Abstract
舒络油是一种具有驱风、止痛，用于头晕头痛，腰酸背痛、风火牙痛、风湿骨痛、蚊叮虫咬的药物。本发明药物是由薄荷脑、樟脑、冰片、丁香油、桂叶油、肉桂油、当归、木香、广藿香、甘草、八角茴香、肉桂、陈皮、栀子、川芎、血竭、薄荷油组成；以上十七味，取当归、木香、广藿香、甘草、八角茴香、肉桂、陈皮、栀子、川芎、血竭粉碎成细粉，用适量薄荷油温浸72小时以上，时时搅拌，滤过，滤液备用，将薄荷脑、樟脑、冰片、丁香油、桂叶油、肉桂油混合均匀，再加入上述滤液中，混匀，静置，滤过，滤液加薄荷油加至1000ml，即得。并且本品含薄荷脑(C10H20O)不得少于26.5%(g/g)。
Description
本发明涉及一种驱风、止痛，用于头晕头痛，腰酸背痛、风火牙痛、风湿骨痛、蚊叮虫咬的药物。本发明还涉及该药物的制备方法，本发明在于提供一种最佳的科学配比方法，制定了该药物质量鉴别方法。
本发明的另一目的是提供了舒络油的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采取以下技术方案：
本发明药物是由下列组分制成：
薄荷脑40g～60g 樟脑10g～30g 冰片5g～15g
丁香油20g～50g 桂叶油10g～35g 肉桂油5ml～20ml
当归5g～15g 木香5g～15g 广藿香150g～250g
甘草150g～250g 八角茴香150g～250g 肉桂150g～250g
陈皮50g～250g 栀子150g～250g 川芎150g～250g
血竭150g～250g 薄荷油加至1000ml
本发明药物的最佳配比是：
处方：薄荷脑50g 樟脑20g 冰片10g
丁香油30g 桂叶油30g 肉桂油10ml
当归10g 木香10g 广藿香10g
甘草10g 八角茴香10g 肉桂10g
陈皮10g 栀子5g 川芎10g
血竭20g 薄荷油加至1000ml
本发明的技术主案是根据多年的临床实践摸索，发现了一种冶疗效果最佳的配比方法，并且制定了该药物的鉴定方法。
以上十七味，取当归、木香、广藿香、甘草、八角茴香、肉桂、陈皮、栀子、川芎、血竭粉碎成细粉，用适量薄荷油温浸72小时以上，时时搅拌，滤过，滤液备用，将薄荷脑、樟脑、冰片、丁香油、桂叶油、肉桂油混合均匀，再加入上述滤液中，混匀，静置，滤过，滤液加薄荷油加至1000g，即得。
并且本品含薄荷脑(C10H20O)不得少于26.5％(g/g)。
将上述各组份制成本发明药物的方法之一是：
1、分取各味药油，依照法定药品标准检验合格。
2、以上十七味，取当归、木香、广藿香、甘草、八角茴香、肉桂、陈皮、栀子、川芎、血竭粉碎成细粉，用适量薄荷油温浸72小时以上，时时搅拌，滤过，滤液备用，将薄荷脑、樟脑、冰片、丁香油、桂叶油、肉桂油混合均匀，再加入上述滤液中，混匀，静置，滤过，滤液加薄荷油加至1000g，即得。并且本品含薄荷脑(C10H20O)不得少于26.5％(g/g)。
实施例2：
按上述方法配比原料，依照中国药典2000版二部制剂标准，制成擦剂、外用膏剂、酒剂、油剂、滴丸剂、涂布剂。
舒络油是香港及东南亚地区习用的一种驱风、止痛的药物，多年来深受患者喜爱。自2000年9月至2002年11月，发明人分别委托珠海市中医院，广州市中医院，深圳市中医院，汕头中医院等多家临床单位对舒络油进行临床疗效观察，所选病例全部是住院患者，经过医学检查和诊断分别患有头晕头痛，腰酸背痛，风火牙痛、风湿骨痛、蚊叮虫咬所引起的红肿热痛等症状；其中患风湿骨痛患者286人、患腰酸背痛患者345人、患头晕头痛患者273人，患风火牙痛引起疼痛患者160人患蚊叮虫咬所引起的红肿热痛患者242人。

通过对舒络油临床病例分析，证明舒络油在治疗头晕头痛，腰酸背痛，风火牙痛、风湿骨痛、蚊叮虫咬所引起的红肿热痛等症状疗效确切。
典型病例：
1、患者刘**，女，61岁，2001年1月来珠海市中医医院就诊，自述膝关节肿胀疼痛多年，阴雨天加重，经查验血沉加快，类风湿因子阳性，初步证断为风湿病引起的关节疼痛，使用宏利牌舒络油三天，疼痛明显减轻。建议长期使用宏利牌舒络油。
2、患者李**，男，45岁，2001年2月来广州市中医医院推拿科就诊，自述肩部肿胀疼痛，经检查，未见骨异常，初步证断为肩周炎，经过使用宏利牌舒络油3天，疼痛肿胀明显减轻。建议继续使用舒络油。
3、患者李**，男，67岁，2001年8月来广州市中医医院骨科就诊，自述颈椎疼痛，经X光检查，见椎骨长有骨刺，初步证断为颈椎骨刺，经过使用宏利牌舒络油5天，疼痛明显减轻。建议继续使用舒络油。
4、患者赵**，男，65岁，2000年12月来珠海市中医医院就诊，自述膝关节肿胀疼痛多年，阴雨天加重，经查验血沉加快，类风湿因子阳性，初步证断为风湿病引起的关节疼痛，经过使用宏利牌舒络油三天，疼痛明显减轻。建议长期使用宏利牌舒络油。
5、患者肖**，女，63岁，2001年12月来广州市中医医院骨科就诊骨科就诊，自述腰椎及周围疼痛，经X光检查，未见腰椎间盘异位，初步证断为腰肌劳损，经过使用宏利牌舒络油天，疼痛明显减轻。建议继续使用舒络油
6患者周**，男，23岁，2002年8月来汕头市中医医院皮肤科就诊，周末外出郊游宿营，四肢及背部等多处被蚊子咬伤，肿胀疼痛，经过使用宏利牌舒络油3天，疼痛肿胀明显减轻。建议继续使用舒络油3天左右。
7患者孙**，女，25岁，2002年4月来珠海市中医医院外科就诊，周末外郊游，四肢及背部等多处被蚊子咬伤，肿胀疼痛并且发烧，经过使用宏利牌舒络油3天，疼痛肿胀明显减少。建议继续使用舒络油3天左右。
8患者张**，女，38岁，2001年8月来汕头市中医医院骨科就诊，牙痛并且脸部肿胀疼痛，初步证断为风火牙痛、，经过使用宏利牌舒络油3天，疼痛肿胀明显减轻。建议继续使用舒络油。
Claims (4)
1、一种能驱风、止痛的药物制剂，其特征在于它是用以下原料按照下述配方制成的药物制剂：
薄荷脑40g～60g 樟脑10g～30g 冰片5g～15g
丁香油20g～50g 桂叶油10g～35g 肉桂油5ml～20ml
当归5g～15g 木香5g～15g 广藿香150g～250g
甘草150g～250g 八角茴香150g～250g 肉桂150g～250g
陈皮50g～250g 栀子150g～250g 川芎150g～250g
血竭150g～250g 薄荷油加至1000ml
并采用下述方法制成：以上十七味，取当归、木香、广藿香、甘草、八角茴香、肉桂、陈皮、栀子、川芎、血竭粉碎成细粉，用适量薄荷油温浸72小时以上，时时搅拌，滤过，滤液备用，将薄荷脑、樟脑、冰片、丁香油、桂叶油、肉桂油混合均匀，再加入上述滤液中，混匀，静置，滤过，滤液加薄荷油加至1000ml，即得，所说的药物制剂含薄荷脑C10H20O按质量计不得少于26.5％。
2、根据权利要求1所述的药物制剂，其特征在于所说的药物制剂是：擦剂、外用膏剂、酒剂、油剂、滴丸剂、涂布剂。
3、根据权利要求1所述的药物制剂，其特征在于所说的药物制剂具有驱风、止痛的功能，用于头晕头痛、腰酸背痛、风火牙痛、风湿骨痛、蚊叮虫咬。
4、根据权利要求1所述的药物制剂，其中的原料药应为国家法定的药品标准或相应的药用标准。
