Description

一次性体液吸收物品
本发明涉及生理用卫生巾或短裤衬垫、一次性尿布等一次性体液吸收体。
在特开平5-24783号公报中公开了在生理卫生巾或短裤衬垫等体液吸收物品的外侧表面上附加美丽的图案的技术。根据该技术，该卫生巾的与肌肤接触的一侧由外罩和内侧层构成，所述外罩由颜色较明快的热塑性树脂片构成，所述内侧层由颜色较暗的热塑性树脂构成。附加在外罩上的压印图案与内侧层接触，由此，在从外侧看外罩时，看上去图案部分比其他部分更暗。
根据所述公知技术，不仅可以使体液吸收物品的与肌肤接触侧的外观看上去美观，而且，还可以仅在与肌肤接触面的所需部位附加图案，使其成为该体液吸收物品与肌肤相接时的参照点。然而，在所述公知技术中，由于将压印图案附加在外罩上并使之与内侧层接触，所以附加图案的部位密度高，硬度大，会给柔软的肌肤带来刺激。
因此，本发明的课题在于，在不损坏穿用物品的与肌肤接触面的柔软性的基础上，在该接触面上附加形成参照点的图案。
为了解决上述课题，本发明的前提在于，本发明的由透液性表面片和实质上不透液的里面片及介于这两片之间的吸液性芯片构成的一次性体液吸收物品，其特征在于，所述表面片具有孔径0.1～5.0mm的多个透液性开孔，所述表面片中的所述开孔周缘部分上面的颜色和从所述开孔观察到的所述芯片的上面的颜色的色差(ΔE)为NBS单位1.5以上。
图1为生理用卫生巾的局部破断立体图。
图2为表示图1的Ⅱ-Ⅱ线剖面的卫生巾的局部图。
图3为表示实施形态之一例的吸血衬垫的局部破断立体图。
下面，参照附图详细说明本发明的一次性体液吸收物品。
图1、2为表示作为所述体液吸收物品之一例的生理用卫生巾1的局部破断立体图和其Ⅱ-Ⅱ线剖面图。
卫生巾1由透液性表面片2不透液性里面片3和介于这两片2、3之间的吸液性芯片4构成。表、里面片2、3与由芯片4之周缘延伸出的部分重叠并相互接合。表面片2为具有孔径约0.1～5mm的多个透孔6的塑料薄膜，涂有白色。从透孔6的周缘部，管状部6A向芯片4延伸。里面片3为塑料薄膜，更理想的为通气而不透液性的塑料薄膜。芯片4通过由薄纸9覆盖粉碎性纸浆7和高吸水性聚合物粒子8而制成。薄纸9涂以较深的蓝色。
在卫生巾1中，由表面片2的开孔6可观察薄纸9。白色的表面片2和蓝色的薄纸9以它们的色差(ΔE)为NBS单位1.5以上的方式着色，利用开孔6周围的表面片2的颜色和透孔6观察到的薄纸9的颜色的显著的差异，卫生巾1的使用者可容易地发现开孔6的存在。而薄纸9不着色、呈现纸浆本来颜色时的色差为0.2-1左右，难于使开孔6的存在显眼。所述表面片2和薄纸9不限于白色和蓝色，也可通过适当颜色的组合提高卫生巾1的与肌肤接触侧面的美观。在卫生巾1中，除使表面片2或薄纸9整体着色外，在表面片2还可仅使开孔6周缘部分的上面着色，在薄纸9还可仅使由开孔6观察到的部分着色。
图3为作为体液吸收物品之一侧的吸血衬垫11的局部破断立体图。衬垫11为与患部等接触的垫，由热塑性合成纤维的无纺织物品形成的透液性表面片2和塑料薄膜形成的不透液性里面片3及吸液性芯片4构成。
表面片2使作为构成物的纤维着色，呈较深的白色，在表面片2的中央部形成有多个孔径1～5mm的透孔6。
芯片4由用薄纸9包覆粉碎纸浆7和高吸水性聚合物粒子8的混合物的罩体12、和设于表面片2和罩体12之间的纺粘型(非织造)织物无纺织物品制的缓冲垫片13构成。纺粘型(非织造)织物无纺织物品着以较浓的粉红色，其与表面片2的色差为1.5以上。纺粘型(非织造)织物还被进行了亲水性处理，以可以使表面片2上的血液向罩体12移动。
所述衬垫11由于在其中央部可由透孔6观察粉红色的缓冲垫片13，故衬垫11的使用者可以该颜色为参照点容易地确认衬垫11的中央部。可使衬垫11的中央部准确、快速地贴到患部等处。在表面片2为仅使体液透过透孔6的片时，由于容易确认透孔6的位置，故可使衬垫11更容易使用。
在本发明的体液吸收物品中，由于表面片2和吸液性芯片的从表面片2可观察到的部分之间具有NBS单位1.5以上的色差(ΔE)，故体液吸收物品的使用者容易确认透孔的位置。由于这种使确认容易的结构没有使表面片或吸收性芯片作成有刚性的结构，故不会有损该体液吸收物品与肌肤的柔软接触。

Claims (1)

1．一种一次性体液吸收物品，由透液性表面片、实质性不透液里面片和设于这两片之间的吸液性芯片构成，其特征在于：
所述表面片具有多个孔径0.1～5.0mm的透液性开孔，所述表面片的所述开孔周缘部分的上面的颜色和由所述开孔观察到的所述芯片的上面的颜色的色差(ΔE)为NBS单位1.5以上。
