Abstract

本发明涉及一种将单个接触器联结成一接触器组合的联结元件。
较长一段时间以来，用于接触器组合的联结元件都出现在接触器生产厂商的供货单上。在所采用的接触器中比较突出的是带槽的磁室，该磁室例如带有燕尾槽或T型槽。已公知的联结元件定位在接触器的帽形轨固定区域内。采取这样的方式固定联结元件可防止其掉落。在将接触器拧到一底板上时，联结元件可能会脱落到底板上。
在日益对接触器小型化的过程中，尤其是减小结构宽度时会随之带来这样的问题：由于磁室内的位置状况，耦合点可能的定位受到限制。若耦合点选择在帽形接触轨的接触区域外，则必须可靠防止联结元件脱落。
本发明的目的在于创造一种联结元件，使之能不受接触器的磁室中的位置影响地，以及不受固定方式(例如帽形轨固定或拧固在一底板上)影响地被可靠地防止脱落。
本发明的目的是通过具有下列特征的一种联结元件来实现的：
a)该联结元件具有啮合段，以便插入接触器上具有相应适配结构的啮合槽中，
b)该联结元件的啮合段上具有一些卡锁凸起，它们用于在啮合段插入啮合槽中以后分别卡锁在各个接触器上，
c)这些卡锁凸起成形在联结元件的弹性外表面上。
联结元件其它有利的改进结构由从属权利要求2和3可知。
下面借助附图对本发明的一实施例作进一步详细说明，附图中：
图1为联结元件的一立体视图；
图2示出图1所示联结元件卡锁在一单个接触器中。
图1为一联结元件的立体视图，它用于将单个接触器联结成一接触器组合。该联结元件1具有T型的啮合段2。在该联结元件1的头部区域3内具有两个弹性支腿4，在它们的外表面上成形有卡锁凸起5。啮合段2之间的间距a与各接触器之间的安装间距相匹配。
图2示出一卡锁在单个接触器6中的联结元件1，其中该单个接触器在该图中仅示出一部分。耦合点位于单个接触器的帽形轨固定区7的外面。各接触器为与联结元件1相耦合都具有一相匹配结构的啮合槽8，因而它们也都为T型结构。联结元件1在插入啮合槽8中后通过其卡锁凸起5卡锁在各个接触器6的壳体轮廓9上。弹性支腿4的设计结构不但对于插入而且对于拆卸都是很重要的。为了拆卸接触器组合，用一个钳子钩住联结元件1的头部3，然后将其从各接触器6的磁室的啮合槽8中拉出。在这样的过程中，联结元件1的卡锁自动解除。
视不同的安装间距来设计联结元件的两个啮合段2之间的相应适配的间距a。
尽管借助附图所示实施形式对本发明作了详细说明，但应当考虑到这并非有意将本发明仅仅局限于所示实施形式，而应包括所有为权利要求书内容所覆盖的可能变化，修改和等效设计。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于将各接触器联结成一接触器组合的联结元件，其特征在于，
a)该联结元件(1)具有啮合段(2)，以便插入各接触器中具有相应适配结构的啮合槽中，
b)该联结元件(1)在啮合段(2)区域具有卡锁凸起(5)，它们用于在啮合段(2)插入啮合槽中以后分别卡锁在各个接触器上，
c)这些卡锁凸起(5)成形在联结元件(1)的弹性外表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的联结元件，其特征在于，所述联结元件(1)具有一个用于卡锁并带有弹性支腿(4)的头部(3)，在其外表面上成形有所述卡锁凸起(5)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的联结元件，其特征在于，所述啮合段(2)之间的间距(a)与各接触器之间的安装间距相匹配。
