发明背景
本发明一般涉及移动式电信装置,特别是用于接纳附件的连接器,该连接器有整体形成的话筒凹腔以容纳装置的话筒。
对于如蜂窝式电话的电子装置,和十分小的结构,特别强调尺寸是关键的设计条件。但是,大多数元件,如话筒具有所必须考虑的固有最小尺寸。其次,这些元件的约束时常促使机械外壳改变。需要新的改进方案以选择最佳的方式将元件固定到蜂窝式电话中,同时减小整个外壳尺寸。
在目前蜂窝式电话的应用中,话筒一般包含在前壳体中。例如,通过焊接到话筒的挠性片或通过弹性片或连接器,使之接触印刷电路板。在这种情况下,话筒整个地位于印刷电路板之上。
发明概述
为了减小整个电话的厚度并同时提供翻转铰接机构等的空间,理想的是构形的将话筒安置在印刷电路板的厚度之中,而不是位于印刷电路板之上。为实现这一目的,话筒结合在现有系统连接器之中,该连接器起相对于印刷电路板和外壳固定话筒的作用并且提供用于实现从话筒到印刷电路板电接触的装置。用现有的连接器,镀金的触点在连接器的微小运动时可被磨损。弹簧触点提供话筒到印刷电路板的电连接,尽管弹性体也可完成相同的功能。另外,许多非焊接连接器在连接器微小运动时有磨损镀金触点的倾向。其次,在话筒/系统连接器中结合螺纹套支架以便为了最佳的稳定性使用电话螺丝套。这一结构另外的好处是单一的连接器与必须使用两个分离的连接器(一个用于话筒,一个用于系统连接器)的情况相比较,或者与必须使用电话外壳以固定话筒的情况相比较(增加额外的间隙和壁厚),更有效地利用空间。
在解释性的实施例中,根据本发明,设置连接器,它可连接到电子装置的印刷电路板上以便接纳附件。该连接器包括具有接纳附件端子的端子孔,与印刷电路板成整体的触点,该些触点安置在端子孔内,具有容纳话筒的形状的话筒凹腔,它有在其中设置的接触件。接触件适于将话筒连接到印刷电路板上。至少一个连接器的安置耳适于插在电子装置的上壳体和下壳体之间。安装耳最好形成容纳如连接上、下壳体的电话螺丝套的连接元件的形状。连接器还包括至少一个接纳附件的对应锁紧件的锁紧孔。接触元件可包括接触弹簧或弹性片。
根据本发明的说明的另一方面,提供蜂窝式电话,它包括上壳体和下壳体,它们具有容纳包括印刷电路板的电话元件的形状,上述连接器设置在上、下壳间之间。

根据本发明的连接器最好由可模塑的材料,如尼龙、液体晶状聚合物或在单一步骤模制加工方法中所用的同等材料制成。模制加工方法是已知的,因此,该方法的细节将不进一步说明。
参考图1和2,根据本发明的连接器10有外表面12,该外表面在其中形成有一个或多个端子孔14并最好形成至少一对锁紧孔16。在其它的结构中,可提供更多或较少的端子孔和锁紧孔。本发明并不局限于附图所示的结构。多个印刷电路板的触点18设置在端子孔14中。触点18与蜂窝式电机的印刷电路板20接触(如图2中假想图所示)。
在连接器10的一端设置话筒凹腔22,它形成容纳蜂窝式电机的话筒的形状。接触元件24设置在话筒凹腔22内以便将话筒连接到印刷电路板20上。在连接器10的内侧上设有对应的印刷电路板触点26。虽然附图中表示弹簧式触点,但是,熟悉本领域的普通技术人员知道弹性体也可用于完成相同的功能。
两个安装耳在连接器10的对置端形成。安装耳有在那里穿过的孔30以接纳电话的螺丝套,从而改善稳定性。在先前的连接器中,保持连接器10和印刷电路板20之间的连接是通过与印刷电路板20摩擦接合的印刷电路板触点18和在电话壳体内的接合零件。在多次循环使用时连接器的微小运动往往摩损印刷电路板上的镀金触点,从而导致电连接失效和腐蚀。
图3表示使用本发明连接器10的蜂窝式电话32。如图3所示,连接器10夹在蜂窝式电话的上壳体34和下壳体36之间。上壳体34和下壳体36容纳包括印刷电路板20的蜂窝式电话的元件。电话螺丝套37通过安装耳28的孔30穿过上壳体伸入下壳体36。用橡胶环圈40等将话筒38固定在话筒凹腔22中。
在操作时,端子孔14接纳如充电器、耳机、数据插头等附件的端子。一般,附件有与锁紧孔16相配合的锁紧件以便将附件固定到电话上。可以为附件提供键固定,其中,例如,一个元件的锁紧部具有不同于另一元件的宽度等,由此可防止这一元件插入不适当的位置。即,如图3所示,锁紧孔16可有不同的宽度和/或对置安置的凸起42。
由于连接器与容纳电话话筒的话筒凹腔整体形成,整个电话的厚度被大大地减小。即,使用用于话筒的分离的连接器的蜂窝式电话一般具有比使用本发明连接器电话多大约1.5毫米或更多的厚度。与分离的连接器(例如,一个用于话筒而一个用于系统的连接器)相比较,或者,与使用电话外壳固定话筒(增加额外的间隙和壁厚)的情况相比较,根据本发明的单一的连接器10更有效地利用空间。
虽然相对于目前所认为的最实用的选择实施例说明了本发明,但应理解本发明并不局限于所公开的实施例,而相反,它将覆盖在所附的权利要求的精神和范围内所包括的各种改进和等同的设置。

Claims (13)

1.连接器,它可连接到电子装置的印刷电路板上以安装附件,该连接器包括:
具有接纳附件端子的形状的端子孔;
与印刷电路板形成整体的触点,该些触点安置在该端子孔中;和
话筒凹腔,它具有容纳话筒的形状和设置在其中的接触元件,该些接触元件适于将话筒连接到印刷电路板。
2.根据权利要求1的连接器,还包括至少一个适于插在电子装置的上壳体和下壳体之间的安装耳,所述安装耳具有接纳连接上、下壳体的连接件的形状。
3.按权利要求2的连接器,包括在上述连接器的对置端所设置的两个安装耳。
4.按权利要求1的连接器,还包括至少一个锁紧孔以接纳附件的相应锁紧件。
5.按权利要求1的连接器,其中所述的接触件包括接触弹簧。
6.按权利要求1的连接器,其中上述接触件包括弹性片。
7.蜂窝式电话包括:
具有容纳包括印刷电路板的电话元件的形状的上壳体和下壳体,和
安置在上述上、下壳体之间的连接器,所述连接器包括:
具有接纳附件端子的形状的端子孔,
与印刷电路板连接的触点,所述触点安置在上述端子孔内,和
容纳话筒的话筒凹腔,它包括在其中设置的接触件,所述接触件将话筒连接到印刷电路板上。
8.按权利要求7的蜂窝式电话,还包括至少一个在上述上壳体和上述下壳体之间设置的安装耳,所述安装耳接纳连接所述上、下壳体的连接件。
9.按权利要求8的蜂窝式电话,包括在所述连接器的对置端所设置的两个安装耳。
10.按权利要求7的蜂窝式电话,还包括至少一个锁紧孔以接纳附件的对应锁紧件。
11.按权利要求7的蜂窝式电话,其中所述接触件包括接触弹簧。
12.按权利要求7的蜂窝式电话,其中上述接触件包括弹性片。
13.按权利要求7的蜂窝式电话,其中上述话筒至少部分地安置在上述印刷电路板的厚度内。
