Abstract
本发明涉及一种菱镁板材的配方及工艺,其构成材料是氧化镁、氯溶液、锯末、玻璃纤维布、水、磷酸三钠、191树脂,其特征在于:氯溶液的配方为:氯化镁44~45%,水50%,磷酸三钠1~3%,191树脂1~10%,按上述板材的构成材料,用上述配方的氯溶液,以特定工艺制作菱镁板材。本发明产品具有防火、防水、防虫蛀、防鼠咬、无污染、强度高、隔热保温、耐酸碱、无异味、不变形等优良性能,生产流程简单,不需机械设备,效益回收快,可喷各种油漆和涂料。
Description
本发明涉及一种菱镁板材,具体是豪华复合门(仿实木门)、放火装饰板等的配方及工艺。
随着经济的发展,装饰装潢已成为时尚,实木门、豪华门十分受欢迎,在我国的销售价格也一涨再涨,大量耗费木材,使宝贵的森林资源逐步减少,因此,科技人员努力开发用化学制品替代实木的工艺。现有技术中,使用了氯化镁、氧化镁,加入石粉、锯末、玻纤布制作板材,为增加强度,加入一种107胶或聚乙烯醇、尿醛树脂。但是,经过长期实验,上述配料制作的板材,其强度达不到要求,风吹日晒雨淋之后,出现类似“风化”的效果,易变质、腐朽。
为克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的,在于提供一种菱镁板材的新配方及工艺,使其具有高强度、不变质、使用寿命长的特点。
本发明的技术方案是:
菱镁板材构成的基本材料,包括氧化镁、氯溶液、锯末、玻璃纤维布、水、磷酸三钠、191树脂等。
氯溶液的配方为:氯化镁 44~45%
水 50%
磷酸三钠 1~3%
191树脂 1~10%
按下述工艺制板:清理模具→刷脱模剂→调料→上面料→铺玻
纤布→上底料→铺玻纤面→隔氧处理→起模→修边→晾晒(表面
全白后)→成品入库。
本发明提供了制作菱镁板材的框图。
结合其框图对本发明再作进一步说明:首先清理模具,在模具表面刷脱模剂,然后配氯溶液,其中:氯溶液的配方为:氯化镁44~45%,水50%,磷酸三钠1~3%,191树脂1~10%,用婆梅式比重剂测比重,比重在24~30之间,比重大加水,比重小加氯化镁,调整适度为止。
关键是在加入氯化镁之前,必须先加入191树脂,充分搅拌。
氯溶液配制后,上面料(氯溶液)、铺玻纤布、上底料、铺玻纤面、隔氧处理、起模、修边、晾晒、至成品。
本产品具有防火、防水、防虫蛀、防鼠咬、无污染、强度高、隔热保温、耐酸碱、无异味、不变形等优良性能,生产流程简单,不需机械设备,效益回收快,是工程建筑和装饰领域的新型材料,因其优越的特性,可以代替三合板,可锯、可刨、可钉、可粘、可弯曲,产品基本面光滑、粘附力强,可喷各种油漆和涂料。
Claims (3)
1、一种菱镁板材的配方及工艺,其构成材料是氧化镁、氯溶液、锯末、玻璃纤维布、水、磷酸三钠、191树脂,其特征在于:氯溶液的配方为:
氯化镁 44~45%
水 50%
磷酸三钠 1~3%
191树脂 1~10%
按上述板材的构成材料,用上述配方的氯溶液,以特定工艺制作菱镁板材。
2、根据权利要求1所述的菱镁板材的配方及工艺,其特征在于:配制氯溶液的过程中,即在水中加入氯化镁之前,先加入一定量的191树脂。
3、根据权利要求1所述的菱镁板材的配方及工艺,其特征在于:菱镁板材的制作工艺为:清理模具→刷脱模剂→调料→上面料→铺玻纤布→上底料→铺玻纤面→隔氧处理→起模→修边→晾晒(表面全白后)→成品入库。
