Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于连接管子与刚性件(例如岐管、驱动器等气动元件的本体)的快速连接装置,具体涉及一种设计来将一管子固定在一刚性件的孔中并对所产生连接进行封闭的“弹夹”式快速连接装置。
“弹夹”式快速连接装置为设计来以防泄漏方式将一管子连接于一刚性件的孔中,其中连接为一由一管状体组成的管状插入件的形式,该管状体具有用于将其永久固定在该刚性件中的装置和用于对该管子进行保持的装置。
管子保持装置常采用具有内齿的垫圈形式,这些齿在管子插入时通过弯曲而抬起并倾向于嵌入管子以防止拔出。当随后需要将管子脱开时,在管子与本体之间推动一滑动件,即能使齿抬起以松开管子。
然而在实践中存在这样一种风险。即滑动件被不小心推动而使管子不合时宜地脱开。这种不小心脱开可具有严重的后果,它不仅会引起大的泄漏,而且会使通过该连接驱动的气动元件中断工作。
本发明的一个目的在于通过防止用于喇叭状张开保持垫圈的滑动件被不小心推动来改进上述类型连接装置的安全性。
按照本发明,该目的是通过一种用于连接管子与具有一孔的刚性件的快速连接装置实现的,该装置包括一具有使其固定在刚性件的孔中的装置的管状插入件、可脱开的管子保持装置、以及一安装为向管状插入件平移以在其被推入管状插入件时脱开保持装置的滑动件,在该装置中,脱开滑动件具有一在管状插入件外部突出并表示一肩部表面的后部,该肩部表面的位置为面对管状插入件的端面并与上述端面配合以限定一其中接受有一可拆卸中间环的沟槽,从而与脱开滑动件的推入相对。
以这种方式,任何倾向于推入脱开滑动件的力均使该滑动件肩部的表面顶靠可拆卸中间环,该移动中间环反过来又顶靠管状插入件的端面和/或刚性件的一表面。其结果是只要可拆卸中间环围绕脱开滑动件就位,就不可能推入该滑动件并因此而脱开保持装置。
有利的是可拆卸中间环为关闭的,并具有一形成一个一旦断裂即能使上述环拆卸的断裂起始器的力学上的薄弱部。
因此,环断裂表示该环已脱开,故能将管子脱开。所以,断裂起始器在环上的完整性表示该装置完整无缺。尤其是能容易地检测到连接装置上的任何未经许可的动作。
较佳为可拆卸中间环具有一设有一突出部的轮廓。而使该可拆卸中间环拆卸更为容易。
一穿过可拆卸中间环的突出部的厚度的沟槽是有利的。可将一工具插入该沟槽中以进一步便于拆卸该可拆卸中间环。
按照本发明的一额外的特性,该可拆卸中间环具有两个分部,该两个分部在薄弱部断裂后能弹性地彼此分开,并适于围绕脱开滑动件咬合紧固。因此,在将可拆卸中间环去除以使管子脱开后,可仅通过弹性变形使其回到围绕脱开滑动件就位而无需使用一专门工具。

参照附图,用于连接管子与刚性件50的快速连接装置包括一被设计来接受在刚性件50的孔51中的管状插入件1。
在这种情况下,插入件1具有两个部分:一管状本体3,以及在相对于将插入件1插入孔51内的方向的本体前方处的一管端部5。本体3的外侧面设有用于固定在孔51中的圣诞树形状的凸起7。
本体3和管端部5在其间限定一沟槽9,该沟槽构成一腔室,用于一设有对管子进行夹持和保持的齿的垫圈11。垫圈11为传统的、可弹性变形的、并朝向前方即孔51内侧大致为截头圆锥状。其内周直径小于管子直径,从而能使它“咬”入管子并保持而抵抗拔出力。
装配一管状脱开滑动件13以在插入件1的本体3的内侧轴向滑动。该滑动件可在一不起作用的后部位置与起作用的前部位置之间移动。如图1所示。在其后部位置,滑动件13具有一与本体部3的肩部17顶靠的肩部15。然后,如将一高的拔出力施加到所连接的管子上,垫圈11即顶靠滑动件13的前端19,从而防止垫圈11从内部转出。当将滑动件13向前推入其前方位置即推入孔51时,如图1中箭头E所示,肩部15和17彼此隔开而滑动件13的端部19则推向并抬高垫圈11的齿以使垫圈喇叭状张开,从而使籍以将其接合的管子松开。脱开滑动件13的内径略大于打算连接的管子的外径。
脱开滑动件13具有一从管状本体3的后端面24突出的后端部21。该突出部21具有一防止肩部表面23面对管状插入件1的本体3的后面24的凸缘22。
可弹性变形材料的一关闭的可拆卸中间环25围绕脱开滑动件13在肩部表面23与管状本体3的后端面24之间延伸。可拆卸中间环25的内径d略大于脱开滑动件13的外径并小于肩部表面23的轮廓直径D(如图2中点划线所示)。
可拆卸中间环25具有一机械方面的薄弱部27。该薄弱部用于这种场合,即通过局部地减少环的宽度以形成一断裂起始点。也可对制造环的材料进行削弱。
此外,可拆卸中间环25设于与薄弱部27直径方向相对侧,一突出部29从可拆卸中间环25横向延伸。一沟槽31穿过突出部29的厚度以便用一工具操纵它更为容易。
通过将管状插入件1插入刚性件50的孔51中,开始将快速连接装置安装在刚性件50上。
然后将一管子插入快速连接装置通过脱开滑动件13,并使垫圈11的齿变形而咬入管子的外侧表面。
为将管子松开,用户可例如将一螺丝起子刀片插入沟槽3 1并采用杠杆在可拆卸中间环上施加一牵引力。该牵引力引起薄弱部27断裂。薄弱部27断裂时,该环即分为两个彼此弹性地远远分开以能将环25横向取下的分部32。然后可将脱开滑动件13推入以将保持垫圈喇叭状张开而将管子松开。故断裂部表示已将脱开滑动件13故意推入。
如用户希望的话,可将管子重新连接并可将可拆卸中间环25围绕脱开滑动件13的管状部咬入复位。
本发明在根本上并不限于上述实施例,相反地覆盖了采用等同装置复制其基本特性的任何变型。
具体地说,虽然可拆卸中间环25如图所示是关闭的并具有一力学上的薄弱部,但也可制作一分开的中间环,该中间环开始时具有其尺寸小于滑动件的管状部外径的开口,从而能将该分开环弹性地咬合在滑动件上。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于连接管子与具有一孔的刚性件(50)的快速连接装置,所述装置包括一具有使其固定在刚性件(50)的孔中的装置(7)的管状插入件(1)、可脱开的管子保持装置(11)、以及一安装为向管状插入件(1)平移以在其被推入管状插入件(1)时脱开保持装置(11)的滑动件(13),其特征在于,所述脱开滑动件(13)具有一在管状插入件(1)外部突出并表示一肩部表面(23)的后部,该肩部表面的位置为面对管状插入件(1)的端面(24)并与所述端面配合以限定一其中接受有一可拆卸中间环(25)的沟槽,从而与脱开滑动件(13)的推入相对。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述可拆卸中间环(25)是关闭的,并具有一形成一断裂起始器的力学上的薄弱部(27),该断裂起始器一旦断裂,即能将所述环拆卸。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述可拆卸中间环(25)具有一设有一突出部(29)的轮廓。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,一沟槽(31)穿过所述可拆卸中间环的突出部(29)的厚度。
5.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述可拆卸中间环(25)具有两个分部(32),该两个分部在薄弱部(27)断裂后能弹性地彼此分开,并适于围绕脱开滑动件(13)咬合紧固。
