Abstract

Description
本发明涉及如权利要求1的前序部分所述的铺路机。
在带机架和牵引浮动铺平板的铺路机中,其中牵引浮动铺平板通过拉伸臂铰接到机架上,其相对于地面的设定角可通过驱动液缸来调整,该铺平机至少包括一个捣棒和下端平滑板,该捣棒可通过驱动器而上下移动并具有可变化次数的行程,当铺设混合料时,铺平板具有正的设定角。这意味着在行走方向或铺设方向的前方处的平滑板边缘比后边缘处于较高的位置。
设定角取决于各种参数,如果平滑板是振动平滑板,那么参数例如为夯击压实度、振动压实度,以及铺路速度、铺设材料的承受负载能力、铺平板的重量以及铺设材料层的厚度。夯击压实度和铺路速度此时对设定角具有最明显的影响。
如果参数保持不变时,夯实力的增加导致铺平板的设定变小。于是这样导致捣棒以特别大的比力来操作,由于在适当位置具有作用在捣棒上的铺平板的重量和振动的作用,于是随动的平滑板仅在有限程度上可得到继续压实。当压实是通过捣棒单独提供,铺平板的浮动动作受到限制,也就是说随动平滑板不再有效果,这样设定角度也就为0°。此时,有必要减小夯实压实度,以便重新进入正设定角的范围。铺路速度的增加也可再次增加设定角。
在铺路层中不同的设定角还必然伴随不同的压实度值。虽然有铺路机铺设的路层具有均匀的表面,但是如果压实上有差异,那么可在后续的滚压工作中产生不均匀的轮廓,也就是说,在滚压过程中,由铺平板带来的在较低的预先压实点的压实尺寸比在较高预先压实点的要较大。
从DE 4040029C1中可以知道,根据预定的理想值曲线来测量铺路速度并改变压实装置特别是捣棒的驱动频率,以保持压实均一。然而,考虑到主要的夯实压实度,由于在铺路速度变化和夯实频率变化产生的压实度变化之间没有成正比例的行为,这种方法特别不精确。
于是本发明的目的是提供一种根据权利要求1前序部分所述的铺路机,该铺路机它使得压实调整和实际的一般情况更加一致。
本发明的目的可根据权利要求1的特征部分而实现。
于是,铺平板的设定角可用于调整夯实力从而调整压实度。由于与铺平板重量、振动、路层厚度和铺设混合料的承载能力有关的参数对设定角影响不大,或者说对于单独使用的情况下变化很小,于是具体地说,调整是关于铺路速度变化的负影响的。
本发明的另一个实施例可从下面描述和从属权利要求中得到。
下面通过借助于附图中示出的典型的实施例更详细地解释本发明。
图1为铺路机的侧视图。
图2为带传感器的一个实施例的铺平板分立放大侧视图。
图3为带传感器的另一个实施例的铺平板分立放大侧视图。
图中示出的铺路机包括带有履带行走机构(也可以用轮式行走机构代替)的机架1,机架前面具有料斗3,在其后面具有分配螺旋(distributor auger)4,在这两者之间安装有传送器(图中看不到),该传送器用于把待铺路的混合料从料斗3中经过传送轴运送到螺旋分配器4的区域中,在传送轴的上面安装有上部结构。
用于把对待铺的混合料进行浮动摊铺的浮动铺平板5通过拉伸臂6铰接到机架1上。铺平板5位于铺路方向的分配螺旋4的后面,该板包括基本铺平板7和可延伸的铺平板8,铺平板8可相对于前者并可单独地侧向延伸。传统上基本铺平板7从中间分开,基本铺平板7的两个对半部分可彼此相对倾斜,用于形成垂直于铺设方向的屋顶轮廓。基本铺平板7可通过可延伸铺平板8加宽为大致原来宽度的两倍。如果没有可延伸铺平板8或者如果进行额外的加宽,那么需要通过人工可连接的铺平板部件来完成。可延伸的铺平板一般地相对于基本铺平板7在铺路方向上偏离一个铺平板厚度A的量。
每个拉伸臂6的前端可转动地铰接在机架1上,该铰接点可相对于机架1垂直调整。这可例如通过下面描述的结构来调整,即拉伸臂6在其前端分叉,分叉端绕扁铁杆9与之接合并通过安装在分叉端内的10处的一个轴承的轴承环来支撑在扁铁杆9上,并吸收拉力,同时驱动液缸11与分叉端连接,为改变铺路的厚度或整平,以确定铰接点相对于机架1的高度,结果还可影响铺平板5相对于地面14的正向的设定角α。
还有一个驱动液缸12用作把铺平板5提升到运输位置。相反,在铺路状态下,驱动液缸12处于浮动位置。
为了在横向轮廓(带或不带屋顶轮廓或斜坡面)获得均匀的铺路层,基本铺平板7的后边缘和可延伸铺平板8的后边缘必须在同一高度,而不论铺路是否有屋顶轮廓或横向斜坡面。可延伸铺平板8因此可相对于基本铺平板7在高度上调整X尺寸的量。设定角α的变化可通过尺寸X的相应变化来补偿,以保持平滑的铺路表面。
基本铺平板7(还包括可延伸铺平板8)在其下端具有压实工具,该工具至少是一个可通过驱动器15而上下移动的预定行程捣棒16,随着所述捣棒移动的是平滑板18,在适当位置,该平滑板连接到振动驱动器17上。驱动器15特别地设计成为偏心驱动器,并可相对于捣棒16的行程数而调整。
从图2中可清楚地看到,例如为超声传感器的传感器20安装在基本铺平板7(也在可延伸铺平板8上)的吊杆19上,所述传感器探测从传感器20到刚铺好的混合料表面21间的距离。传感器20给控制器22发出捣棒16的行程数值或驱动器15的转速的信号。
如果在传感器20和表面21之间的距离减小,那么这就意味着设定角α变大,反之亦然。
需要的设定角α可根据需要的压实度及捣棒16的行程数值来设计成调节值,结果其压实力根据设定角中的偏差来改变。对铺平板5的高度调整所产生的设定角α的轻微变动不包括在由于适当选择死区带宽(dead bandwidth)而进行的调整中。
由于传感器20不能根据设定角α来测量垂直于表面21的距离,于是在调整中必须根据设定角α来考虑修正值。
可用一组传感器可代替一个传感器20,而且该组传感器在与铺路方向垂直的方向彼此间隔一定距离安装,其值可调整至平均值。
根据图3,传感器20包括电位计20a和滑块20b,该滑块20b通过与其连接的臂20以可铰接的方式连接到电位计20a的摩擦接点上,滑块20b位于刚铺好的混合料的表面21上,于是臂20c与表面21的角选定为一个特定的设定角α,根据摩擦接点的相应位置,电位计20a为控制器22发出与设定角α有关的测量值。
Claims (7)
1.一种带机架(1)和牵引浮动铺平板(5)的铺路机,其中牵引浮动铺平板通过拉伸臂(6)铰接到机架(1)上,该铺平板相对于地面的设定角(α)可通过驱动液缸(11)来调整,该铺平板至少包括一个捣棒(16)和下端平滑板(18),该捣棒可通过驱动器(15)而上下移动并具有可变化的行程数,其特征在于:在后面的铺平板端附近安装有至少一个用于测量设定角(α)的传感器(20),所述传感器连接到相关的控制器(22)上,用于测量至少一个捣棒(16)的行程数值,以把设定角调整到预定的所需值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铺路机,其特征在于:一组传感器(20)沿侧向彼此间隔一距离而安装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铺路机,其中铺平板包括基本铺平板(7)和能从基本铺平板侧向延伸的可延伸铺平板(8),其特征在于:基本铺平板(7)带有至少一个传感器(20),同样每个可延伸的铺平板也带有一个传感器(20)。
4.根据权利要求1到3任何一项所述的铺路机,其特征在于:至少一个传感器(20)为超声传感器,该传感器测量到刚铺好的混合料表面(21)的距离。
5.根据权利要求1到3任何一项所述的铺路机,其特征在于:至少一个传感器(20)为测角电位计。
6.根据权利要求1到5任何一项所述的铺路机,其特征在于:为理想值而提供一死区带宽。
7.根据权利要求1到6任何一项所述的铺路机,其特征在于:可应用由至少一个传感器(20)测量的到刚铺好的混合料表面(21)的距离或角度,并可根据作为调整变量的相应设定角(α)来修正。
