类化合物、邻苯二甲酰亚胺类化合物或哌啶类化合物,合适的杀虫剂是拟除虫菊酯类化合物、氨基甲酸酯类化合物或有机磷酸酯类化合物、上述所选活性化合物的可能盐或酯以及混合物。活性化合物在根据本发明之作物保护组合物中的比例为5.0-75.0重量%、优选为15.0-55.0重量%。
除这些组分外,根据本发明的作物保护组合物还可包括本领域已知的通常用于悬浮浓缩物的辅剂和/或载体。例如,可以使用防冻剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、湿润剂和分散剂,如果需要的话,还可使用其他填料。在此可参考DE 43 29 974。湿润剂和分散剂例如可选自以下组中:磷酸盐形式的磷酸化二-或三苯乙烯苯酚乙氧化物和/或木质素磺酸盐。优选使用乙氧基化三苯乙烯苯酚磷酸盐,木质素磺酸钠、钾、钙、镁、锌或铵盐,特别是混合的木质素磺酸钙/镁/锌盐,或者这些物质的混合物。特别优选的是Tensiofix LX Special、Soprophor FL、Soprophor FL 60或这些物质的混合物。
根据本发明的作物保护剂可用本领域已知的方法来制备,例如湿研磨法。为此,在合适的设备如球磨机中,与合适量的水一起精细研磨各组分(活性化合物和辅剂)。
优选将各组分的细度调节至0.5-20μm、特别是小于10μm。对于固体制剂(颗粒或粉末),可类似地使用现有技术中的方法。
对于悬浮浓缩物的剂型/外观,除已知的毒理学和生态毒理学优势外,根据本发明的作物保护组合物还在控制杂草方面令人惊奇地表现出更高的生物效用,而使用相同施用率的已知制剂是不能控制所述杂草的。
因此,根据本发明使用吸附剂/表面活性剂组合而制成组合物第一次实现了使用选自氨基甲酸酯和二氨基甲酸酯中的作物保护剂来控制camomile种,例如Matricaria chamomilla(MATCH)和Matricaria inodora(MATIN)。目前,使用活性化合物甜菜灵,或者使用活性化合物甲二威灵,或者使用1∶1的混合物或上述活性化合物与甜菜呋的组合(见以下实施例),仍然都不能令人满意地控制camomile种。使用其他的除草剂(例如甲苯嗪)尚可实现令人满意的控制。
另外,如以下实施例所示,例如在种植制糖甜菜时,在相同活性时,使用根据本发明的作物保护剂可减少组合物的施用量10-20%。
下表示出了在制糖甜菜除草实验中得到的分值。在相同的施用率(l/ha)但减少每公顷活性化合物的用量时,比较常规的甲苯嗪SC和根据本发明的甲苯嗪SC。(6.5l/ha×700g/l=4550g/ha与6.5l/ha×550g/l=3575g/ha相比,相当于-21.4%)

与现有技术中已知的乳液浓缩物(见表5的上半部)相比,两种具有叶部作用的活性化合物的组合,如甲二威灵和甜菜灵,虽然它们的已知活性谱仅局限于宽叶杂草,对camomile没有足够的活性,但在每公顷相同的活性化合物施用率时仍表现出大大增加的活性。
即使在仅使用一种活性化合物如甜菜灵时,与现有技术中的已知乳液浓缩物相比,在每公顷相同的活性化合物施用率时仍表现出大大增加的活性(见表5的下半部分)。

Claims (13)
1、作物保护组合物,其成型为粉末、颗粒或水基制剂,其中的活性化合物具有叶部或整体作用,该组合物的特征在于:
在除草制剂时,其包括至少一种选自以下组中的除草剂:脲衍生物或磺酰基脲、氨基甲酸酯、二氨基甲酸酯、二苯基醚、吡啶酚基乙酸衍生物、哒嗪、三嗪、三嗪酮、尿嘧啶、苯并呋喃衍生物、glufosinate和glyphosate,
在杀菌制剂时,其包括至少一种选自以下组中的杀菌剂:吗啉类化合物、吡咯类化合物、邻苯二甲酰亚胺类化合物或哌啶类化合物,
在杀虫制剂时,其包括至少一种选自以下组中的杀虫剂:拟除虫菊酯类化合物、氨基甲酸酯类化合物或有机磷酸酯类化合物,
或者上述活性化合物的可能盐或酯,
其还包括至少一种无机吸附剂和至少一种表面活性剂,优选选自以下组中:乙氧基化C6-C20醇、优选C8-C16醇、乙氧基化蓖麻油或烷基醚硫酸盐。
2、如权利要求1所述的作物保护组合物,其特征在于,所述无机吸附剂选自于:硅酸、铝硅酸盐和/或氧化铝。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的作物保护组合物,其特征在于,所述无机吸附剂是胶体硅酸(硅胶)和/或热解硅酸(Aerosil)。
4、如权利要求1-3之一所述的作物保护组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自于:具有5-13个氧化乙烯单元的十三烷醇,脂肪醇二烷基甘醇醚硫酸钠、钾或铵盐,乙氧基化蓖麻油或者这些表面活性剂的混合物
5、如权利要求1-4之一所述的作物保护组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自于:Volpo T/785、Volpo T/10、Emulsogen、GenapolLRO、或者这些表面活性剂的混合物。
6、如权利要求1-5之一所述的作物保护组合物,其特征在于,在除草制剂时,所述活性化合物选自于:甲二威灵、甜草灵、甲苯嗪、甜菜呋、或者这些活性化合物的混合物。
7、如权利要求1-6之一所述的作物保护组合物,其特征在于,其另外包括按常规比例的常规辅剂和/或载体,例如防冻剂、稳定剂、消泡剂和/或湿润剂和分散剂。
8、如权利要求1-7之一所述的作物保护组合物,其特征在于,所述湿润剂和分散剂选自于:磷酸化二-或三苯乙烯和木质素磺酸盐,优选选自于:乙氧基化三苯乙烯苯酚磷酸盐,或木质素磺酸钠、钾、钙、镁锌或铵盐,特别是选自于:混合的木质素磺酸钙/镁/锌盐,或者这些物质的混合物。
9、如权利要求1-8之一所述的作物保护组合物,其特征在于,所述湿润剂和分散剂选自于:Tensiofix LX Special、Soprophor FL、Soprophor FL 60、Hoechst LFS或这些物质的混合物。
10、如权利要求1-9之一所述的作物保护组合物,其特征在于,所述无机吸附剂的比例为0.5-25.0重量%、优选为2.0-15.0重量%,所述表面活性剂的比例为5.0-40.0重量%、优选为7-35重量%、特别优选为10.0-25%,而所述活性化合物的比例为5.0-75.0重量%、优选为15.0-55.0重量%。
11、如权利要求1-10之一所述的作物保护组合物,其特征在于,所述硅胶的二氧化硅含量至少为95%,比表面积为100-700m2/g、优选为130-250m2/g。
12、如权利要求1-11之一所述的作物保护组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述组分在合适的设备中精细研磨,然后与所需要量的表面活性剂和吸附剂混合。
13、如权利要求12所述的作物保护组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述组分的细度调节至0.5-20μm、优选小于10μm。
