背景技术
粉煤灰,是从煤燃烧后的烟气中收捕下来的细灰,粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排出的主要固体废物。粉煤灰是我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一,随着电力工业的发展,燃煤电厂的粉煤灰排放量逐年增加。大量的粉煤灰不加处理,就会产生扬尘,污染大气;若排入水系会造成河流淤塞,而其中的有毒化学物质还会对人体和生物造成危害。外墙装饰板是近几年研发的新型建筑外墙装饰保温一体化材料;该材料由聚酯烤漆或氟碳漆、雕花铝锌合金钢板、聚氨酯保温层、玻璃纤维布复合而成;主要应用于体育馆、图书馆、学校和医院的办公楼、别墅等各种建筑的外墙装饰和节能改造;主要功能为建筑装饰、保温节能、隔热隔音、防水防霉等,然而这种外墙装饰板生产成本高昂,不适合大众消费。
发明内容
本发明提供一种粉煤灰外墙装饰板的生产方法,利用电厂排出的粉煤灰为原料,生产一种材料坚固、色泽鲜艳、可抗冻防风化且使用寿命长的外墙装饰板。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种粉煤灰外墙装饰板的原料配方比为:粉煤灰65%、环氧树脂10%、聚氯乙烯5%、发泡调节剂5%、AC发泡剂3%、硬脂酸3%、硬脂酸钙4%、釉料5%。
一种粉煤灰外墙装饰板的制作过程为:
1)按原料配方比例称取粉煤灰、环氧树脂、聚氯乙烯、发泡调节剂、AC发泡剂、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙;
2)将上述称取的物料充分混合搅拌;
3)将混合物料通过挤出机挤出成型;
4)将成型的坯体进行加温养护;
5)将养护完成的半成品用压板机制成具有一定规格形状的粉煤灰外墙装饰板坯体;
6)将压制好的粉煤灰外墙装饰板坯体输送至干燥窑进行干燥,干燥温度为85摄氏度,干燥时间为1小时;
7)对干燥后的粉煤灰外墙装饰板按常规方法进行雾化喷釉;
8)将施釉后的粉煤灰外墙装饰板在烘干箱中烘干,烘干温度为40摄氏度,烘干时间为1小时。
本方法生产的外墙装饰板与现有普通外墙装饰板相比,具有以下有益效果:以粉煤灰为原材料,无毒无害、无辐射、无污染、废物利用,节能环保。可用于户外装饰、工程建筑的新型外墙装饰材料。可根据客户需要定制规格尺寸,可以像木材一样进行粘接、铆合、拧接,使用方便,具有重量轻、美观大方、耐腐蚀、抗风化等优点。

1)按原料配方比例称取粉煤灰、环氧树脂、聚氯乙烯、发泡调节剂、AC发泡剂、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙;
2)将上述称取的物料充分混合搅拌;
3)将混合物料通过挤出机挤出成型;
4)将成型的坯体进行加温养护;
5)将养护完成的半成品用压板机制成具有一定规格形状的粉煤灰外墙装饰板坯体;
6)将压制好的粉煤灰外墙装饰板坯体输送至干燥窑进行干燥,干燥温度为85摄氏度,干燥时间为1小时;
7)对干燥后的粉煤灰外墙装饰板按常规方法进行雾化喷釉;
8)将施釉后的粉煤灰外墙装饰板在烘干箱中烘干,烘干温度为40摄氏度,烘干时间为1小时。
