本发明涉及一种吸收用品，例如一次性尿布，吸尿垫，卫生巾等，尤其涉及带有表面结构材料的吸收用品，该表面结构材料具有良好的与人体贴合的特性，从而可以有效地防止侧漏。
传统的吸收用品例如一次性尿布，吸尿垫，卫生巾等，一般包括：可渗液体的顶片，该顶片朝向穿用者并在使用中接收排泄物；不渗液体的底片和位于顶片与底片之间的吸收芯，它吸收从顶片渗透过来的排泄物。该吸收芯由浆粕和SAP(超吸收聚合物)或类似物构成。
在这些吸收用品中，在吸收芯与顶片之间设有由亲水纤维构成的相当厚的软垫层，从而当它接触穿用者的裆部时，可以提高其对穿用者的泌尿生殖器或外部的贴合性能，以便防止排泄物例如尿液或经血的侧漏。
但是，由于各人的裆部形状不同，带有上述软垫层的吸收用品未必能提供紧密与裆区贴合的性能。
尤其对于老年人，由于随年龄增加肌肉皱缩，或皮肤松懈或产生皱折，其裆部(包括泌尿生殖器和腹股沟)或腹部或臀部两股间部位的形状有明显的差别。由此存在很多用于照护老年人的一次性尿布，吸尿垫或类似物都不能很紧密地贴合在裆部和其它部位的情况。而且老年人每次排尿量比婴儿多很多。由此当一次性尿布或吸尿垫不能紧密地贴合在裆部时，会发生尿液侧漏而弄湿衣物或床单。
本发明解决了上述的常见问题，本发明的一个目的为提供一种易于变形的吸收用品，它能与穿用者裆部紧密贴合，以便使吸收用品的裆区形状与穿用者裆部形状一致，从而防止排泄物的侧漏。
本发明提供了一种吸收用品，它包括可渗液体的顶片，底片和位于顶片和底片之间的吸收芯，其中顶片从吸收芯向上凸出以形成许多隆起，这些隆起沿吸收用品的纵向彼此平行地延伸，在隆起内部配置亲水材料以形成软垫层。
吸收用品可以用作一次性尿布，卫生巾，吸尿垫或类似物，该吸收用品由于软垫层而适合穿用者的裆部，从而防止排泄物的侧漏。

另外，当软垫层的密度0.4g/cm3或更小时，而且亲水材料由亲水纤维或经亲水处理的疏水纤维制成。并且纤维的纤质为1旦或更大时，该吸收用品具有大容量，渗液体，受挤压时易于复原或弹性回复的特性。
另外，当隆起的高度为5mm或更大时，软垫层易于随穿用者裆部的形状变形。当两隆起腰部间的间隙窄于谷部分的宽度时，排泄物易于被隆起吸收。
为了适应裆部的形状，靠近吸收用品中央位置隆起的横截面积(沿垂直于纵向的横向)可以大于靠近吸收用品两侧隆起的横截面积。
底片最好为防渗漏的。
另外，最好将比亲水材料渗液体性能低的阻挡液体层沿隆起的纵向放入隆起的内侧，以便大致在各个隆起内将亲水材料分成两部分。从而使排泄物易于沿纵向在较宽的范围内曼延，并由吸收芯吸收。
阻挡液体层可以是树脂膜或疏水无纺纤维，或其它以下述方式形成，即使中间片在隆起内侧从吸收芯向上隆起，或使顶片在隆起内侧从隆起顶端下陷。

吸收用品1包括在使用中朝向穿用者的表面结构材料4，不渗液体的底片3，夹在表面结构材料4与底片3之间的吸收芯2。通过将粉碎的浆粕或粉碎的浆粕与SAP的混合物包裹在吸收层(例如薄纸中)，从而形成吸收芯2。SAP可由下列材料制成：聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚乙烯醇、顺丁烯二酸酐的加成聚合物、聚醚、缩聚合物、聚糖(例如淀粉或纤维素)、蛋白质(例如胶原质)、或其它类似物。SAP的实例包括：聚丙烯酸钠的交联化合物，带有聚丙烯酸钠的淀粉接枝共聚物，或者带有聚丙烯腈链的纤维素的接枝共聚物。底片3由例如聚烯烃树脂层制成。另外，当将吸收用品1用作一次性尿布或卫生巾时，底片最好是可透气的。而且当将吸收用品用作尿布内侧的吸尿垫时，底片3也可以是可渗液体的。
表面结构材料4包括可渗液体顶片5和位于顶片5与吸收芯2之间的同样的可渗液体中间片6。例如，顶片5和中间片6包括由经亲水处理的疏水纤维(例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酯等单一纤维或聚酯和聚乙烯的混合纤维等)或亲水纤维(例如人造纤维)制成的点粘接的无纺织物，气流(through-out)无纺织物，纺粘无纺织物，或射流成网无纺织物。在此“经亲水处理过的疏水纤维”是指例如下述的纤维：通过用表面活性剂处理而变成亲水性的疏水纤维，通过把一种化学物质例如是有亲水基的单体或聚合物的化学物质化学键合到该纤维上使其具有亲水性能的疏水纤维，或者经等离子处理的疏水纤维，与具有亲水基的化学物质混合的疏水纤维，通过对表面进行处理使其有一个轮廓截面而具有亲水性的疏水纤维。另外，顶片5和中间片6还可以包括树脂膜，如带有很多小孔的聚乙烯(PE)。
顶片5在谷部分(或沟)7处与中间片6接合。谷部分7沿纵向(Y轴方向)延伸，并沿横向(X轴方向)按规则的间隔P排列。顶片5在相邻谷部分7之间从中间片6向上凸起，从而形成隆起(或褶皱)8。隆起8沿纵向延伸，并彼此平行。在单独的隆起8中，顶片5和中间片6之间夹持亲水材料，以形成软垫层9。

为了增大软垫层9的容量，易于渗液，受挤压时易于弹性复原或回复，软垫层9的密度最好为≤0.4g/cm3或更小。另外，当采用纤维作为亲水材料时，最好采用纤质为1旦或更大的纤维。
在上述谷部分7处，可以采用热熔型粘接剂等接合顶片5和中间片6。当顶片5和中间片6含有热塑性纤维时，也可以在谷部分7处采用熔融粘合法接合顶片5和中间片6。
在各谷部分7处，顶片5和中间片6沿纵向(Y轴方向)可以连续地接合，但它们最好是间断地接合。即最好是在各谷部分7中，沿纵向(Y轴方向)间隔地排列有大量接合点(熔粘部分的胶合部分)，从而相邻接合部分之间存在有未连接的部分。由于这种构形，在谷部分7中，排泄物可以很容易在未接合处渗透过中间片6而到达吸收芯2。
而且，隆起8的高度“h”从中间片6表面计算优选的为5mm或更大到50mm或更小，更优选的是10mm或更大到30mm或更小。当隆起8的高度“h”在上述范围中时，表面结构材料4易于适应穿用者身体不平坦的形状。
相邻隆起8之间在其腰部11处的沟L1最好窄于谷部分7的宽度L2(即谷部分7处相邻隆起8之间的沟)。当L1＜L2时，因为由于连接部分而具有较低渗液体性能的谷部分7由相邻的隆起8覆盖，所以几乎所有进入吸收用品1中的排泄物都从具有较高渗液体性能的隆起8渗透。由比，排泄物可以很容易地被吸收芯2吸收。另外，更优选的情况是L1=0，即最好是使相邻的隆起8在腰部11处彼此接触。

另外，在吸收用品1中，大部分排泄物渗透进顶片5，软垫层9和中间片6，并由吸收芯2吸收。因为吸收用品1接收排泄物的表面积比普通吸收用品大，所以也具有较高的吸收液体性能。并且，当大量排泄物进入表面结构材料4中时，部分不能马上渗入隆起8中的排泄物沿纵向(Y轴方向)流入谷部分7。当排泄物沿谷部分7分散时，它渗透过顶片5和中间片6到达吸收芯2。由此，排泄物不易沿横向(X轴方向)分散，并且不易从吸收用品侧边渗漏，由此排泄物由吸收芯2在较大的范围内均匀地吸收。由此可以提高整体吸收用品1的吸收液体性能，甚至当用较薄的吸收芯作为吸收芯2时，它也可以容纳大量排泄物。

在吸收用品1A中，在隆起8内侧置有阻挡液体层15，从而渗透进软垫层9的排泄物可以相当完全地在横向(X轴方向)由阻挡液体层15拦截。在图3中，每一个阻挡液体层15都由长条形树脂膜，疏水性无纺织物，亲水性无纺织物等构成。顺便指出，当将长条形亲水性无纺织物用作阻挡液体层15时，亲水性无纺织物的纤维密度应高于构成软垫层9的亲水材料纤维的密度，从而使亲水性无纺布的性能类似于阻挡液体层。
每一个长条形阻挡液体层15沿隆起8的纵向(Y轴方向)总长设置，从而使其片层平面从吸收芯2的表面向上(最好是竖直地)伸展，即大致将隆起8的内侧分成两部分。
在吸收用品1A中，由于排泄物已渗透过顶片5，但没有渗透过中间片6，而停留在隆起8内侧，阻挡液体层15防止排泄物在隆起8内侧沿横向(X轴方向)移动。即阻挡液体层15阻止排泄物沿X轴移动，只允许它在Y轴方向流动。随后，当排泄物沿Y轴方向在整个吸收用品1A上曼延时，它渗透进中间片6，并由吸收芯2吸收。由此，甚至当大量排泄物在小面积中渗透进吸收用品1A时，也可以防止排泄物从吸收用品1A的侧边泄漏。

在图4(B)中，中间片6从吸收芯2表面向上凸出，一直延伸到隆起8的顶端，从而形成阻挡液体层15b。在图4(C)中，顶片5大致从隆起8的顶端下陷直至吸收芯2，形成阻挡液体层15c。尽管顶片5和中间片6是可渗液体的，但顶片5和中间片6对折，并在如图4(B)和4(C)中的阻挡液体层15b和15c部分，由热熔型粘合剂，熔融接合法或类似方法接合在一起。由此阻挡液体层15b,15c渗透排泄物的性能比构成软垫层9的亲水材料低。
在图4(A)～4(C)和图3所示的实施例中，排泄物不易沿隆起8的横向分散，而在沿隆起8的纵向(Y轴方向)，从而排泄物可由吸收芯2有效地吸收。
图5(A)和5(B)为剖面图，每一幅都示出了一个实施例，在该实施例中，吸收用品1和1A的隆起8的横截面积都分别发生变化。在图5(A)中的吸收用品1B中，每个靠近吸收用品横向(X轴方向)中心的隆起8a的横截面积都大于靠近吸收用品横向(X轴方向)侧边的隆起8b的横截面积。
在这种情况下，具有较大横截面积的中央隆起8a易于随裆部或泌尿生殖器的形状而变形。另外，由于侧边隆起8b的横截面积较小，在横向(X轴方向)靠近侧边处可以排列更多隆起，并具有微小的倾斜度。由此，可以更有效地防止排泄物沿X轴方向分散。
同样，在如图5(B)所示的吸收用品1C中，隆起8a和8b中的阻挡液体层15具有不同的横截面积。
顺便指出，如果必要，可以与上述实施例相反，使中央隆起的横截面积应小于侧边隆起的横截面积。另外，隆起的横截面积应从中央到两侧逐渐减小或逐渐增大。
图6是表示本发明吸收用品的实施例的平面图，其表面结构材料面向上，该沙漏形的吸收用品用作开放型一次性尿布。另外通过有选择地改变其形状，可以将本发明的吸收用品用作一次性短内裤式尿裤，失禁人用吸尿垫或卫生巾。
在吸收用品1D中，在面对穿用者腹侧的前部22和面对穿用者臀部的后部23处，底片3，吸收芯2，中间片6和顶片5都向两侧延伸，从而使吸收用品1D形成为沙漏形状。隆起8大致在面对穿用者裆部的中部21处覆盖住吸收芯2，并从中部21向前部22和后部23延伸。即隆起8从前部22向后部23沿吸收用品1D的纵向连续延伸。
在吸收用品1D中，软垫层易于随穿用者裆部的形状变形，还可随穿用者的腹部和臀部的形状变形，并且使进入中部21的排泄物易于流到前部22和后部23，甚至当有大量排泄物同时进入时，可以防止排泄物从中部21的两侧泄漏。
另外，图6所示的吸收用品1D的整体形状可以依使用情况进行各种变化。例如吸收芯2的平面形状可以为矩形。
在上述各图中，隆起8在纵向直线地并连续地延伸。但是它们是间断成型的，即软垫层9沿纵向有间隔地截断，在该截断部分，顶片5和中间片6连接在一起。在这种情况下，各隆起8最好是纵向(Y轴方向)的长度大于横向(X轴方向)的长度。
尽管在上述说明书中已针对几个实施方案对本发明进行了描述并为说明目的进行详细描写，但对本领域技术人员显而易见的是本发明可允许其它实施方案并可对某些细节做重大变化而不脱离本发明的基本原理。
其中所用的“包括”和所有它的语法形式说明了可以存在声明的特征，整数，步骤或组分，但不妨碍存在或加入一个或多个其它特征，整数，步骤，组分或基团。

Claims (15)

1、一种吸收用品，它包括渗液体顶片，底片，位于顶片与底片之间的吸收芯，其特征在于顶片从吸收芯向上伸展，凸出成许多隆起，该隆起沿吸收用品的纵向彼此平行地延伸，在隆起内部配置亲水材料以形成软垫层。
2、根据权利要求1的吸收用品，其特征在于在顶片与吸收芯之间配置可渗液体中间片，顶片与中间片在这些隆起之间的谷部分处接合以使亲水材料保持在隆起内。
3、根据权利要求2的吸收用品，其特征在于顶片与中间片在谷部分处的接合沿纵向有间隔地进行。
4、根据权利要求2的吸收用品，其特征在于软垫层密度为0.4g/cm3或更小，亲水材料由亲水纤维或经过亲水处理的疏水纤维构成。该纤维的纤度为1旦或更大。
5、根据权利要求2的吸收用品，其特征在于隆起的高度为5mm或更大。
6、根据权利要求2的吸收用品，其特征在于在相邻的隆起腰部之间的间隙窄于谷部分的宽度。
7、根据权利要求2的吸收用品，其特征在于在位于沿垂直于纵向的横向，靠近中央位置隆起的横截面积大于靠近横向两侧隆起的横截面积。
8、根据权利要求2的吸收用品，其特征在于底片不渗液体。
9、根据权利要求2的吸收用品，其特征在于将比亲水材料渗液体性能低的阻挡液体层沿纵向配置在隆起的内侧，以大致在各个隆起上将亲水材料分成两部分。
10、根据权利要求9的吸收用品，其特征在于每个阻挡液体层为树脂膜或疏水无纺织物。
11、根据权利要求9的吸收用品，其特征在于中间片在隆起内侧从吸收芯向上突出形成阻挡液体层。
12、根据权利要求9的吸收用品，其特征在于顶片在隆起内侧从隆起顶端下陷形成阻挡液体层。
13、根据权利要求1的吸收用品，其特征在于该吸收用品为一次性尿布。
14、根据权利要求1的吸收用品，其特征在于该吸收用品为卫生巾。
15、根据权利要求1的吸收用品，其特征在于该吸收用品为吸尿垫。
