Abstract

一种虾青素生产工艺,其特征是用酸处理从甲壳素工厂加工废水或甲壳类生产加工的废水,使其pH为6-7,加入絮凝剂壳聚糖胶体溶液,再用酸调pH至1.5-2.5,产生泡沫,用滤网或泡沫收集器收集泡沫中悬浮的含有虾青素的颗粒,真空干燥,即为虾青素粗品。所述的甲壳素工厂加工废水或甲壳类生产加工废水与絮凝剂壳聚糖胶体溶液体积比例为100∶1-100∶5;所述的絮凝时间为4-10小时。本发明利用虾青素在pH2左右呈非可溶状态,并利用酸等与甲壳动物废弃物反应后产气泡特点,用泡沫收集器或滤网收集虾青素颗粒,比按现有方法收集的沉淀纯度高,收集容易。从甲壳素工厂加工废水或甲壳类生产加工的废水中提取高价值的虾青素,变废为宝,成本低,操作容易,有很好的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种虾青素,特别是涉及一种从甲壳素加工厂废水或甲壳类加工厂废水提取虾青素的工艺。
背景技术
虾青素作为甲壳动物及昆虫外壳色素,具有强抗氧化性,可作为食品、化妆品等原料及水产动物、家禽色素类添加剂。一般采用发酵法、微藻养殖提纯法生产。该提纯法一般采用先碱解或醇溶解或食用油等有机溶剂溶解,然后纯化;也有用酸使pH降至2以下收集沉淀。上述方法在规模较大的虾类加工厂或甲壳素加工厂难以开展,且成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新的虾青素生产工艺,它能克服现有技术的上述缺点。
一种虾青素生产工艺,其特征在于用酸处理甲壳素加工厂废水或甲壳类加工厂废水,使其pH为6-7,加入絮凝剂壳聚糖胶体溶液,再用酸调pH至1.5-2.5,反应产生泡沫,用滤网或泡沫收集器收集泡沫中悬浮的含有虾青素的颗粒,真空干燥,即为虾青素粗品。
本发明利用虾青素在pH2左右呈非可溶状态,并利用酸等与甲壳动物废弃物反应后产气泡特点,利用泡沫收集器或滤网收集虾青素颗粒,比按现有的方法收集的沉淀纯度高,且收集容易。另外从甲壳素加工厂或甲壳类加工厂废水中提取高价值的虾青素,变废为宝,成本低,容易操作,有很好的经济和社会效益。
具体实施方式
从甲壳素加工厂取蟹壳脱蛋白废水1吨,用重量百分浓度(以下同)为10%的盐酸调pH至6-7,中性蛋白沉淀,加絮凝剂1%壳聚糖盐酸胶体溶液10公斤,絮凝上清液,继续用酸调节pH至2左右,反应中产生热及泡沫,该泡沫中有砖红色颗粒。用100目以上滤网或用泡沫收集器收集颗粒,得到砖红色粘稠物,50℃下真空干燥6小时,得2公斤固体,即虾青素粗品,可用作饵料着色剂。
继续向上述砖红色粘稠物中加1%的胃蛋白酶在37℃分解2-6小时后,干燥。按酒精与含虾青素的干燥物重量比为5∶1的比例,加入酒精溶解,4小时后将酒精蒸发,得虾青素精品。经紫外分光光度计检测,其中含虾青素60%以上。
本实施例中所述的甲壳素加工厂废水或甲壳类加工厂废水与絮凝剂壳聚糖胶体溶液的体积比例为100∶1-100∶5;所述的加絮凝剂壳聚糖胶体溶液絮凝时间为4-10小时。

1、一种虾青素生产工艺,其特征在于用酸处理甲壳素加工厂废水或甲壳类加工厂废水,使其pH为6-7,加入絮凝剂壳聚糖胶体溶液,再用酸调pH至1.5-2.5,反应产生泡沫,用滤网或泡沫收集器收集泡沫中悬浮的含有虾青素的颗粒,真空干燥,即为虾青素粗品。
2、如权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征是所述的甲壳素加工厂废水或甲壳类加工厂废水与絮凝剂壳聚糖胶体溶液的体积比例为100∶1-100∶5。
3、如权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征是所述的加絮凝剂壳聚糖胶体溶液絮凝时间为4-10小时。
