Abstract
本发明涉及C形成型导轨(1),用于可移动地安装一个由马达驱动在规定距离内往复的滑架,在滑架上连接一个被导引改变位置的物件,尤其是整体式或分成多个部分的门扇,为了即使在型材壁厚小的情况下也有足够的形状稳定性和在安装地点能便于固定,将其设计为,在C型材(10)腹板(14)与其连接的U形边板(13)之间以及在U形边板与横撑着它们离开腹板(14)的纵边区并以其端头(15、16)互相面对的C型材(10)端区之间的这些过渡区内,制有一些分别向外凸出的挡边(11、12),这些挡边与垂直于腹板(14)延伸的C型材(10)纵向中面(17)垂直地伸出。
Description
本发明涉及一种C形成型导轨,用于可移动地安装一个由马达驱动在规定距离内往复的滑架,在滑架上连接一个被导引改变位置的物件,尤其是整体式或分成多个部分的门扇。
C形成型导轨已知用于汽车库门的传动系统中。其中此类型材的任务是导引一个往复滚动或滑动的滑架。
所述类型简单造型的C型材当力求使用一种较薄的薄板材时形状稳定性不足,并在其固定、加长和加固等方面均受到严重的限制。
因此本发明的目的是,提供一种前言所述类型的C形成型导轨,这种导轨借助于简单的技术手段可具有低的型材高度和足够的刚度,而它的固定至少可以基本上无应力地实现。
在前言所述类型的C形成型导轨中,按本发明为达到此目的采取的措施是,在C型材的腹板与其连接的U形边板之间以及在U形边板与横撑着它们离开腹板的纵边区并以其端头互相面对的C型材之间的这些过渡区内,设计一些分别向外凸出的挡边,这些挡边与垂直于腹板延伸的C型材纵向中面垂直地伸出。
通过这些在用薄板制的导轨成形时制成的尤其设计为摺边(折叠)的挡边,极大地提高了形状稳定性,所以用比较小的型材壁厚就足够了。
在挡边亦即摺边与各相关边板的外侧之间最好形成槽形的安装腔,它们用于安装沿型材纵向延伸的加固和/或连接型材,以便加长成型导轨的结构。
各个槽的深度可以设计成不相同的,并适应于在那里要安装的加长或加固装置。
原则上C型材的边板沿型材纵向看可以相对于腹板倾斜延伸;不过此C型材最好设计为基本上矩形的横截面形状。
在另一种优先的实施方案中,挡边亦即摺边设计为总是与腹板外表面或C型材端区外表面齐平地伸展。按这样的形状,挡边或摺边允许以这样的方式与用于将成型导轨固定在天花板上或支承区中的支板连接,即,使型材的腹板或具有自由端的C型材区平靠在天花板或支承区上。
本发明其他有利的实施形式由其他从属权利要求给出。
下面参见附图借助于实施例进一步说明本发明。其中:

图3按图1的C型材和在图一侧的加长装置和在图另一侧的加固装置。
图1中表示的C型材10由腹板14和垂直于腹板14延伸的边板13组成,两个边板朝腹板14的同一侧延伸。在边板13离开腹板14的端部设计有垂直于边板13延伸以及互相对齐的自由端15和16。因此,此C形成型导轨1设计为总体上相对于纵向中面17镜像对称。
在从腹板14到边板13以及从边板13到自由端15和16的各过渡区,C型材10设有基本上平行于腹板14延伸并向外指的挡边11和12。这些挡边是通过薄板的折叠构成的,C型材用此薄板通过弯曲成形。为了构成图中未表示的滑架的经加固的安装座,自由端15和16同样设有挡边,它们由朝型材内部折叠的端段构成。
在图2中表示了用于图1所示C型材10的两种固定的可能性。其中,图右边表示固定在天花板上的连接板4是如何通过它们弯曲状的部分容纳腹板14与边板13之间的摺边11并将其压紧在壁上的。
在图2的左边表示的安装方式说明它原则上与图右边的安装方式是一致的。其区别在于连接板5向下方固定,它弯曲的部分将边板13与自由端15或16之间存在的挡边12装在它与支承区之间。
图3中将图1所示的C型材10类似于图2分成两部分表示。其中,在图的左边可以看出,一个简单弯曲的U形加固和/或加长型材3是如何通过其开口区形状相配地插入挡边11和12之间的边板13槽形安装腔18内并防止平行于此边板平面运动的。
在图的右边表示,一个在此情况下为矩形的加固型材2是如何形状相配地安装在存在于右侧并沿型材纵向延伸的边板13的槽形安装腔18内的。
加长和加固型材2、3借助于没有进一步表示的螺钉连接装置固定在有关的边板13上。
按本发明的C型材的特点是刚度大并能方便和迅速地固定。
Claims (8)
1.C形成型导轨(1),用于可移动地安装一个由马达驱动在规定距离内往复的滑架,在滑架上连接一个被导引改变位置的物件,尤其是整体式或分成多个部分的门扇,其特征为:在C型材(10)腹板(14)与其连接的U形边板(13)之间以及在U形边板与横撑着它们离开腹板(14)的纵边区并以其端头(15、16)互相面对的C型材(10)端区之间的这些过渡区内,设计一些分别向外凸出的挡边(11、12),这些挡边与垂直于腹板(14)延伸的C型材(10)纵向中面(17)垂直地伸出。
2.按照权利要求1所述的成型导轨,其特征为:C型材(10)用薄板成形而成;以及,挡边设计为摺边(15、16)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的成型导轨,其特征为:凸出的挡边或摺边(11、12)与各自相邻的边板(13)一起在C型材(10)外侧形成适当的槽形安装腔(18),用于加长导轨结构的加固和/或连接型材(2、3)可以装入此安装腔中。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的成型导轨,其特征为:挡边或摺边(11,12)设计为总是与腹板(14)的外表面或C型材(10)具有端部(15、16)的端区外表面齐平地延伸。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的成型导轨,其特征为:C型材(10)横截面基本上设计成矩形的。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的成型导轨,其特征为:在安装地点向上或向下方向看固定锚固住的连接板(4;5)夹紧地扣搭在挡边或摺边(11;12)上。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的成型导轨,其特征为:连接板(4,5)设计为弯曲的固定挡板。
8.按照权利要求1至7之一所述的成型导轨,其特征为:C型材(10)用钢或铝制造。
